If I could give zero stars I would, this practice made me call 5 times over the span of 2 months trying to get a new referral after telling them I couldn’t see the original provider they had referred due to an insurance issue, I have been in the icu 15 times since July fighting a rare disease and they refused to call me back and give me a new referral, that was doctor Deures or something of the like.
I saw dr Rowena Achin today and she was absolutely careless, uneducated, and when she asked if I needed refills and asked me the name and dose she repeated it yet still gave me a completely different prescription.
The staff is all very loud and inconsiderate of the patients in the office and I heard them talking bad about a patient who wanted to be seen immediately and heard one of the nurses say that she was mad at the other nurse for scheduling her, After there was a cancellation that day.
Terrible practice the doctor had no idea ive been a a type one diabetic even though I’m an established patient and tried to make it seem like I didn’t know I had all the diseases I told them I was originally diagnosed with . Improper charting at its finest. Please go any where but here after today I will be calling in the morning getting the right script and I will be making sure that neither me or anyone I know, knows how incapable this practice is of providing the appropriate care for their patients

Dr pepito is the most caring & extremely amazing professional primary doctor who truly cares about his patients, & very understanding & will be with you every step of the way of your sickness or diagnosis, truly amazing professional people here, I've been diagnosed with spinal stenosis & arthritis & was able to walk without problems , before having bad luck & was hit in accident not even my fault & now I suffer I didn't have the constant severe pain before at all. I deal with now.😞 time went by & I ended up in a wheelchair almost instantly,😔😔 and in more pain ,😔 Dr pepito & his team makes sure they do my labs for me I have my meds on time every step of my new life of having to use a wheelchair and yes it's very very hard for me to get use to this, but I am very grateful God sent me Dr pepito at hope medical clinic there amazing I recommend to all, also Rowena achin is just as amazing there a awesome team of doctors here, A++ treatment at hope medical clinic

Dr. Pepito has been my doctor since 2019 and I have also seen Dr. Achin when Dr. Pepito is away. I love this facility and staff. Drs. Pepito and Achin are the best GPs in Vegas as far as I'm concerned. They are thorough, caring, and actually listen.

I'm not sure the low star reviews are even actually patients at Hope because what they describe is not the norm.

really upset with interaction with MA Lilian. My Dad had an appt yesterday. during vitals he was speaking to her in Spanish and she responded with saying " you need to know English we're in America". you chose to be in the medical field, it does not matter who your patient is or where they come from!

I've been a customer of Hope Medical Clinic for over two years, since moving to Vegas three years ago. Compared to my first doctor’s office, which was absolutely terrible, Hope Medical Clinic has been a significant improvement. My doctor, Dr. Pepito, is incredibly nice and kind. He takes the time needed during appointments to go over everything thoroughly and provides excellent care.

However, the lower star rating is due to the front office and office management in general. Rarely do I get in anywhere near the scheduled time, usually waiting 60-90 minutes after my appointment time. Additionally, trying to get ahold of them by phone is a nightmare. Calls are routed to voicemail, and they may or may not call you back—usually not. Their phone menu gives you way more information than necessary, including a fax number and email address, which aren't very helpful. Emails are also hit or miss.

To add to the frustration, even though they make you wait, if you miss your appointment time, they’ll charge you a $150 missed appointment fee. I should charge them for making me wait!

If I could find a better place, I would switch, but so far, that hasn’t been easy. For now, I put up with it because I really like Dr. Pepito. If the front office improves, I’d be much happier. I’ll update this review if things get better. Hoping!

My entire family have now changed over to Dr. Pepito. He takes the time with us. He has been thorough. If a message is left with the Dr. someone gets back to me by the end of the day. If Dr Pepito is not available, in my experience, another Dr. has called me back to tend to my needs, & has even placed orders for prescriptions. They have helped other family members the same way. The girl that works at the front desk is very kind and attentive. I am not sure the negative reviews are even real patients. My advise is to try this office yourself. Also, the care we receive is what matters most. The care has been wonderful.

I love this facility. The staff is wonderful and Dr.Achin is the most caring doc my husband and I have ever been to. It's good to know that these people actually take the time to help you, listen to your concerns and try to help you achieve your health journey goal. By far a wonderful place.

I have been to many doctors in my life in this town who don’t care about anything but my copay. Dr Achin is by far the best dr I’ve ever been to. Finally, after many many tries to find a competent dr I have found one. The staff is always kind and pleasant. I always get my meds called in the same day. They always send my orders for blood work,etc to the proper diagnostic centers. I always get the results printed and given to me. But most of all I feel understood and cared for. I finally can relax knowing I finally found a wonderful dr and staff who cares and always goes that extra mile for me. Five star treatment. Thank you everyone….

Worse Practice ever!!!! If you want to be stressed for months while waiting for a doctor to call you to provide a referral for something serious , then go to visit this place! Doctor Pepito would not return calls, would not care that you are mentally stressed, would not care period... this office just doesn't give a damn about your well being.
