They always take wonderful care of me.
The insurance for seniors is not the best but I love My Apex Team!! They have been Pristine from the start and continue doing great work.
I haven’t seen bedside manner like the Doctor s especially Dr Ev, Lunini and Vic since I left LA. I would suggest them to anyone who ever asks for referral to good medical practices. The Team in Surgical is AMAZING!! All of them so professional and had sincere bedside manner 💐💖

I think Adrian is great. He's caring and really takes an interest in his patients. But, it's not great having to wait so long to see him. Especially when you have to wait a long time to give a urine sample. Someone could hand you a specimen cup, so you can urinate, then wait your turn to see the dr. It's incredibly difficult to make sure you can provide a sample, yet not be unbearably uncomfortable waiting to do so

I’m a cancer patient and Dr O has been so supportive and compassionate beyond what I’m used to seeing out of doctors. A lot of time doctors treat you but forget the human side of what you’re going through and I understand as they see a lot of patients. But when you see one like this it’s really special. I’ve been going here for a bit over 6 months and I’m grateful to have found him. On top of my cancer issues I developed a knee issue and he was able to help with that too!

My appointment was at 2pm Dr said he sent prescriptions to pharmacy, caught a $26 Uber to pharmacy and no prescriptions sent. Doctors office doesn't answer the phone all calls are routed to an answering service. Called over 40 times so I decided to catch another Uber back to the Apex Medical Center and this time the Uber was $28.Now the time is 5:18 pm and still no prescriptions and the doctor's office is closed!! I wouldn't recommend this office nor any Apex Medical office to anyone!!! The staff is rude and unprofessional. This was the 2nd incident with this doctor's office. Now the answering service says... I have to wait until tomorrow!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Unfortunately, I’ve needed chronic pain management for the past 15+ years due to multiple advancing medical conditions with my lumbar, cervical, legs and feet; plus arthritis on my spine, legs and feet.

My experienced opinion, having seen pain doctors in Los Angeles CA, Lexington KY, and now Henderson NV, is that Dr. Ezeanolue, also known as Dr. Ez, is by far the best pain management doctor I’ve ever seen. Dr. Ez is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time ensure his patients understand their conditions, and the options available to treat their pain. Everything he’s recommended has helped me live a more pain free life, especially the injections.

Several years ago, Dr. Ez introduced me to lumbar injections, assuring me that they would work in conjunction with the other methods he uses to treat my chronic pain, and he was correct, of course. I would advise anyone with back pain to include the injections in their regimen, because they really do help.

Aside from that, I must compliment Dr. Ez's entire staff. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and every one of them greets you with a smile and makes you feel important and comfortable. Wait times are always short and reasonable. Their lobby is very spacious, with the appropriate amount of chairs that are comfortably spaced out and it's always clean. But most importantly, very comfortable chairs for people that suffer with back and body pain - thank you Dr. Ez!

The outpatient procedure center is just as impressive as his lobby, and it's in the same building, so injections are more accommodating for Dr. EZ's patients. I wish you luck finding a pain management doctor as good as Dr. Ezeanolue.

Don't really care to see Dr EZ. He doesn't listen and thinks he is right and what he says is supposed to go even though he is wrong.Its like he treats his patient like they don't know what they're talking about when it's their own health and their the ones going through the pain. Please be aware if your planning on visiting this office, especially the office on Wellness Way. I believe I was scammed!!! Yes, I said scammed!!! I saw Dr. Ez for the first time by referral in June. I didn't notice anything strange until they said you can't call the office direct 😱 some office in the Philippines you need to contact for everything I was told. He talked to me about my back pain and said if my pain persists he could offer injections. I didn't ask for bc they don't work for me. He then say I have the insurance like the guy that killed the man in New York. I just didn't know why he brought that up and why he chose to look over and tell me majority of his patients are cash paying. And??? Well they scheduled me for July 2, I sat there over an hour went to a room and he come to the door and tell me he can't see me bc I'm too early they're not gonna give me my meds. I'm like why the front staff didn't catch this, I didn't make my own appt. The girl checking me out I was gah reverse my money to my CC but the Dr said I had to come back to get my meds. The 9th they scheduled me and the same thing AGAIN happened. This time I'm pissed and nobody knows nothing. Now some new lady telling me they billed my insurance she don't know who checked me out, the Dr put in his notes... He seen ME 🤦🏾the lies. This went back and forth for like two weeks I tried to get my prescription or my copay back bc this man didn't see me. Only thing he seen was telling me come out the room. So he scamming a person in disability and now scamming the insurance. Not so fast bc I'm not FIGHTING or ARGUING with this office ANYMORE. I'm just going to go about it the best way I know how. The Feds will be looking into this fraudulent activity and my insurance company definitely will and the one's in the office that knows what's going on all are just as corrupt as he is. All they had to do was just send my prescription in but they took my money and the insurance money and let this man just lie like that knowing he didn't even have nothing in his notes until days later then all of a sudden they lying for him. To steal, take, or rob someone (especially someone that's on disability) God has a special place in hell for you!

Dr. Oruene The worst treatment I've ever had from a doctor. There were visits where he wouldn't even come see me or speak to me n just left me in the room. His nurses would check and come apologize and say "oh the dr. hasn't seen you yet ?" Go talk to him; come back n say. "You can leave we're goin to send your medication I'm so sorry about that." The times we did speak he was very confrontational and accusatory. He spoke at me instead of to me. There was no room for my own response and he only gave ultimatums. Very I'm big your small like Matilda daddy. I felt very disrespected as a patient by someone who should be helping me. I am so relieved to be out of the none care he was trying to force.

Dr.Ez is a fantastic doctor! He’s helped with pain in my left knee, my low back L1-L5-S1, T1-2. He provides me with pain management! I truly need him to help manage my pain. His staff is very confident. They help me with appointments, prior authorizations, referrals & procedures. I had a RFA procedure done today. Radio Frequency Ablation. That’s burning of the nerves that provide the payway to extreme pain. I was at a “7” when I walked in & “0” pain when I left! Dr.EZ always gets it right! I’m so grateful for him & his office staff! Dr O as l call has been my pain specialist for over 20.years, l have had 33 surgeries, one doctor made a huge mistake and do to infections the bone was eaten out of my right leg. Dr O has seen me through the worse days of my life. He helped me get off morphine and oxycodone. Dr O always finds a way to make me laugh and my husband too. I would be dead today if it wasn't for Dr O. I am able to make it through each day. I am 75 yrs old and he sees me making it through another year.

Dr is a very calm Doctor which is very important with patients that are in a lot of pain. I love his down to earth personality, very easy to speak to. No long waits, unless you are late, But try not to set appointments on a Friday because if you have a problem with you prescription you can't get help until that Monday because they don't answer their phones at all infact that is my main complaint with any Doctors office now a days.

I will continue to say this, will continue to say it. Dr Eze, is amazing. I went in for a simple procedure to help my shoulder pain. Dr Eze recognized me. Said right as he saw me, no, you are going to waist time on this 1. You need a different procedure. This procedure is a Ablation. I've hurt my shoulder in a accident 5 years ago. My spine is compressed. I live with pain almost every single day, because of this.

Be very careful, when you need something done in a timely matter, they charge you extra. If you want any paperwork done, they charge you extra. If you want your own records, they charge you. The doctor switched my prescription to something that I don’t even take, nor have they spoken to my other doctors about my medical chart. The clerks charge you extra when they have already charged your insurance for you showing up. If you want anything done and you get past the clerk. The clerk doesn’t care only will charge you and your insurance. The doctor argues with you about your situation regarding paperwork, records, and or getting something done in a timely matter. They charge $50 per page for anything, your records and paperwork. Most the paperwork you don’t need they will put that in your packet to charge extra. If you get this doctors office be very careful, they will waist your time. No one has gotten help unless you have paid out of pocket and let them charge your insurance as well. Still then you will not get your needs met. They ask if you want an appointment card for next visit $50.

I really like Dr O. He's patient and considerate. I like how far Apex has come and greatly improved on patient care. I generally recommend this facility to anyone in need of the many services that they offer. I've never had a problem with my prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. Customer services is excellent, the Call Center is on point. The MNAs show concerns & address issues and concerns in a timely manner. Is very easy to get an appointment and there's no sitting around waiting to see the doctor at your appointment time. The facility is very clean and maintained.

Dr. easy has been my doctor since 2011. He was also my deceased husbands doctor for many years and these people are like family. They pulled me aside when my husband died and the doctor and his wife gave me a card with their condolences. These are the most nicest people best doctor you’ll ever come across or experience thank you very much Dr. Easy for being my doctor you’re amazing. I called to make an appointment with my new primary Dr & was given an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I was told she does not work at that location & I would be seeing a PA. I should have been told this when I made the appointment. There is no option to fill out new patient paperwork on line so you are sitting in the lobby with coughing & sneezing sick people for 30 minutes filling out your paperwork. The PA was very nice & did my exam & gave me the orders for my blood work & test. I call to set appointment for the test the place I was referred to does not take my insurance. I called Apex Medical & couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I left a message for the medical assistant. I get a call back at the end of the day from a lady who spoke very poor English & I couldn’t understand her. I had to keep asking her to repeat her self. They need to have someone who speaks more clear English handling the phone calls. Very disappointed with my first experience at this place. And the primary I picked never works this location.
