I always get good service at Dr Batugal's office. His staff is wonderful. They know me by name and they keep me up to date on everything. Once I forgot my medicine had come in and they reminded me. Also I was there I really wasn't feeling well and they offered me water and a piece of fruit. That's just what I needed.
Dr. Batugal is great. He's always concerned about how I'm doing
I have a couple of medical issues and he really addresses them. He even called to see how I was feeling sue to my asthma, COPD, and issues I was having with my back. Thank you Dr. Batugal you are the best and thanks for caring.

It was a horrible doctor visit. The attending doctor Victoria something like that was the most presumptuous and authoritative individual beyond reason. The information she had was not accurate and the reason for the visit was not justified. It was a giant mess.

She got it wrong whether I got my flu shot or not and when I told her she didn't believe me questioned it she told me I could not have my blood taken because I would have to fast beforehand. I had to explain to her I had fasted that I was aware of this and I am fasted and she looked at me like I was a liar. A similar response from her when she said when did you have your last drink. Just horrible I am keeping my next appointment with Dr batugal so I don't have to see this woman ever again.
She might be perfect for Guantanamo Bay

My experience with my doctor is the best ever. I have seen many doctors over my years in various insurance companies he is the best doctor from all of them. My doctor is thorough, explains in details my concerns, finds ways to remedy the issues, & very passionate in helping his patients. I have never encountered a similar doctor that is focused on patients' needs. Usually, doctors look at their patients as their income.

This is for the charleston location since it wont let me post there because it sais they are closes, probably because of how many complaints thet were recieving.

the worst most incompetent clinic i have ever had the displeasure of going to. They are extremely unprofessional pile of "healthcare provider's" i couldnt even imagine existing.

They refused to call me back on atleast 12 occasions on time sensitive matters, they kept lying about speaking to the prior authorization department of my insurence and failed to keep any accurate record, the nurse for the dr i saw was there less then once a week and at times i didnt even know if she was still employed she was there so little, the gm they charged me for a visit they said i wouldn't get charged for, charged my insurance and sent me a bill instead of notifying me it didnt go through to insurence, and they spelled my name wrong on my medical records.

Do not go here if you want to be take. Care of. These people do not care and i will probably be filing a medical malpractice lawsuit.

These health unprofessionals are the literally garbage of the healthcare industry

We had a great experience on our first visit. I moved my parents from San Diego to Las Vegas, they are both 85 years old and needed some care. I looked for a Filipino Doctor who can speak tagalog so my parents can communicate well and be able to express themselves. And we got really lucky, their primary doctor is Dr. Amorsolo Saguitan.
