I am totally disliked a doctor. He seems dont have any nalages about back pain and problems. For the 25 years of my low back pain and surgery it's first time I visited doctor like that. And he refused to prescribe me a pain medication and that is ridiculous. Point dont go to that doctors.

Dr O as l call has been my pain specialist for over 20.years, l have had 33 surgeries, one doctor made a huge mistake and do to infections the bone was eaten out of my right leg. Dr O has seen me through the worse days of my life. He helped me get off morphine and oxycodone. Dr O always finds a way to make me laugh and my husband too. I would be dead today if it wasn't for Dr O. I am able to make it through each day. I am 75 yrs old and he sees me making it through another year.

I will continue to say this, will continue to say it. Dr Eze, is amazing. I went in for a simple procedure to help my shoulder pain. Dr Eze recognized me. Said right as he saw me, no, you are going to waist time on this 1. You need a different procedure. This procedure is a Ablation. I've hurt my shoulder in a accident 5 years ago. My spine is compressed. I live with pain almost every single day, because of this.

Be very careful, when you need something done in a timely matter, they charge you extra. If you want any paperwork done, they charge you extra. If you want your own records, they charge you. The doctor switched my prescription to something that I don’t even take, nor have they spoken to my other doctors about my medical chart. The clerks charge you extra when they have already charged your insurance for you showing up. If you want anything done and you get past the clerk. The clerk doesn’t care only will charge you and your insurance. The doctor argues with you about your situation regarding paperwork, records, and or getting something done in a timely matter. They charge $50 per page for anything, your records and paperwork. Most the paperwork you don’t need they will put that in your packet to charge extra. If you get this doctors office be very careful, they will waist your time. No one has gotten help unless you have paid out of pocket and let them charge your insurance as well. Still then you will not get your needs met. They ask if you want an appointment card for next visit $50.

Dr. easy has been my doctor since 2011. He was also my deceased husbands doctor for many years and these people are like family. They pulled me aside when my husband died and the doctor and his wife gave me a card with their condolences. I called to make an appointment with my new primary Dr & was given an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I was told she does not work at that location & I would be seeing a PA. I should have been told this when I made the appointment. There is no option to fill out new patient paperwork on line so you are sitting in the lobby with coughing & sneezing sick people for 30 minutes filling out your paperwork. The PA was very nice & did my exam & gave me the orders for my blood work & test. I call to set appointment for the test the place I was referred to does not take my insurance. I called Apex Medical & couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I left a message for the medical assistant. I get a call back at the end of the day from a lady who spoke very poor English & I couldn’t understand her. I had to keep asking her to repeat her self. They need to have someone who speaks more clear English handling the phone calls. Very disappointed with my first experience at this place. And the primary I picked never works this location.

Unfortunately, I’ve needed chronic pain management for the past 15 years due to multiple advancing medical conditions with my spine, legs and feet. My experienced opinion, having seen doctors in Beverly Hills CA, Lexington KY, and now Henderson NV, is that Dr. Ezeanolue, also known as Dr. Ez, is by far the best pain management doctor I’ve ever seen.

Several years ago, Dr. Ez introduced me to lumbar injections, assuring me that they would work in conjunction with the other methods he uses to treat my chronic pain, and he was correct, of course. I progressed to injections in my neck which helps with the pain, limited range of motion, stiffness and remarkably helps relieve my onset migraine pain. I would advise anyone with back pain to include the injections into their regimen, because they really do help.

Aside from that, I must compliment Dr. Ez's entire staff. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and every one of them greets you with a smile and makes you feel important and comfortable. Wait times are always short and reasonable. Their lobby is very spacious, with the appropriate amount of chairs that are comfortably spaced out and it's always clean. But most importantly, very comfortable chairs for people that suffer with back and body pain - thank you Dr. Ez! The outpatient procedure center is just as impressive as his lobby, and it's in the same building, so injections are more accommodating for Dr. EZ's patients. I wish you luck finding a pain management doctor as good as Dr. Ezeanolue.

My daughter has seen Ada twice now. She was extremely thorough both times, and spent over an hour with her/us. She seeks to understand the root of what’s going on, and why some of the behaviors are happening, without judgement. The first antidepressant did not work well, so after one month she re evaluated and switched it. Overall the customer service is very good . The only shortcoming is they wait till you're in the office for your visit and they tell you they can't see you for your appointment that has been scheduled for a month . For some reason they don't tell the patients they're going to need a new referral from your primary care physician the month before it expires and then tell you they can't see you .

Dr. Ezeanolue, respectfully known as Dr. Ez, is a remarkable doctor and I am very fortunate I found him because not all pain clinics provide the degree of care that he provides to his patients.

I receive lumber injections as well as shoulder and cervical injections and they help! Dr. Ez is very patient and thorough when discussing my ailments, always making sure that I completely understand what more can be done to help with my pain and discomfort; he has never once told me that nothing more could be done, and his optimism is a positive boost to my emotional state of mind and wellbeing. And if your visit is with one of his nursing staff you can expect the same care and optimism.

When an order for a procedure is submitted his office always calls me when it’s approved by insurance and ensures that I understand the upcoming procedure and what’s entailed. They also send out reminders for upcoming appointments, which is very helpful. Unlike many of my other doctor’s offices which have 30 to 60 minute hold times when you call, you can easily reach his office within a reasonable amount of time. And when I’ve left messages, they call me back.

The surgical facility where the injections are done is down the hall from his office. Dr. Ez’s staff is always very professional, helpful and friendly. The office is very large, clean, organized and comfortable. And what I find *EXCEPTIONAL* is the lobby chairs are actually very comfortable for people with bad backs! Rarely are doctors office lobby chairs comfortable, which is so important because the physical discomfort affects people negatively, especially those living with chronic pain. So thank you Dr. Ez for always thinking of your patients wellbeing. Besides the very comfortable chairs, the lobby is clean, large, well decorated with a very large TV that always has the best shows on.

Dr Ada only works 3 days a week. I’ve been her patient for nearly 3 years. As of today I told the office I am no longer her patient due to the careless and inhumane behavior. If you don’t say what she wants to hear she threatens to put you in a metal hold which can last from 48 hours till whenever they decide to let you out. For the last month she has rescheduled me more than 4 times (again she only works 3 days a week). I’ve seen the office treat disabled people carelessly and refuse help. Very off putting especially since multiple people have tried to help him and the office got mad closing their window in people’s faces while talking about this disabled man. Today I’ve had enough. I was called again, 40 minutes before my appointment and was told I have to be in person. Uh… why didnt this get mentioned any time prior when making all these appointments? Dr Ada and her office is a scam. Save yourself the time and energy and find a different office.

Dr EZ prescribed the appropriate opioid and also Norcan. He pointed out that an 80-year-old person, on 24/7 oxygen could be at risk, hence the Norcan. He advised that he always added the Norcan with Morphine prescriptions. She is on the lowest dosage so Dr EZ added another drug, Cymbalta since his procedures in the past offered no significant results, and Cymbalta offers minimally more relief.

What disturbs me is that the PA my wife has seen, who advised that Dr EZ had to prescribe Morphine, or even Dr EZ, himself (the initial prescription) prescribed the Norcan. I guess my wife was just lucky?

I was given an appointment to come back on 1/22/26 and the girl actually said I didn’t have an appointment and argued her point… Until a young lady wakes up behind her and pulled it up IMMEDIATELY 🤦🏾‍♀️ Doctors work for THE PATIENT. And they can NOT do their job if they have no idea HOW TO LISTEN TO THE PATIENT AND HAVE A CONVERSATION. I’m not here for you to tell me what to do I’m not a child… it should be that we work TOGETHER to manage the pain…the patient does NOT have to agree with suggestions PERIOD 🤷🏽‍♀️again ITS MY BODY AND MY EXPERIENCE IT’S NOT ABOUT THE DOCTOR

Apex Medical staff have always been very professional and respectful of my privacy and needs. I have never been rushed in/out, entry staff handle all issues in a discreet and respectful way even when they aren't receiving that same treatment by other patients.
Dr .O makes me feel heard and seen, which means so much when his waiting room is filled with other patients waiting to see him. I have had alot of doctors, none ever lasting more than 3-6 months before either closing with no notice or dropping patients without notice.
Dr.O personally notified me direct when my insurance would no longer be accepted by his office, giving me alternative options, even seeing me free of charge for several months until I was able to switch insurance during open enrollment rather than dropping me as a patient!
Apex has gone above and beyond and I hope to continue my treatment with them for many more years to come.

I just had my annual visit with Dr. EZ today, I usually go to the Pecos location with the amazing Dr. Rachel Lunini but I have to see him once a year and it wasn’t bad at all.
I actually showed up an hour early and they got me in within twenty minutes, the staff was very nice and Dr. EZ was funny and very understanding of my regimen. He made made sure everything was good and made me feel comfortable! Thank you to all the doctors and staff of Apex medical centers!

Just got another injection to eleviate pain in my neck caused by 5 ( yes FIVE !!) pinched nerves in my neck and spine. Unable to get the surgery that is needed to help with the pain due to other health issues that I can't get the clearance needed to have a major surgery. If not for Dr. EZ ( Apex medical center period ) I truly don't know what I would do. If you are in pain or just unsure about surgery , I would STRONGLY recommend that you go to Apex. At least now my quality of life is just that.... Quality. Instead of suffering every day and being miserable

Updating my experience on this date, January 6th, 2026.
I have a large size mass at the top of my spine, on the neck area.
After 2 C-spine fusions, the last in June 2010, all the hardware used to stabilize the C-2-T1 has after 15 years shifted to my right side causing extreme pain when sleeping in my back.
Dr. Easy checked it and was concerned about what is going on
I have an appointment Jan. 9th, 2026 with a Dr. Wilson at UMC spine clinic to get his opinion.
Dr. Easy wants me to get a copy of Dr Wilsons report so he can decide a course of action to help my pain.
Apex Medical Center is the best pain clinic there is.
They take patients suffering to heart and anyone looking for help please check out Apex.
I have had an inordinate amount of trauma through the years and it's comforting to have help dealing with pain in my golden years.

At my most recent appointment I had a Jaw injection Where I have extreme arthritis. I've had the pain for about 4 months, and could barely open my mouth bright enough to yawn. It's now two days later and I do not have pain in my jaw. Thank you Dr EZ.
