I’ve been coming here as a medical patient since medical became legal in Nevada, I never had a problem before getting an appointment. This is day 3 I’ve left a message everyday with the office during hours they say are open but the automated message says I’m reaching them after hours even though it was 1:48pm when I called today the other days have been around the same time. For 3 days I’ve also been using the Heally telemedicine service and have tried to schedule to no avail and no matter how many hours I’m on hold can’t get through to anyone. I want to keep coming here and I don’t want to leave a bad review but this isn’t ok this business has already taken $79 from me and I still haven’t been able to renew my MMJ card I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ll be happy to remove this review if we can find a solution here but this new system isn’t working it’s truly frustrating and awful.

Been getting my medical card here since 2017. Dr. Weingrow is good people. All the office staff are great too. Just reupped my card so I will be back there in 2 years quick and simple. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. For a medical marijuana card they are the place to go. Every time someone groans at me skipping the line at the dispensaries I just tell them about Dr green Relief. For 2 years you pay them 120 (99 if the special is going) and then pay the state 100. They walk you through the whole process. That's maximum $220 to get 15% off anything with THC at the dispensary for 2 years every visit. It pays for itself in a month.

Let me first say the women up front are world class. Top notch. Truly great at what they do.
On with the review. Expect to spend nearly 2 hours here for what takes no longer than 10 minutes. No exaggeration. So that alone just sucks. I'm a return patient here and both my experiences here are exactly the same. The doctor barely makes eye contact with you. The first time I was here I stood up to shake the man's hand he looked at me like I had two heads. Then he sits at his laptop spouting off questions that only dealt with the legality of it all. No concern for me what so ever. Second visit same thing. World class service up front but a as usual sit and wait for nearly two hours for again what takes about 10 minutes. Again the doctor could care less.Thankfully we've gone recreational here in Nevada so I won't have to deal with this again.
*** Update*** The snoby response from the office says the Dr. is afraid of germs in the flu season. Makes sense, except it was June. Nice try though.

From the second I walked in everyone was so kind, I filled out paper work instantly, and was called into the back not even 5 minutes later. Bought a bag of shake from pisos the quality was terrible called spoke with manager of the dispensery he told me the shake I bought was to be used for edibles. I was not informed about this when I payed $100 plus tax. The manager did not offer any refund or store credit. Be aware of what you purchase from pisos.I will not buy anything from pisos and i will not recommend pisos to anyone.

Came in for green card with Dr. Weingrow and was a little nervous and was greeted by Christyonna and Christine and Carmella. Mariexcy and jade weighed me and did vitals. Teresa the office manager did my notary and I can honestly say the wait was about 55 minutes saw dr then they uploaded packet and they were so kind and even offered me a drink.
The price is cheap and the staff rocks. Staff is kind and dr is patient thanks everyone!!

Love this dr. And his staff everyone is polite and helpful.
Wait was about 1 1/2 and left with everything we needed to have my card.

I was very nervous at first. But everyone was friendly and wow, were they helpful. Carmella was my favorite, we share the same birthday. Which is awosome. She even made sure my paper work was sent in for me. It was so easy. The Doc was nice and cute. Best Doctor visit ever!!!

Dr green Relief is nothing short of amazing! The staff is friendly and do will do everything to help make your experience fast and pleasurable. When the State lost all my applications and records, the staff helped me with new packets, and uploaded everything for me. I will suggest anyone to come through and sign-up with this office. There are no words to describe how amazing the staff is. Truly, thank you!
