Filled out paperwork, waited online for 30 minutes, then called the office and the receptionist acts like it's my fault and keeps repeating I have to come in. They really do just hire anyone these days.

He has a fantastic, light-hearted bedside manner that instantly puts me at ease. Even if i walked in nervous about the appointment I walk out feeling heard and at ease. Over all... Bad experience. I had set an appointment on ZocDoc about a month prior. I had my appointment tomorrow via video visit at 10am and I was all ready for it and anticipating the doctor visit. received a text message this afternoon from the office saying that they had canceled my appointment due to some scheduling issues on their end. I immediately called into the office to see what the issue was and they told me that they were unable to do a video visit with me because I'm a new patient. However, when I booked the appointment, I had filled-out all pre visit paperwork, stating what I needed to be seen for and at that time they had told me video visit was fine. I had also send them copies of my insurance card and my Driver's license, so everything was okay up until this afternoon. 🙄 The staff that answers the phone is pretty rude about scheduling and don't really have answers for anything... The young woman receptionist was short tempered and made me feel like I was the one who canceled and had an "I dont care attitude". I ended up rescheduling the appointment for next month because I cannot come in anytime soon due to health conditions and no transportation.

I just looked at my email now and noticed that the office canceled my appointment again 🙄🙄. So I'm not really sure what to do... I mean I see the good reviews, they probably are a lot of fake ones they post themsleves. I definitely don't understand all the "good" reviews. I have been always been able to use video teleheath when I visit my doctors for the initial visit. I wasn't even needing a prescription just wanting to test the waters to see if doctor and me vibed, so I knew if I wanted to see him again or not. Rude receptionist and 2nd time they just cancel on me with 0 explanation. "Good Samaritan" should remove his practice from ZocDoc, if he does not want patients from Zocdoc. I really do not recommend this place because they waste your time and don't really care if you had a prior set appointment and if you get seen or not. They didn't even have the decency to call to let me know they canclled my 2nd appointment. Trash, next!

Absolutely horrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment that the clinic themselves canceled, claiming they could handle my prescription refill over the phone. I trusted their process and followed their guidance, only to be told last minute that they had changed their minds and now required me to come in person for the refill.
Because they canceled my original appointment, I was left without any options only to be told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another week and a half. That’s completely unacceptable when it comes to urgent medication needs.
This level of disorganization and lack of responsibility could have seriously jeopardized my health. Their disregard for patient urgency and poor communication practices show a clinic that prioritizes convenience over care. I would not recommend Good Samaritan to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, or competent medical service.

I have been going to Dr. Jang for about a year or so now and I am very thankful I was referred to him. He has gotten me back on track with everything medically that I needed done that seems to have been alot of the other PCPs issues. He actually cares to make sure I'm good and gets the care I need right away. I have a complicated health history and he has addressed everything and have gone above and beyond to make sure my I see the right specialist and get the care I need right away. His staff are also the best!! They are always so nice and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make sure my medical documents, appointments and referrals get taken cared of right away! It's also nice to see he has a golden doodle, Leia, who's just so chill!!!!

New patient here and it’s 10/10 recommendation for me. Dr. Jang is suuuper great. He’s young knowledgeable and VERY VERY easy to talk to. I usually feel intimidated going into drs offices. Not sure if anyone else is like that but he’s easy to talk to. Like he’s a regular guy. And he’s straight to the point and honest. And what I like is that he’ll tell me how to heal first before throwing medications at me.

I really loved the vibe of this place when I first stepped in I said this looks amazing I would love this clinic for my family for life but years go by and dr Jang is very rude I know any doctor is but I hated that interaction we had I understand his job is super stressful he has multiple ladies in front desk all useless rude and just hang up on the phone keep you waiting on hold for like 10-15 minutes sometimes ok but rude and dr chalisa joined the office his NP she is very very nice in my opinion I’ve only talked to her Via telahealth but other than that she’s been super nice

I must start by saying that I was a bit taken aback ... I was not expecting to be treated with such genuine care and respect. Let me start with the support staff. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and was immediately checked in my a very knowledgeable young lady. There was no hassle... it was my first visit. My wait time to see Dr. Jang took a total of twenty minutes this includes both waiting rooms. Dr. Jang was a delight. I can't explain it; it was as if I was hanging out with an old friend ( though he's much younger than I). I felt very comfortable... I think I have finally found my doctor.

Went to this dr for main purpose of finding a new one in a new city and after my son was killed. Referred me to a wonderful therapist who recommended me to be on an anti depressant for awhile. I tell dr hang. His response was he does excel comfortable prescribing me those and for me to find a dr he would would refer me???? Ummm. Ok. Then my husband and I have blood work done. Did t even bother to look at the the specifics of my blood work but diagnosed my husband a diabetic. We did not fast before blood work nor were we told we needed to. He insisted on prescribing ozempic. When I asked about coverage he advised me he wouldn’t write a script without knowing it would be covered. Guess what??? It wasn’t!!! The front office did not do their job on work g with the pharmacy and insurance to get it covered. And I’m glad it didn’t because guess what!?!? Husbands A1C is just fine. His glucose tests have been wonderful. A second recommendation always is best. His front office girls are extremely RUDE and not helpful one bit. They also hang up on you mid conversation. I personally wouldn’t go to this office as a woman.

This doctor Jang was recommended by a friend from Kansas City Missouri.

His bosses are 4/10 LOL but he is 9.99/10. Also has a dog there who loves every person.

He is in every sense of the word 1 of the few good people out there. He took care of my friend. Listened and understood what needed to be done. Think the personality of Michael j fox’s”doc hollywood”. I don’t work for him, and I usually don’t care about stuff but he is worth an honest review

When Arrogance and Ego override professionalism within the first 5 minutes of your visit, you'll know you're better off walking out and finding another doctor.
This office wasted a month of our lives assuring my disabled wife that the doctor would be able to sign her disability paperwork.
Right once we got to the appointment, he made it clear that he absolutely will NOT sign any paperwork (what we made sure to verify at the time the appointment was booked.)
Then he tried selling this line about how he will treat the medical conditions but we would have to go elsewhere for the paperwork. Excuse me? If we have yo go elsewhere for what we came here for to begin with, what kind of over-inflated sense of self-importance make you think you're worth returning to.

And the clincher, when my wife asked him to speak with his staff to make sure this kind of confusion doesnt befall future patients, this narcissistic jerk had the audacity to interrupt and snap at her to such a degree that his medical assistant was visiblt taken aback by it.

Steer clear if this office. The doctor is FAR more interested in stroking his own ego than professionalism or medical care.

I chose Dr. Shaun Jang because he had a 5 star rating. My first apt. I was there way before and had to stand in a dirty hallway until the staff finally made it up with their fast food breakfasts in hand running late-no big deal we all run a little late and everything was great…until it wasn’t-and when I say it wasn’t it’s like everything went to hell. Not one PA for my Thyroid was getting received. None of my referrals were getting received this went one for weeks which turned into months of the same excuse so, I had to go. My health has continued to deteriorate and finally have a Dr. office that offers everything, they’ve got it all and we’re all on the same page!!! Run, don’t walk this office shouldn’t even be practicing medicine and I’m honestly not sure how they are??? Shame on them. Shame on the medical board. You’re not in good hands like they lead you to believe the first few visits. Very disappointing. Super rushed every visit so notes weren’t getting properly notated with the Dr. himself and ended up sending me over an Rx that I literally cannot take because I’m super allergic to it?!?! Good thing my pharmacy and I are also on the same page!?!? Absolute negligence that could have had a seriously bad outcome. That was the final straw for me. I couldn’t be sick and do their job and go back and forth on the phone and possibly get hospitalized…if I was lucky??? Like I said RUN, DON’T WALK.

ive been seeing this doctor for almost a year, theres nothing bad to say about him. i had to do my own self surgeries on my leg before i had medicaid, off the top of his head he could identify what i had learned. im going to state this, the 2 bad reviews on this were from 2 people with the last name Kim, this seems like a conflict of interest. as there are many doctor Kims. every other review just like mine is 5 stars. Dr Jang is incredibly professional and intelligent. People only go out of their way to review if its either EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD or EXCEPTIONALLY BAD/CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

Was sent here because I was told the staff cared, will listen, got there and told them I do not want any more meds, trying to find more natural ways to deal with anxiety, my ptsd and other avenues and they wanted to send me to a counselor after I just got done telling the Dr I already been to a few and they kept trying to dose me up on medications I did not want to take, but when you provide them all your documents from other health cares they want you to go do their test, charge you again for the tests you already took recently. I will Never go back here again.

Where do I begin…….I have known Dr Jang for quite sometime now. His knowledge of Medicine and humanity goes side by side hence the office name, he is indeed a Good Samaritan. So thankful he is a Family Doctor. Not too long ago, the MD that I’ve been seeing for the last 11years sold her clinic to Cano Health without notifying her patients. Upon calling over 3 dozens General MD no one seem to take new patients. So, I telephoned DR JANG! Yes, he came to my rescue! He knows what he’s doing, he is not boastful like other MD I have consulted about my health, here’s for your pain take this….here’s a shot….. I graduated from Johns Hopkins I am this I am that but I cannot tell you what’s going on! Dr. JANG ordered test from X-rays to MRI, blood work-labs, treated me a human being and NOT body parts! Bingo I got diagnosis and treatment and plans to make me better! This is what I call human kind of medicine! His office staff is equally nice and knowledgeable as he is. If they cannot answer your questions they will find the answer and will get back to you in no time. Finally a real Medical Clinic in Las Vegas!

Dr Kang is definitely the worse doctor I’ve met and I do not recommend him for anyone looking for a respectful doctor.
I’m new to town and found Dr Kang’s from newspaper Ad. First time when I visit he’s ok. Second time I visited after getting my blood test result, he was wearing super casual wear - sweat pants and sweat shirt…… no problem.

Third time is a scheduled FaceTime consultation requested by Dr. Kang and this just shows how unprofessional he is. He called me ahead of our scheduled appointment, upon picking up the phone, he asked “how are you? I’m really busy today, so… what do you want to talk about today? I don’t have your files in front of me.”

First of all, he’s the one to schedule this appointment, he wanted to explain my result to me and explain the prescription he issued. He sounded rude and hasty and during the whole conversation, he was standing up searching for files (for other patient), turning around to talk to his staff, look around on the computer etc. It is almost like he is restless and anxious to end the call with me. Very very rude and unprofessional. If there’s no time for your patient, I’d appreciate if he/his staff called and reschedule the consultation. If theres no time look at my files before talking to me, don’t bother!

Honestly, with my encounters with Dr Kang, I wouldn’t put my health on his hand. He has no time for his patients and honestly it clearly shows that he doesn’t care.

I’ll not be visiting Dr Kang and will let everyone I know to stay away from him.

Ive only been in Las Vegas for a year and I've been avoiding finding a Doctor. Thankfully i found Good Samaritan LV.
Dr. Jang will forever be my favorite doctor!! The Love, patience, attention, and integrity he gives to his patients is unmatched in my opinion. I've never met a doctor like him. And his Staff!!!
