Extremely predatory and unethical business. They take advantage of immigrants needing basics like health forms and immunizations by forcing you to prepay and then withholding information until you’re already screwed and can’t change your mind. They are a complete scam. You can get much cheaper care at other clinics or even state run clinics. The employees are also rude and hostile when you call them out on their shady business practices. Stay FAR FAR away.

If could give zero stars i would .. reception very pleasant and very helpful so no fault there .

Called in for the exam . Blood pressure taken which was high the first time . I didnt think myself but afterwards realised my legs were crossed . The nurse didnt notice .

Someone came in to do the physical exam.
Looked at my records and said before going further we need to do follow ups on 5 of the vacinations you have had . Polio we can redo when its due as its not quite 28 days as yet since you had last shot and can do that when you come to pick up your packet .

To which i responded so how much are the follow up vacinations . No responce apart from we will get that from the front desk .
I responded with well i can get them done through my insurance and was then told if you want to do that then today will be cancelled costing me $130 and only be refunded $170 . As it be classed as a cancelled apointment plus if go elsewhere they dont trust other providers to supply the required follow up vaccines correctly so would have to wait 28 days before coming back and paying the $300 again for a full exam. Told that as within 28 days the blood test would be effected . Yet i could get the vaccinatiins that day through E7 for over $800 and they could even do the blood test the same day .

Again i asked for price of the vaccinations and was told front desk will get you them .

I WANTED PRICE TO SEE IF WAS WORTH JUST PAYING TO GET EVERYYGING SORTED AND BE ON MY WAY

Ok so would you like me to start the physical while you decide and we wait for the pricing of vaccinations ? ..

To which i replied if you start the physical exam will that be part of the $130 e7 will be taking from me if i dont continue the apointment ?

To which i was told no ull be charged the full $300 u already paid .

So im questioning the vacinations cost before proceding and then was asked to start the physical so e7 keep the full $300 fee if i want vacinatiins else where .. i do not think so that was a blatant attempt to not refund any money .

Got refunded $170 they kept the $130.

ohhh and they charge you initially a $2.50 for a card transaction that isnt refunded either .

Came home made a couple phone calls one to my lawyer and one to another civil surgeon offering same service for wayyy less even the vaccinations are reasonably priced. Plus as long as you have proof of 1st course of vaccinations they only require to see evidence of 2nd or 3rd doses when pick up immigration packet . Allowing to get vaccinations out side of the practice . Only extra cost is chicken pox test again way less over $30 less than e7 .

Would i recommemd e7 for immigration purposes. NO

Do i feel i was almost scammed into starting the physical before knowing vacination costs and them keeping the filull $300 knowing i wanted vacine costs before proceeding YES ABSOLUTLEY

Over 1 year later as you can see. They have responded to my review.
There are cheaper better alternatives that do not hide things and are totally upfront. They also try to help you.
Save your money go elsewhere. Make some calls or even look at my reviews and you will see better alternatives. That are genuine and wont try and scam you.

Came here for my first physical to be able to get my CDL. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. she was able to answer all the questions I had. the medical doctor was very nice and professional. I believe it's the cheapest in las vegas for a CDL physical. Before you go to the exam make sure to bring $52 cash for payment or you will be paying $65 with debit or credit card. Not too big of a difference but it's $13 you can use for something else, like lunch afterwards. Other than that i was in and out in about 20-30 mins. Good exam experience. Recommended choice for your CDL physical.

I made an appointment for 12:45, checked in, and didn’t get called to the front desk until an hour later. When we walked in there was only two people waiting. Within the hour they saw 5 other patients that were walk ins. The DOT physical was $160 when paying with card. This is the most I ever paid for a DOT. After the hour passed I decided to leave and go somewhere else where it’s cheaper and faster. Took them 15 minutes to refund me. I left and they failed to give me back my ID. I didn’t realize until 30 minutes after I left. I called and they told me they have it. Would’ve been nice if they would’ve gave me a call if they knew they had my ID. Never coming back here again. Don’t recommend this place.

My nurse/aide made the entire experience delightful! Was there for a urinalysis but was bladder shy for some reason even after two bottles of water.. she was upbeat, kind and so helpful. She made the experience wonderful instead of stressful that's it easily could have been. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is top notch from beginning to end! I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time and ended up waiting over an hour past that with no clear communication or updates from staff. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t even use the bathroom or I’d have to reschedule my appointment for another day, which is completely unreasonable.

This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Basic respect for people’s time and needs should be a given. I would not recommend based on how poorly this was handled.

Terrible,absolutely inexcusably Terrible!! Speaking with staff on the issues regarding policy and protocol I received more "I don't knows" than I could count. When I asked for a more senior/experienced staff member to be brought into the conversation the employee serving made it seem like I insulted her, and proudly proclaimed that she WAS experienced. I'm not sure exactly how the dialog between her and her supervisor went, as they spoke in the hallway prior to entering my waiting room. But the supervisor's first words were indicative of a desire to defend the amount of experience of the original staff member before even addressing the nature of my questions which needed a bit more clarity.
Now, if they really would have known their roles and responsibilities that's one thing, but not only did they not understand the process but after claiming to be adequately knowledgeable on protocol, they made an error on my paperwork that had I failed to notice would have cost me my career, at least for the time it would have taken to work out the details on my own of becoming re-lisenced and recertification.
I will not be using their services for further drug testing that is being paid by my company, but may have to deal with them again in situations where I am subcontracting or being tested on someone else's account.

Your insurance covers TB testing, physicals, and most services they offer — just schedule an appointment with any doctor that takes your insurance instead. I’m so disappointed. The bathroom was dirty, there were no paper towels. I felt rushed, they didnt ask me any questions just took a urine sample when they probably should have done a swab too. Its been a week Im still waiting for my results. There’s absolutely nothing in my online account nothing that says I even had a test. Everything just seems off, I’ll never go here again. I should have just gone to planned parenthood they had my results before my appointment was over.

I had an appointment for 1pm i got there 10 minutes early and checked in. There were only acouple people in the lobby waiting and I didnt get brought back till almost 1:40pm not sure what the point of an appointment is if it takes that long to get brought back. The nurse was nice no problems at all. I got my test results back within 2 days as promised. The nurse that called me let's me know I was positive and tells me after paying $70 to have the test done that I would have to pay $160 just to come down to the office across town and have them write me a prescription that I would then also be charged for the prescription on top of the $160. What a complete scam. No one should have to pay $160 just to have a prescription written for them. Do better E7 stop being greedy and messing with people's lives.
