Talon Wellness is incredible. After getting shut down repeatedly by my primary care doc that couldn’t be bothered to address hormone issues, I gave up and went to Talon (after a ton of research). They promptly scheduled me…like same day. The doc listened to me, asked questions, reviewed my bloodwork, and made a plan that worked for me. The whole process was absolutely painless.

They regularly follow up to see bow I’m doing. There was no contract either, so I never felt pressures by them. The prices were better than any of the “bug” places anyway. Pay less, get prompt personalized care, am not stuck in a contract, and they’re great to deal with. Whats not to love?

I've used these guys and I will warn everyone that they will put you on trt for a few months and then when your almost out of meds they tell you you no longer can get them when your just about out because they don't want to have to do their job and complete The necessary paperwork for you to receive your meds so instead they refund your money and say sucks to be you! Edit they just responded to my review with lies they are not trying to resolve the issues they refunded me the money and purity much said they don't want to get their Drs DEA certified.

I get a call, the guy says “ Hi, I’m ( so-so ) from Talon Wellness “ did not say “ Dr. …… “, he LITERALLY sounded like some employee who works there.

He wanted to get off the phone quick instead of listening to about my high risk stroke previous medical diagnosis or labs I had over time regarding high risk of stroke yet still had no issue putting me on some VERY VERY potent cypionate that landed me in the ER 10 hours after taking it. Was there for 2 days… I been on TRT for good amount of time, first time using Talon though.

They didn’t care, they wanted to sell me $300 + more of their product though…
I wasted over $200 with them.
I’m getting the cypionate they sent me tested though and will update my review after I get results.

I missed my appointment time for my reup and they gave me close to 50% off and it was my fault for the reschedule (doc still had to be paid so this was very generous on their part) I am very happy, TRT has been life changing for me and PCP would not help or support me. Used Talon Wellness for 6 months based on a referral. After 2, maybe 3 months, they charged me for an additional month then, instead of crediting my card they told me the next month would be zero charge.
(When you pay the first time they keep your card information)
I then cancelled the service requesting that they please credit my card. They proceeded to charged me for yet another month after I had directly asked to cancel while texting with a female Representative of Talon Wellness. So now they owe me for 2 months and still haven’t received the first credit!!!m
If you are local you are likely good to do business here but if you are not, don’t do business here. Everything starts out great then you get accidental charges that never get credited and when you inquire on them they have no record of it! REALLY?… if you employ a Dr or a prescribing medical professional (a nurse practitioner for eg.) you must, by law, keep record of everything! So either they lie to you that they have no record or they aren’t following standard procedures and therefore won’t be in business which reminds me of another fact. Shortly after I started doing business they charged their name to Talon, I can’t recall the name they used prior to switching to Talon but that should have been a red flag for me

Talon was great from answering all my initial questions to scheduling my appointment. They took my labs from the VA so I didn’t have to pay for those separately. Orlando my provider was great at explaining what medications he was prescribing and what exactly they did for me. We discussed my previous protocol and why he was changing it to eliminate superfluous prescriptions that I didn’t need. Within a couple hours of finishing my call with the provider Brandon called and got my medication ordered seamlessly. He was extremely personable and he had a great conversation! The best part is my medications went from 1000 bucks per six months to 213 dollars for six months! They seem to really want to get the right medicine to you for the best cost. They’ve known for well over a month that they cannot ship the script to RI anymore and completely disregarded reaching out to their clients/patients to inform them! I only found out because a friend of mine was waiting a month for his script and called Talon Wellness to ask where his script is and they then told him as he’s been waiting a month that they can’t ship to RI anymore and had the audacity to ask to ship it to an address in NY 4 hours away as if that’s a real option! Please be aware: when you set up a telephone appointment, it costs 75 dollars and the number they call from may not come through if you have any type of spam filter on your phone. I never received a call at my appointment time, but I did get a text stating I missed my appointment at my appointment time, so I tried to call them instead and their phone goes straight to the after hours message (this was a Sunday appt). Hopefully they make it a point to better notify future customers of this issue. If I want to schedule another appointment, I would have to pay another fee, even though I attempted to contact them at my scheduled time and was met with only an after hours phone system. Very unfortunate, as I was looking forward to working with them. 😞

My testosterone level are slightly above average I have no symptoms of low T yet he pushed TRT only. I paid $75 for a consultation that unfortunately I was unable to attend do to work issues. They refused to Reschedule me without paying another $75 and refused to give me a refund. Literally nothing to accommodate even though I've been going to them for a year.

Abe at Talon Wellness is my go to guy!

He’s always patient, knowledgeable, and full of helpful information. I recently reached out to him about some acid reflux I was experiencing he recommended a few supplements, and within an hour I was already feeling so much better.

Horrible communication and shady business dealings. Did initial testing and was given prescription. Was told to buy two in order to go longer between reorders. Never told that blood tests needed within time intervals. Prescription ran out, horrible experience reaching out to multiple invalid numbers and emails. Absolute worse customer service I have witnessed in healthcare. Not a legitimate company.

I am in the beginning process with Helix HRT. I filled out my information online and received a text pretty quick. I turned in previous acquired labs and I am going to do more labs that where required. I will keep you up with my process. So far 5 stars.

Per recommendation from a friend that uses Helix HRT for personal use, I decided to jump through the hoops and get some blood labs ordered through them. This process was pretty seamless and relatively fast.

Once I recieved the order, I was informed that Labcorp is the only place I could go to get the lab work. It turns out, the Labcorp storefront in my city had closed down. The nearest one is over 300 miles away. I contacted helix to see what the other options were and recieved mediocre customer care telling me that Labcorp is my only option.

I then found a major hospital in town that used labcorp as a third party for their labs. When I went to hospital with hard copy of order in hand, they informed me that the form wasn't signed by the physician from helix.

I then asked Helix to sign a new copy and send it to me so I could try it again. Helix would not fulfill this request for me, claiming that they would be charged to do so.

I also found out that a $75 consultation about lab results is required to move forward.

Mediocre customer service, poor explanation of service, and lack of follow through is the reason for 1 star rating.

I had a similar experience as reviewer David Taylor at about the same timeframe 3-4 weeks ago. I have followed Jasen online and also see Helix is endorsed by others that I follow and have developed great respect for. After discussing with my Urologist she stated that an HRT/TRT clinic might be able to provide additional help for items that she cannot prescribe (?). So on 1/22/24 I went to the website and completed an inquiry form and immediately got at text. I responded to the text that I have recent LabCorp labs and would submit them. I submitted labs via the email provided and the text. A week goes by and NOTHING. I followed up text and got another automated message so I called and got an automated answer but no option to leave a message as the mailbox was full. I sent another text about 2/4 and was told that a technician would be reviewing my labs and contact me. Still NOTHING. Yesterday, 2/20 I posted on a couple of Jasen's videos that I didn't know what had happened but the process had not worked as described in his videos. I apparently got a phone call after I stepped away but no voicemail. Then I get a text from a Maddie telling me that they didn't get my labs and they were sorry about the miscommunication with their previous technician but she doesn't have any emails with my name or the email she has on file for me?? Wait, if you have emails on file for me then you have a file on me then exactly WHAT has happened.....on their end?? Where are the labs I submitted and why does she have info and has created a file but has failed to follow up in 3-4 weeks? I don't want to believe this is a scam but its starting to look very similar to a scam. Very disappointed and confused

This is the by FAR the best TRT clinic I’ve gone to. They’re less than half the price of 2 other clinics I tried.
