One of the worst experiences I've had in my adult life. I'm getting the runaround Every phone number they give leads to another phone number. I had a botched video call with Dr. Amber Lee. I could barely understand anything she was saying! They do not have my medical records and she couldn't do anything for me. For a two minute and 30 second phone call they want to bill $200 for no services rendered!

i like the doctor but whoever i spoke to in the phone on 2/5/25 told me to call when i was down to 3 pills but i knew i wasn’t going to have enough pills and i was already down to 5 pills when i called and she still insisted that i wait and i still don’t have my refill and i have already finished all of my pills and i have been calling them everyday for the past 5 days and no one has been able to help me. whoever i spoke to that day needs to be investigated

I truthfully don’t know how to start this review. The front desk and the office manager was the first eyes I saw. They were fantastic. There were a little curb ball with my insurance. That situation was handled very well and all the curb balls became straight balls. I must say, I am 71 years old and I have never used a female Dr. I would always decline female Dr’s. My sister and I sit patiently waiting to meet my new Dr. It wasn’t long. Dr. Karen Harries walked in, she was dressed very appropriately. She was very very professional. She made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my health condition. She took notes as I shared, my reason for being there on that afternoon. She truthfully examined me from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. As we are in the Covid 19 Pamedic, she wore her mask and I watched her every move. She washed her hands throughout the exam. I am a diabetic, controlled and she discussed diabetes and the proper care to controlling diabetes. She didn’t just focus on diabetes but she focused on my entire health and her plans. WOW, was I impressed, she wasn’t flipping through medical books doing my exam. Dr. Harried is one in a million. I know she should be in top Dr’s in Las Vegas, NV. She might be, I don’t know. Dr. Harries gained another happy patient, I will be with Dr. Harries for a very long time. I have to cut this short. I can’t leave Taylor out. I don’t know if Taylor is her nurse or her nurse practitioner. That young lady, Taylor, is great. She made me really comfortable and she was so smart with a smile on her face. She followed all the correct guidelines dealing with this Covid 19 era in our life at this time. I am looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Harries. Oh. Dr. Harries allowed me to talk while she listened and took notes. I like Dr. Harries. If you are looking a professional, intelligent, Kind and caring Dr., just give Dr.Harries office a call. You will then understand why my review is so lengthy. Goodnight!!!!!
