I called earlier to have my prescription refilled. Carla was the one who answered my call and started yelling, pretending she couldn't hear me. I called three times, the third call was answered by Felicia, she is very professional and polite. Carla, Allyssa were the ones who were very rude. I seriously believe that they should pay attention to this since they can lose clients because of them. And that these employees seems to not care since they don't have any corporate office that we can address this type of issues.Insetead of taking care of sick patients they seem to not care and hated their job that's why they are acting like that.Very unprofessional, can't believe they are still working there.

Initially I was very pleased with this practice and the providers. Unfortunately, staffing changes resulted in what I felt was a poorer level of care with providers that were not up to the quality standards I expect. Dr. Wellborn has minimal involvement in the practice and the majority of care is provided by physician's assistants and nurse practitioners. I expressed my concerns that I wasn't able to see a provider after 3:00pm, and after being a patient here for over five years, they dropped my care and refused to refill prescriptions even though I had been recently seen and was not yet able to establish care at another practice.

Dr. Salcedo is caring and compassionate. She truly listens to my concerns. I feel that I am a part of creating my plan of care. Staff is polite, professional, and very efficient. Can not say enough good things about my experience at Cornerstone Family Practice.

I love this office. They have a wonderful staff. I am blessed to have a fabulous doctor, Dr. Anna Salcedo.. You will not be disappointed in the quality of care and compassion.
