I had a very negative experience with this doctor. He was unwilling to provide the treatment I needed, which left me out of work due to ongoing illness. After I involved my insurance company, he reluctantly provided a referral for testing. However, the very next day I received an email stating that he had discontinued his services with me as a patient. At the same time, I noticed the test he had referred no longer appeared in my patient portal, meaning he canceled it without informing me.
It appears this decision was made in response to my request for help through insurance, rather than with my health in mind. This behavior felt retaliatory and dismissive of my medical needs. As a result, I believe this doctor does not prioritize patient well-being or continuity of care. There are just some people that shouldn't be doctors

I had a truly great experience with Dr. Morgan. It felt more like a concierge-level visit than a typical doctor’s appointment. Dr. Morgan was exceptionally kind and treated me with genuine respect. We had an intelligent, thoughtful conversation—unlike many doctors who make decisions for patients without any real dialogue, treating them as if they don’t understand. The office staff was also warm and helpful. When my insurance initially denied coverage for my medication, Dr. Morgan personally stepped in and helped get it approved. Out of all the doctors I’ve seen in Vegas, this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Morgan himself is great. The girl in the back who does the shots is very sweet but her English isn't great so if you can speak Spanish do so as it will avoid appointment miscommunications. I don't know which woman it was who called me today at 10:36 for my 10:30 appointment to see if I was going to be available but she was super rude, spoke over me and as I was trying to understand her as she was going in and out told me if "I just listened to her she was telling me something." She spoke over me, interrupted, took my co pay didn't answer any of my questions such as WHY they were calling me at six minutes past my appointment to see if I would still be available asked to take my copayment before hand and I said to use the card I had on file and then I was asking which card they had on file hung up on me and I still have yet to receive the link for the appointment that was at 10:30 which we are now at 10:40.

I’m making a review of Dr. Matt Morgan an allergy specialist now practicing in Las Vegas Nevada. I started seeing him when he had a clinic in Dallas Texas many years ago. He successfully treated my allergy problems for several years until he moved to Las Vegas. After he moved to Las Vegas, I was not able to find another Allergy doctor to take care of my allergy symptoms as good as Dr. Morgan which bothered me for a couple of years. I finally decided to reach Dr. Morgan using video conferencing getting his help, and at least once a year, I will fly to Las Vegas to see him. Surprisingly he remembered me as a patient & continued my allergy medications as before. Many thanks to Dr. Morgan.

Dr. Morgan is such an amazing human being! He is very honest and detail oriented. After the third visit with my son, he told me that there wouldn’t be a reason to come back to his office unless certain things occur. Keep in mind that only good doctors say such! He has been watching my son for a few months and his views have been very accurate. His do’s vs don’ts are spot on! We all appreciate him so much. Thank you doctor.

We found Dr. Morgan’s office after disappointment after another with other allergists who were less than happy to work with us. Dr. Morgan was the only practitioner in town who was willing to work on an immunotherapy course with us. He really listens to our concerns and made changes based on them and at times assert us to stay the course. He is also very responsive.

Like any parents with an allergic child, we are constantly worried and we should have the right to have a say and contribute. Unfortunately, most doctors made us feel we were just annoying them. Dr. Morgan and his crew are different. You don’t only go to a doctor’s office to get better, you also go there for hope. I wished more practitioners are as invested in their patients’ wellbeing as Matt Morgan and his office.

DR. Matt Morgan is amazing! I came in helpless with a 5 year old with horrible cat allergies. We’ve tried everything and even our pediatrician was out of ideas, I came in and instantly felt that Dr. Morgan cared and was ready to help us tackle our problem. Literally after a twenty minute visit he opted that he knew what was going on with her lungs and suggested an anti inflammatory inhale since my kid was on abuderol every hour with no results.

She is back to plays normal, doesn’t have to leave her kindergarten class to go to the nurses office because she can’t breathe.

1 YEAR REVIEW: his team that books appointments and answers calls is extremely rude, they hardly answer and not getting through and leaving voicemail they call back to try to defend themselves on when I left the message… I called durning the week multiple times and didn’t get a answer. Leaving the voicemail was the last resort before they closed for the weekend, the lady called said they filled my daughter’s prescription and then hung up on me. DR Matt Morgan…. This is coming from a client that thinks incredibly high of you, if you do not change staffs or fix their attitude I will leave to another doctor. I assume this is a big issue for you as your staff has some audacity to talk the way they do. We owe them nothing!! I am incredibly disappointed and this situation alone will possibly have me change doctors.

As others have stated, the office is poorly run. They will charge you a deductible when your plan doesn't require it. I've been dealing with their billing office (which doesn't have a phone number) for weeks now on an overcharge from September.
Highly recommend going somewhere else as the service was below average.

I've been very ill for well over a year. I've seen many doctors in that time. Dr. Morgan is by far the best of them. Glad I found him. He actually sits down and listens to what's going on and forms an educated opinion. He doesn't just come in for 30 seconds and throw some prescriptions at you like most doctors I've seen.

My son did the peanut therapy here & we very pleased with the resuts. We no longer worry about peanut butter sandwiches or cross contamination. Dr. Morgan is wonderful & kind. His front office not so much, as well as one of his nurses. So prickly and so much attitude. Only docking a star for this reason.

Dr. Morgan is wonderful and helpful. He is understanding and offers telehealth appointments. The front staff is kind and helpful as well. The nurse who gives you shots is always in a good mood and friendly. They schedule appointments for shots so you know exactly when to come in for immunotherapy.

However, Joy, the nurse who does skin tests and booking, is extremely condescending and rude. She has little to no patience and treats people like she yields more intelligence than them.
The only time she acts somewhat normal is when the doctor is around. You can tell she is trying REALLY hard not to be abrasive and rude when Dr. Morgan is there. She needs to learn people skills, communication skills, and begin to have a friendly attitude at work. She acts like she hates her job, her clients, and possibility her life. That is how she comes across and I wonder if she even understands how people perceive her. I am happy to offer her a referral for professional help because in my opinion, she needs is to let go of her anger issues. I find it ironic that a person named Joy has absolutely none of it. Hit me up, Joy. Let's get you some help.

She is the only reason I cannot give this practice 5 stars. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars when she starts to change her attitude.
