All the employees at Boulder crossing My generation clinic are very helpful and kind and treat you like family, the nurse practitioner that took my vitals and gave him my flu shot was very kind and helpful and treated me just like her family not just like a patient , my doctor was very kind and helpful explain everything in detail so I can understand it and all my test results. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in good health.

Boulder Crossing Clinic is the BEST in all phases of services that I have had in every state Lived in. Dr Androssov is not only personable but displays an interest in your life and health. He spent time going over my test results and gave me copy of each with notes discussed. Also all out time and schedules are important and he and staff schedule so you don't sit and waited forever for your appointment. They answer phones promptly. He runs an above average managed office. I had previous bad experience with prior offices for long waits. Not answering phones and general unhappy with overall operation. Dr A and his staff need and A Plus in total running of clinic. The app was easy to download. The office staff was wonderful at making sure I was prepared for call. Appreciated the phone call prior do do update on my concerns and other normal pre-doctor questions. Call was on time and easy to hold conversation with Dr. Although not the same as face to face, I had no major health problems going on, so really appreciated not having to expose myself to others germs.

Front staff can be rude. The wait time is not always on time.
I'm disabled and use Humana rides or RTC handicap bus. I can never request return pickup because I never know how long I'll be there. However, the doctor is great, and his social workers are awesome

Treatment was acceptable, but admissions failed to tell us they would not accept our insurance. They did take our information and allowed us to leave without any payment, so we assumed our insurance and Medicare would be billed. The medical issue was important, but not critical. We would have gone elsewhere if told. We are now being harassed because we wonβt pay the charge.

I love my doctor and the medical staff are great here, my only complaint is they have the "Security Guard" do covid screening at the door asking your name and asking medical questions outbloud in the lobby. This is a hippa violation. He works for security company and is not medical personnel, let alone its nobody buisness in the lobby nor a security guards buisness about my history with covid. It is only the buisness of the medical staff and physicians. Whats next, are they going to start having the security guard do blood pressure and EKG. This is the only clinic the does this, all other doctor offices and clinics the employees of the clinic handle forms and check in paperwork, not a security guard that works for Allied Security.

I enjoy going to this office, Dr Van Wagner is so good and takes time with me. However, I find it more and more difficult to get through to anybody on the phone. Long wait times, this did not happen when it was HealthCare Partners.
Since Dr. Van Wagner has left the office I am back with Emily Labonte, she is marvelous. I trust her completely and she made me feel much better about getting the Covid shot. Iβm very happy to be back with her I started out with her and Iβm just glad to be back.

The Doctors are very thorough and concerned with making sure their patients understand everything going on with their health needs, both mentally and physically. Dr Yu is so so patient and very sweet. He doesn't rush you. He is soooo gentle and kind. In fact.... we moved CLEAR across town. It takes us 48 minutes to get there so we decided to change locations to one that is much closer to our home. We changed our mind. Dr Yu is SO worth the 48 minute drive!

On July 14th @ 1:30 the lady that takes blood was horrible horrible horrible. She has taken my blood 3 times already but that day I guess she was having a bad day but she had taken my blood 6 days before that & I have alot of problems so if another appointment is scheduled then maybe they needed some more blood & when that lady seen that I had another appointment she came in the lobby behind the glass where the receptions work & started screaming loud that she just took my blood. & asked why do she have to take my blood again & started screaming & slammed the paperwork on the desk & said she was tired of this! I am bipolar so it took all the blood in my body to not flip out on that lady I mean I'm still tramatized & from now on I will be going to Quest to have my blood taken & to be honest I hate this place with a passion now

My wife and I love Dr. Androssov at Intermountain Healthcare. He is just what we wanted to find in a care giver. The other doctors are great as well and are available if Dr. Androssov is away or unavailable, which is seldom. Triage nurses answer questions and give advice 24/7. Staff nurses that call and ask how you are and check on outcomes. Telemedicine is like having Dr. Androssov at home. My wife and I get appointments together so we can make one trip. Even blood tests at the same office.

I Was disappointed first knowing that Kelly vanWagner Dr is no longer there and I will see a different doctor.
I can say that the visit on February 8 was a very nice experience . I met doctor Yu for the first time, but he was patient and read my tests and explained everything in detail.

Yesterday I had my new appointment with Dr. Yu here in Vegas. I'm really glad he is my new primary now, he takes the time to listen and talk with you not like most Dr's do now where you spend more time with the nurse taking your vitals than when your Dr comes in and rush through your appointment to find out what is going on with you.
Office staff & nurse's also very good I felt as comfortable there as I did with my Dr I had for 18 years until he retired.
