I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star because I am extremely disappointed with how they treat patients. On two consecutive days, my daughter and I waited over an hour past our appointment time. Despite my daughter being very sick and experiencing diarrhea, the doctor and staff did nothing to assist us. The staff were unhelpful, simply claiming they couldn't do anything because the doctor was late or behind schedule. This is unacceptable. My daughter was seriously ill, and waiting over an hour is inexcusable. This is how they choose to treat their patients, wasting valuable time and showing a complete lack of concern.

Dr. Wennstrom is wonderful and always makes our son feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease during each visit. The only downside has been the wait time, which can range from 45 minutes to an hour after our scheduled appointment time before we are seen. Aside from that, our visits are always thorough, to the point, and very helpful. We truly appreciate the care and attention Dr. Wennstrom provides to our son.

Dr.Giles is an AMAZING DR.!!! He is so knowledgeable and kind! He is a Board Certified Dr.; that was nessary for me when I was looking for a pediatrician for my son. Dr.Giles is wonderful with my son. I found him before my son was born and I can not say more great things about him. He answers all of my questions so thoroughly and never makes me feels like I'm asking too much, his bedside manner with my son is impeccable! I'm very lucky that I found Dr.Giles as my son's doctor!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Zilberman since a friend referred me to him. I have also met with Dr. Giles, both of whom are highly knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, the nursing staff demonstrated excellent empathy and care.

However, my primary concern relates to the scheduling process and front desk personnel. Upon arrival, I was neither greeted nor offered a welcoming demeanor. When attempting to schedule an appointment by phone, I was unable to complete the call due to excessive holding times exceeding over ten minutes. I am also uncertain whether the new AI answering system has enhanced the experience. Furthermore, when contacting the office through the Healow application, I encountered similar issues, as I was unable to receive prompt and appropriate responses. It appears that those responsible for handling messages have not adequately considered the needs of working parents with demanding schedules.

While I am satisfied with the physicians' expertise, the performance of the staff and the overall service quality fall short of expectations.

I would full heartedly recommend this pediatric office as well as stand by it. They have an award winning team. Dr. Giles has the cornerstones & foundation to skyrocket in his carrier! He is a significant Pediatrician! What makes Dr.Giles most desirable as a Pediatric care physician to me is not the foundation he's created for himself. Rather more of what makes/ builds him as a person& care professional. Dr. Giles is steady like the beat of a drum, taking in and listening to every care & concern.With an open ear & Patience. Going step by step to explore avenues that are best for your child and check your boxes as a parent. Moving forward from there in the thought out care of your child.And he has ALWAYS walked into our exam room with a warm smile, a happy hello, lightness in his presence. A true sincerity about him.And walked out the same way.

Dr. Gina Hou is an exceptional pediatrician. She is incredibly kind, patient, and informative, taking the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. She answered every question we had with reassurance and made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the visit.

If theres 0 star i would give it 0 star. I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding an experience at the office involving my daughter's appointment around june last year 2025.
We had originally scheduled an annual physical for my daughter, but due to the doctor canceling on the day of the appointment, I agreed to see a Registered Nurse Joanne Wennstrom instead. During this visit, I mentioned a concern that my daughter's legs appeared to be bending inward, and I asked if this was something she would likely grow out of.
I was concerned by the lack of a proper clinical assessment. The nurse did not ask my daughter to walk or perform any functional movements to observe her gait; she simply looked at her feet and immediately referred us to a podiatrist.
Upon visiting the recommended specialist, we waited for over an hour only to be informed that this is a very common developmental stage for a two-year-old and that most children grow out of it naturally. I am disappointed that a nurse practicing in pediatrics did not recognize this common developmental trait, leading to an unnecessary and time-consuming specialist referral.
Furthermore, I was dismayed to find that this appointment was billed as a diagnostic visit rather than an annual physical check-up. I am disappointed by the lack of professional judgment shown by the staff, which resulted in a waste of my time and unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend this office to other parents

I have been coming here for three years, and I can honestly say it's an incredible practice. The providers are deeply knowledgeable, and the building and facilities are always clean. Useless. I came here for a same day because my foster baby isn’t feeling good as an emergency & they turned me down because my placement paper was an image sent over rather than the physical copy. I was unable to reach my social worker instantly and had to cancel. Disheartening as I drove thirty minutes seeking help & all the information they needed was on the copy.. As a first time mom i was very nervous to find a good pediatrician for my daughter. After looking at multiple reviews i thought they would be good. Every appointment we went into the staff was very short and seemed like we were bothering them. The doctor we saw almost seemed like he didn’t have the time to answer any questions we had and like i was being dramatic. When it came to my daughter’s vaccinations they had to give her 4 at one appointment. This was done so unprofessionally that as a mom i was scared to have her get any more vaccines. Not only was one person doing it but she took forever to give my daughter shots. I understand it’s not always easy to give a 2 month old shots but her legs were very swollen from how they were given.

I can’t say enough good things about my pediatrician. Dr. Harold Zilberman He is incredibly attentive and professional, always going above and beyond what you’d expect from a doctor. He doesn’t just focus on the medical side; he truly cares about how my son is doing in school and in life. He asks about things I don’t even think to mention—like his well-being, his progress in school, and even his emotional health. Wife is there and is having insurance problems. She 100% has medical insurance but there's an issue on the back end.
Son has elevated fever and they refused service.
An hour later they agreed to see him after signing that she would pay for this visit out of pocket if insurance is not resolved by the time they're done.

Nevada Pediatric Specialists have been our primary care providers since little one was born and we couldn't be happier. The entire team is fantastic, however our favorite provider is Andrea Brown and we always book our appointments with her or hope she's who we see if we visit during walk-in hours. I recently received a medical note from this office and was extremely disappointed by its quality. The document contained several **spelling and formatting errors**, including the misspelling of “without” as “wihout.” Additionally, the time entry in the note was inconsistent—listing both “14:50 PM” (military time) and “2:50 PM,” which raises serious questions about the professionalism and accuracy of the record.

Moreover, the provider’s information was presented without proper spacing, making it look unprofessional.

These issues are unacceptable for any medical documentation. I strongly urge this office to improve the quality and accuracy of their records to avoid potential legal or professional consequences.

Thank you, thank you for being the first to actually hear my concerns. Thank you for your patience and determination to help us find answers. I am so thankful I started taking my kids to Nevada Pediatrics and that we got scheduled with you. Jason is doing incredible after his craniotomy and I know none of this would've happened without you. I decided to write this as an open letter because I needed others to know just how grateful for you my family is.

The front desk staffs were so rude and unprofessional. We waited over an hour and was told that still patients ahead of us. Not recommended this place
