Useless. I came here for a same day because my foster baby isn’t feeling good as an emergency & they turned me down because my placement paper was an image sent over rather than the physical copy. I was unable to reach my social worker instantly and had to cancel. Disheartening as I drove thirty minutes seeking help & all the information they needed was on the copy.. I’ve had my girls for 2 years it’s not in my wallet any more but thanks for nothing 🤍

As a first time mom i was very nervous to find a good pediatrician for my daughter. After looking at multiple reviews i thought they would be good. Every appointment we went into the staff was very short and seemed like we were bothering them. The doctor we saw almost seemed like he didn’t have the time to answer any questions we had and like i was being dramatic. When it came to my daughter’s vaccinations they had to give her 4 at one appointment. This was done so unprofessionally that as a mom i was scared to have her get any more vaccines. Not only was one person doing it but she took forever to give my daughter shots. I understand it’s not always easy to give a 2 month old shots but her legs were very swollen from how they were given.

Dr. Giles always goes above and beyond at every visit. He never makes me feel like my questions are unrelated or stupid. My newborn son has been going to him since birth and I plan to move my 5 year old to see him too. He’s just that good at what he does. I can’t say enough good things about my pediatrician. Dr. Harold Zilberman He is incredibly attentive and professional, always going above and beyond what you’d expect from a doctor. He doesn’t just focus on the medical side; he truly cares about how my son is doing in school and in life. He asks about things I don’t even think to mention—like his well-being, his progress in school, and even his emotional health. If he spots something, like a skin issue or wax in his ears, he addresses it right away. I feel so safe and supported having him as my child’s doctor.

Wife is there and is having insurance problems. She 100% has medical insurance but there's an issue on the back end.
Son has elevated fever and they refused service.
An hour later they agreed to see him after signing that she would pay for this visit out of pocket if insurance is not resolved by the time they're done.

I chose this pediatrician after reading many positive reviews because I wanted my daughter to see a caring doctor who genuinely listens to what parents need for their loved ones, especially for children on the spectrum. Booking an appointment was easy, and I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. The reception team is friendly and helpful. We've primarily seen Dr. Zilberman and Dr. Nathan Giles, who are both kind and patient with my daughter. Dr. Giles is very supportive, always attentive to my concerns. Nevada Pediatric Specialists have been our primary care providers since little one was born and we couldn't be happier. The entire team is fantastic, however our favorite provider is Andrea Brown and we always book our appointments with her or hope she's who we see if we visit during walk-in hours. Little one even says "Dr. Brown can fix it" whenever anything breaks or she has a boo boo.

I recently received a medical note from this office and was extremely disappointed by its quality. The document contained several **spelling and formatting errors**, including the misspelling of “without” as “wihout.” Additionally, the time entry in the note was inconsistent—listing both “14:50 PM” (military time) and “2:50 PM,” which raises serious questions about the professionalism and accuracy of the record.

Moreover, the provider’s information was presented without proper spacing, making it look unprofessional.

These issues are unacceptable for any medical documentation. I strongly urge this office to improve the quality and accuracy of their records to avoid potential legal or professional consequences.

We were recommended by a friend and we were happy with all of the doctor visits. My twins have been with Dr. Giles since they were left the NICU. Dr. Giles is very friendly and professional. WARNING: these people will literally ban your child from being treated if you refuse a single shot being given to your child, regardless of your child's allergies or the necessity. The reason is because they get paid by third parties depending on the percentage of their patients that have completed over 30 different shots over a less than three year period. They prioritize money, not health. Mind you, my child has still gotten dozens of shots on the schedule. Greed has conquered these people!
