We’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Our daughter adores Dr. Formoso and we appreciate her thoroughness and time given during our visits. Ashley MA was very kind and personable. We strongly recommend this clinic, staff and doctor for your children’s pediatric healthcare needs.

This is in regard to my daughter’s visit at the new clinic located at 7175 N Durango Dr. Suite 150. I took my daughter there today. she was seen by “Dr.” David Rafferty and his treatment of us/his behavior today was absolutely abhorrent. I had her seen in regard to a new, concerning condition that I am worried is both medical and behavioral. He prescribed antibiotics for my four year old without a conclusive diagnosis. He informed me that the urine sample that was taken may not be able to be picked up/formally tested, so I may need to redo the urine sample if symptoms don’t improve following the antibiotic. He ordered bloodwork for a completely separate guess of what was causing her symptoms, but told me only to take her for the bloodwork if the antibiotics he prescribed- again, without a diagnosis- did not work. He was with us for all of three minutes. He would not perform a physical exam. I still had concerns and questions, but he walked out of the room to get paperwork. When he came back, I attempted to ask him my questions and he didn’t even bother to come back into the room. He stood in the hallway and cut me off, telling me that he had another patient to see. He said that I can wait around if I’d like to, but that he was going to see this other patient now. This is unacceptable, rude, disrespectful, and repulsive behavior from a doctor. I have never had a doctor turn his back on me and walk out to see another patient before concluding our visit. The other patient could have waited another three measly minutes for the their turn just as we had, and just as everyone does during a doctors visit. We were there half an hour early, waited patiently, and he still rushed us out and treated us as though we were wasting his time. I am disgusted and will be reporting him to our health plan and anyone else who is willing to take my complaint.

I recently switched pediatrician offices and I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. Mimimal wait times, if any and everyone from the front staff to the physician are phenomenal!
