I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. The back office operations felt disorganized and unprofessional. Communication regarding insurance coverage, lab work, and ultrasound billing was unclear.

I was charged $60 just to review lab results over the phone and $80 just to review the same lab results in person. I was also told that insurance referrals would cover lab work and ultrasound costs, but my experience was different.

I spent a lot of time following up and trying to resolve billing issues, which became very frustrating and time-consuming. Please clarify all fees, billing responsibilities, and insurance coverage before proceeding.

I was very impressed with the doctor’s office staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I especially appreciated that the office was not overbooked, and I was seen right at my scheduled appointment time without any unnecessary waiting. Took my dad to see the doctor here because he doesn’t have health insurance. It’s affordable for someone who doesn’t have insurance like him. We’re very happy with his visit. Everyone is very friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable. Doctor here is really taking the time with you ,talking to you about all the concerns you might have, unlike other places that you waited for a long time and only get to see the doctor for a few minutes and rushing out. ❤️

Love coming here for any issues I’m having! My Primary Care Physician, NP Panissara Teeraanukul, is quick to respond to my questions, and gives very detailed information on any issues during my appointments. I appreciate that she focuses on my concerns for the entire hour of my appointment time, and does not rush me out the door like a typical PCP facility would. It’s worth coming here for the extra care, and to make sure my needs are met. I have had an excellent experience at this health clinic for IV drips. Although I live out of the area, I always make it a priority to stop in whenever I’m in town because the care is consistently outstanding.

As a registered nurse, I pay close attention to safety, cleanliness, and proper precautions during any IV procedure, and this clinic exceeds expectations every time. I went to see Dr. Panissara Natalie Teeraanukul for a blood test and an internal check-up, and she was honestly so lovely! 💕 She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time — I didn’t feel awkward or nervous at all. I’m Thai, 45, and recently moved from the East. I’ve had some health issues, and I feel so lucky to have found AJ Direct Care and Wellness Clinic and NP Nat as my provider. She’s very kind, friendly, and professional.

She offered me an annual physical exam for just $99, which includes a comprehensive physical exam, EKG, and annual bloodwork — such a great deal! She helped me cut through all the unnecessary stuff, and I finally feel at ease about my health.

The clinic is located very close to IKEA, just a 2–3 minute drive or a 10-minute walk. After fasting for my bloodwork, I went straight to IKEA for some Swedish food — perfect ending!

This is definitely a clinic I’d recommend.
