Good luck trying to get ahold of anybody. I’ve called multiple times, left two messages. Their scheduling department rings twice before sending you to voicemail. I had a missed call and called them back within one minute and had the same experience over and over. Thank god I was able to find a different doctor’s office that can actually answer their phones. Not a great first impression when you’re trying to find a primary doctor.

Katrina has been nothing but attentice and empathetic, always actively listening to my needs and making me feel truly cared for. Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched. Coming from a big city, I was initially skeptical about finding a provider who genuinely cares, but Katrina and her staff have exceeded all my expectations. I was so impressed with the care I received that I encouraged my friends and family to transfer to this clinic, and they have had the same exceptional experience. They feel valued and heard. The entire team is welcoming and ensures that patients feel valued. It is a small team, busy at times, so I recommend utilizing their email as communication sometimes. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding care.

For someone looking for a new primary care doctor who just moved out of state, I understand there are protocols. But, please train the people who pick up your phones to be a little nicer and not be snarky and laugh at the people trying to do business with you guys. It surely doesnt make a good impression when they are the first point of contact. I dont get where the rudeness stems from.

Everyone is so nice. I really like my doctor. She actually took her time with me. I got to ask about everything I had questions about. She is very in depth. She makes sure I understand. She has my best interest at heart. I’m lucky to have found her and the other staff. Thank you guys so much for everything. They are also very clean.

I’ve been in several times to see Katrina Lee and each visit is phenomenal. The front desk and medical assistant are always efficient and kind. I am very grateful to have found a provider that takes the time to listen to your concerns and really cares about your wellbeing.

I love the personal one-on-one care! It’s so different from the care I used to get from the big medical groups. The easy flexible scheduling was a big plus too! Cash price was very reasonable given the kind of care I received.
