This place is probably the most unfriendly place you can visit. Mind you this is medical care one if you are a new patient, even for a simple test, you probably have questions. The lady at the front is one of the rudest, inconsiderate, condescending person I have had to interact with. She talks down to you at check in and god forbid you have a question… she snap at you even when you ask some else because she was rude. There was also no indication on the website at the time I could make appointments, it only takes you to locations and hours. Basically unless forced I’d not return and maybe go to one of their other locations? Maybe they aren’t so bad?

My first appointment wasn’t the greatest but the PT appointments that I had later made up for it. Though I feel like the PT is really not helping much…I do appreciate the care that I have received from the staff. However, today is not going so well. I arrived at my appointment at 10:35 and signed in at 10:41 just 4 mins before my appointment and I still have not been seen by a doctor yet and I am now starting to feel pain. The lobby is so full that ppl are standing up and some have actually left. Not sure what’s going on today…but I sure hope that I get called soon and that my care is not rushed.

I will not be returning to this urgent care. I am generally a very easygoing, friendly person, and it’s rare for me to leave a negative review—but this experience warrants one. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed. The front desk staff was dismissive and had absolutely no bedside manner, which set the tone for the visit.

The only positive part of my experience was the medical assistant who took my vitals. She was kind, professional, and compassionate—the bright spot in an otherwise uncomfortable visit.

While the doctor herself was polite, I did not feel listened to. I clearly explained my symptoms and shared that, based on past experience and knowing my own body, I believed I needed an antibiotic. My concerns were brushed off, and I left without appropriate treatment. As a patient, it’s frustrating and discouraging to feel unheard—especially when you are seeking care because you’re unwell.

To make matters worse, I had to see another doctor 4 days later because of worsening symptoms. That provider confirmed exactly what I had suspected: I did, in fact, need both a steroid and an antibiotic. This only reinforced that my concerns should have been taken more seriously during my urgent care visit.

If you value being listened to and receiving thorough, patient-centered care, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. An urgent care visit should help you recover—not send you searching for a second opinion just to get the treatment you need.

I’ve been to this office a few times for continuing care. Everyone has always put a smile on my face and made me feel welcomed. I’m usually a hard stick but Christian always takes care of me and makes sure I’m taken care of and comfortable. The wait time is never longer than expected. 10/10 experience every time!

I called my insurance and asked what Urgent care I can go see. They told me Concentra. When I got to Concentra they refused to see me as they said they didn't accept my insurance.

I called my insurance back and they confirmed that Concentra is absolutely the in-network insurance provider, and that Concentra can call them directly if they disagree.

I go back into Concentra and speak with the front desk. They still said absolutely not, I asked would they please call my insurance because my insurance tells me they are the urgent care that I should see. The lady at the front desk flat-out refused to call my insurance and just kept rudely telling me to get out of her office and go to an emergency room (even though my issue is urgent but definitely not an emergency).

To be honest, just flat out declining me even when my insurance is actively telling me to use Concentra is borderline malpractice.

I am deeply unhappy that when I needed help the most, Concentra were actively rude and could not have been less interested in helping me out.

The only reason why i'm leaving this is because they're asking and the alarm reason why i'm leaving a two star is very quite simple. My days off are very time.Consuming every minute is scheduled, so when I call this facility and ask if I come in right when they open and get an answer of yes.Without saying your scheduled for a certain time, but your doctor doesn't even step in the building to a certain time.That's horrible disrespectful, unhonest.No, for the actual facility, ten out of ten politeness, kindness helpfulness, a solid ten cleanliness neatness, the smell a solid ten. But when I call you almost five days in advance, and you tell me no problem to come in early.And I spend over an hour of my time waiting.That is horribly disappointing, and this is why it gets a horrible review star wise sorry. But the doctor respectful apologetic, really helpful.Everybody on staff really helpful, just really bad.Advice over the phone sorry, but honesty is the best policy.. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone and anyone family or not.They're there to help.. And when I called it was a night shift member just got to make that very clear or end of shift member other than that.I wish I can give a five star, but my time on my day's off.Means more to me ....

I went to see the doctor and I have to wait 3 hours for a 2 1/2 minute visit. Front staff has no customer service skills. There is a sign in the front and throughout the clinic that says if your rude we will call the cops and tell your employer. So if I did not like the front staff rude back talk they can call the cops and tell my employer. My employer made an appointment and yet still waited 1 1/2 hours. Risky business practices in place. I hope you can bring video up of my experience on this day for training purposes. I had to provide a second sample on the same day and upon providing the sample the tech handling my UA had a couple of other samples on the counter with mine and when handling them knocked them over accidentally like bowling pins. It didn't register initially but in reflecting I'm not too sure if my sample was mine as there was already a mark on my sample where I had to initial. Maybe it was nothing but all the same it raises a big question as far as lab integrity goes and since the lab provides testing for DOT employers I think I it's an unacceptable level of risk with potentially life impacting consequences. I can only hope that my sample is the one that gets recorded in my chart. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback.

I was very impressed with the overall experience. I completed my paperwork when I arrived in their urgent care center. Within a few mins I was called in to see the doctor. Within a few mins. the doctor was in and addressing my
problem. An X-ray was needed, so within a few minutes I was in that room and the X-rays were
completed. Shortly after that the doctor was back and reviewed the results with me.
Their whole operation runs very well. So often
these facilities are extremely busy & run slowly, but not the case here.

I would give particular service a ZERO star but It wont let me. One of the ladies at the front desk, was on her personal cell phone while checking in people to the clinic. I asked if I could do my drug test immediately she said NO, she was very rude. I asked if I could use another bathrooms she said NO, I said there is someone in there and has been for at least 15min. She said thats the only one they had. They have two others place one that was attached to the physical therapy clinic. I asked several times what the time frame was for me going into the back, same person walked away twice, the second time I asked another person and she asked the first person and she said he just has to wait, finally I asked for specifically how long and I was finally told. I ahd to go to Walmart for a change of clothes. I was very embarrassed.

I did not feel welcome at this particular Concentra Clinic. I have been to several other Concentra Clinics in California and Arizona and have not ever been treated this way ever. Very poor Customer service

Desk registration made my work crew feel unwelcome. Expressed concern about waiting all day for us to show up. We work till 4 and came right after. She was rude and when asked if she could speak Spanish she said no and didn't offer any kind of assistance. A coworker asked if this was a "hurtful procedure and a man behind her offered a visual size of the needle ( expressed with two hands elbow length apart) and said it would hurt for days. Im from Cincinnati Ohio known as a rude city but I've recently lived in Texas and Phoenix which are so big theres no connection ever made in urgent cares there. Moving to Vegas I've heard ppl are rude mean and they dont care. So when I stepped into Concentra I thought I was lost by how AMAZING the customer service was!! Ms Roxy was a breathe of fresh air walking in greeting you with a pretty and bright smile. It was semi busy but it didnt phase her she and the rest of the staff took great care of me for my drug screen. Brenda helped me with my drug screen and was also nice and funny! Im so used to drug screening ppl being like BMV ppl mean, rude and miserable. They changed my perspective big time! Then sent us on our way with nice treat bags was such a great touch needed in offices today. Now that Vegas is home I don't see myself going to another Concentra for me or my kids they have my business forever!

Went for pre-employment drug test. The sample collector draws her own line above the minimum line the test kit had on the cup. Thats fine,weird but whatever. I fill the cup past her line she drew. She fills out the paperwork I sign everything so I think im done and she stops and says I didn't produce enough urine and demands I take another one. I asked if I could check on my dog that's in my truck (ac on)waiting for me in the 110 degree heat. The collector says I have too wait for her boss to come back to allow me checking on my dog or I fail,EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY SIGNED FOR TAKING MY TEST! NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDNT GET THE JOB.

Concentra (Gibson) provided amazing care and exceeded my expectations. I arrived shortly after speaking to my employer and the Ms Franklin promptly greeted me. She was transparent about the provider breaking for lunch and offered an estimated wait time or to come back when they return. I opted to wait and fill out paperwork. She was proactive in getting me prepared for my appointment and collecting my previous medical records. After I was taken back, the medical assistant took my vitals. She was prompt, polite and gentle. Then, PA-C, Conrad Ferrer, thoroughly evaluated my injury and addressed all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed and my ailment was documented so I could return to work with accommodation, in a timely matter. I honestly wished more care providers, and clinics, were at this level of professionalism.

The staff here are so caring and phenomenal. They really take time to get to know you to be able to help. Since they do close at five, I’ve had to leave work early due to a work comp injury to be able to be seen, however they make up for that and being really timely and not making you wait too long. The Doctor and staff were exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Best urgent care in the area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I went there for my pneumonia. Was given the medicine I need and on my way to recovery. Thank you!

The Concentra on Gibson in Henderson is excellent but stay away from the one on Brooks they are so unprofessional and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Even the manager is judy as rude and disrespectful and unprofessional as the staff

The provider was nice & friendly. The MA was also nice, but the front desk staff was not. The person who helped was bossy & she was giving me an attitude. The next day, I called to see if the provider had prescribed me antibiotics since he had mentioned a blood in my urine. Again, the front desk staff was giving me an attitude that I had no choice but to hang up on her. She does not deserve to be working in the front if she has no customer service skills. Dealing with customers/patients, you have to have patience. If she has no patience, she shouldn't work at front..

I will not go back or feel comfortable going back to this clinic. I felt like my hippa rights were violated during my only two visits here. The nurses at the front desk need to learn how to treat people with respect and how to lower their tone of voice when speaking to ANY person there. The attitude of the main nurse at the desk was very disrespectful and very careless. It seemed like the nurses were more worried about talking about favorite TV shows than making sure everyone was taken care of or making sure everyone had what they needed, which added an extra 2 hours of wait time. I'm very disappointed to see how people and myself were treated there. The head customer service personnel needs to take a step back from being complacent and show sympathy for guests who don't want the whole office knowing personal information, even if it is for a simple appointment. Be careful when you go here, especially if you have high anxiety.

Long Wait, 3 hours is ridiculous : the middle age black lady with short hair cut at front desk is rude and unprofessional! Get these people some help stop with the short staff of medical professionals society’s health is important. The DO (physician) was friendly and quick despite how busy the office is. The medical assistance (young cute short Hispanic girl) was so sweet and with a lot of patience.
