Jessica, my nurse, Paige my Primary Care physician, the security guard man, and the front desk lady here at about 1:30/2pm… have been so wonderful! All of them are patient, kind, listen to me with their full attention, and have made this visit very pleasant! I wish I got the names of the security guard sitting up front when you first enter, and the woman at reception on the 4th floor. You all are wonderful!! Thank you for today!

I was extremely happy with the service that I received at the Clinic. Both the nurse and the doctor were very pleasant and very thorough with my examination. I am very happy with the way Optum operates compared to my former provider. I would recommend them to anyone who ask me for my opinion.

Dr Mark Day is horrible. He doesn’t want to give referrals when I have a toe nail infection and I need to see a podiatrist. Horrible person and malpractice.

Great experience with Dr. Mark Day at Optum Internal Medicine. He was professional, attentive, and took time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit.
Medical assistant Joanna was also wonderful—very kind, welcoming, and efficient. The whole appointment was smooth and pleasant.
It was also very convenient that Quest Diagnostics is located in the same building, which made completing lab work quick and easy.
Thank you to Dr. Day, Joanna, and the team for the excellent care.
