Talon Wellness has to be one of the most ignorant and unprofessional businesses I’ve ever encountered. They’ve known for well over a month that they cannot ship the script to RI anymore and completely disregarded reaching out to their clients/patients to inform them! So now that I’m down to just about nothing on script, I now need to immediately find another clinic and start the process over again! I only found out because a friend of mine was waiting a month for his script and called Talon Wellness to ask where his script is and they then told him as he’s been waiting a month that they can’t ship to RI anymore and had the audacity to ask to ship it to an address in NY 4 hours away as if that’s a real option! Once this company knew they couldn’t ship it to their clients/patients they should’ve immediately reached out to clients to inform them about this issue! Instead they did nothing! Should be embarrassed and ashamed of the way they handle their business! 👎🏼 I’d give negative stars if I could!

Please be aware: when you set up a telephone appointment, it costs 75 dollars and the number they call from may not come through if you have any type of spam filter on your phone. I never received a call at my appointment time, but I did get a text stating I missed my appointment at my appointment time, so I tried to call them instead and their phone goes straight to the after hours message (this was a Sunday appt). Hopefully they make it a point to better notify future customers of this issue. If I want to schedule another appointment, I would have to pay another fee, even though I attempted to contact them at my scheduled time and was met with only an after hours phone system. Very unfortunate, as I was looking forward to working with them. 😞

This place was recommended to be by a friend. This place was a waste of time and money. I got my test done and finally got a call scheduled to go over my results except he didn’t go over anything. My testosterone level are slightly above average I have no symptoms of low T yet he pushed TRT only. I brought up some peptides that might help and he had no idea what they were he typed it in and said “yeah we carry that” never gave me any useful information. I learned more off of YouTube than this place. Wish I could get my money back!

Worst experience ever!! Can not stress this enough. Completely unresponsive to demands nonchalant kids and oh be prepared to pay just for merely talking to them. Pay for this pay for that oh and if you want this service you have to pay for that again. Scammers and its true what other comments say dont wont tell you when your prescription ends and will send you a refill for 2 but they will say on well you only have so much and so much prescribed so we cant do the other refills because the pharmacy won’t let us well then why write the prescription for 2 refills if you cannot follow through??!!

Horrible communication and shady business dealings. Did initial testing and was given prescription. Was told to buy two in order to go longer between reorders. Never told that blood tests needed within time intervals. Prescription ran out, horrible experience reaching out to multiple invalid numbers and emails. Per recommendation from a friend that uses Helix HRT for personal use, I decided to jump through the hoops and get some blood labs ordered through them. This process was pretty seamless and relatively fast.

Once I recieved the order, I was informed that Labcorp is the only place I could go to get the lab work. It turns out, the Labcorp storefront in my city had closed down. The nearest one is over 300 miles away. I contacted helix to see what the other options were and recieved mediocre customer care telling me that Labcorp is my only option.

I then found a major hospital in town that used labcorp as a third party for their labs. When I went to hospital with hard copy of order in hand, they informed me that the form wasn't signed by the physician from helix.

I then asked Helix to sign a new copy and send it to me so I could try it again. Helix would not fulfill this request for me, claiming that they would be charged to do so.

I also found out that a $75 consultation about lab results is required to move forward.

Mediocre customer service, poor explanation of service, and lack of follow through is the reason for 1 star rating.

I had a similar experience as reviewer David Taylor at about the same timeframe 3-4 weeks ago. I have followed Jasen online and also see Helix is endorsed by others that I follow and have developed great respect for. After discussing with my Urologist she stated that an HRT/TRT clinic might be able to provide additional help for items that she cannot prescribe (?). So on 1/22/24 I went to the website and completed an inquiry form and immediately got at text. I responded to the text that I have recent LabCorp labs and would submit them. I submitted labs via the email provided and the text. A week goes by and NOTHING. I followed up text and got another automated message so I called and got an automated answer but no option to leave a message as the mailbox was full. I sent another text about 2/4 and was told that a technician would be reviewing my labs and contact me. Still NOTHING. Yesterday, 2/20 I posted on a couple of Jasen's videos that I didn't know what had happened but the process had not worked as described in his videos. I apparently got a phone call after I stepped away but no voicemail. Then I get a text from a Maddie telling me that they didn't get my labs and they were sorry about the miscommunication with their previous technician but she doesn't have any emails with my name or the email she has on file for me?? Wait, if you have emails on file for me then you have a file on me then exactly WHAT has happened.....on their end?? Where are the labs I submitted and why does she have info and has created a file but has failed to follow up in 3-4 weeks? I don't want to believe this is a scam but its starting to look very similar to a scam. Very disappointed and confused

This is the by FAR the best TRT clinic I’ve gone to. They’re less than half the price of 2 other clinics I tried.
