Made a 4pm appointment for a blood draw. They take patients back in the order they arrive so it doesn’t matter what time your appointment is made. I kept being told a couple more minutes, a couple more minutes. It’s been 35 minutes and I’m still in the waiting room. Staff seems lazy and doesn’t care about inconvenience

Very Nice people. They kept their word on privacy and stood on business. I never had to take a urine test while being on medication to help me get off opiates. I showed proof what medication I was on and the proces went smooth.

My nurse/aide made the entire experience delightful! Was there for a urinalysis but was bladder shy for some reason even after two bottles of water.. she was upbeat, kind and so helpful. She made the experience wonderful instead of stressful that's it easily could have been. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is top notch from beginning to end! It's completely across town from me but I will use this facility from now on.

I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time and ended up waiting over an hour past that with no clear communication or updates from staff. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t even use the bathroom or I’d have to reschedule my appointment for another day, which is completely unreasonable.
This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Basic respect for people’s time and needs should be a given. I would not recommend based on how poorly this was handled.

Terrible,absolutely inexcusably Terrible!! Speaking with staff on the issues regarding policy and protocol I received more "I don't knows" than I could count. When I asked for a more senior/experienced staff member to be brought into the conversation the employee serving made it seem like I insulted her, and proudly proclaimed that she WAS experienced. I'm not sure exactly how the dialog between her and her supervisor went, as they spoke in the hallway prior to entering my waiting room. But the supervisor's first words were indicative of a desire to defend the amount of experience of the original staff member before even addressing the nature of my questions which needed a bit more clarity.
Now, if they really would have known their roles and responsibilities that's one thing, but not only did they not understand the process but after claiming to be adequately knowledgeable on protocol, they made an error on my paperwork that had I failed to notice would have cost me my career, at least for the time it would have taken to work out the details on my own of becoming re-lisenced and recertification.
I will not be using their services for further drug testing that is being paid by my company, but may have to deal with them again in situations where I am subcontracting or being tested on someone else's account.

Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money here.
Your insurance covers TB testing, physicals, and most services they offer — just schedule an appointment with any doctor that takes your insurance instead. The TB testing staff was rude and unhelpful. I ended up canceling my appointment. I went to CVS Minute Clinic they’re amazing and my insurance covered it!

I’m so disappointed. The bathroom was dirty, there were no paper towels. I felt rushed, they didnt ask me any questions just took a urine sample when they probably should have done a swab too. Its been a week Im still waiting for my results. There’s absolutely nothing in my online account nothing that says I even had a test. Everything just seems off, I’ll never go here again. I should have just gone to planned parenthood they had my results before my appointment was over.

Very easy to set an appointment online. Staff and clinician are pleasant and organized, though when I called 2 different times to ask about completion of I-693 for immigrants (vaccination portion only), the receptionists gave different answers. The first one confirmed they provide that service, the second one mentioned that they only do the full medical exam or none at all. Appreciate if the receptionists could be more consistent with guidance especially for immigrants.

I had an appointment for 1pm i got there 10 minutes early and checked in. There were only acouple people in the lobby waiting and I didnt get brought back till almost 1:40pm not sure what the point of an appointment is if it takes that long to get brought back. The nurse was nice no problems at all. I got my test results back within 2 days as promised. The nurse that called me let's me know I was positive and tells me after paying $70 to have the test done that I would have to pay $160 just to come down to the office across town and have them write me a prescription that I would then also be charged for the prescription on top of the $160. What a complete scam. No one should have to pay $160 just to have a prescription written for them. Do better E7 stop being greedy and messing with people's lives.

Yall are quick, easy, allow us to keep a card on file for employees, and reasonably priced BUT I MUST SAY, AND I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH; I am super upset the Rainbow location closed- and am sad to say its effected how frequently i'm able to send our employees to you- There is no doubt, out of all our affiliated places - e7 is easily the first choice for us and has been where the majority of our staff is sent, but without a location on the westside we unfortunately have had to settle for other choices- Please please please open up a location on the west side!
