Overall, I have been pleased with my care at this location. However, my last visit I was not happy that I had to wait a very long time to make an appointment. Because either they're short of people, or they've changed procedures, but I had to wait for someone to finish what they were doing before they could wait on me.
The wait time was definitely too long. Considering I was there because I need a hip replacement. So standing is not the easiest thing for me to do.

This was my first time at Intermountain Health, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My PAC, Amber Peterson is great. This first visit was getting to know each other. She answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with her. In all, this visit was extraordinary. Thank you to all of the staff, and Amber Peterson . If you are looking for a primary care facility, in my opinion, this is a great place.

One thing I love about this facility is that you start getting excellent care from the greeting at the front counter through your visit. Miss Ashley called me back, checked my vitals asked plenty of questions but more importantly asked me if I had any questions and concerns, after she asked me to wait and the doctor would be is a few minutes. I’ve had luck with excellent doctors, buy with Dr. Amber and her care I knew I had hit the top.. She is very sincere, caring, professionally organized. Her bedside manner is supportive, loving and gentle. I hope this crew stays together and they don’t rotate them because this is top-of-the-line quality healthcare management.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always efficient! Yesterday I was in just to verify if I had vertigo. She called in meds and gave me an exercise to do. And follow up if things don’t get back to normal in a couple weeks. My referral is needed is already in place!
