Great experience with Dr. Mark Day at Optum Internal Medicine. He was professional, attentive, and took time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit.
Medical assistant Joanna was also wonderful—very kind, welcoming, and efficient. The whole appointment was smooth and pleasant.
It was also very convenient that Quest Diagnostics is located in the same building, which made completing lab work quick and easy.
