I visited Dr Saima for a sick visit. She listened to my concerns patiently and explained to me the cause of my ailment. She gave me prescription as well as advised me to take preventive measures during my travel. Dr Saima has a very holistic approach towards treatment plans and I highly recommend her.

After over 10 days, following a consultation with Cr. Saima Khalid, I still don't have my prescription. I had to call multiple times and eventually go in person (10 days later) to get the results of my tests that had been delivered to Olive Healthcare 10 days prior.

The office manager is not equipped to run a medical practice. They gave incorrect information to the pharmacy, who called ME for clarification because the Dr.'s office would not return their call to clarify the prescription direction. During those 10 days I stressed out about my medical situation. It was completely unnecessary.

I have been using them (under previous names) for one 10 years. This was the last time as they showed very little accountability, choosing to deflect and make excuses. "I didn't call you back because of Ramadam and our lunch hours change," declared the office manager.

Even the date on the copy print out is WRONG. It's dated 02/12/2026. My initial appointment was 02/23/2026 - LOL

This office is so friendly and accomodating. My last PCP used to schedule me 2 months out because his office was always overbooked. When I called Olive, they offered me 2 appointments within 48 hours to be established as a new patient. I'm also breastfeeding, so I had to take baby to our appointment. The staff was so helpful. The receptionist kept opening the door for me, and even offered to hold baby while I filled out the forms so that I could have my hands free. The whole visit took about 30 minutes inlcuding wait time. Dr. Khalid was very personable and thorough. She asked a lot of questions and was careful to make sure that the medication she was going to perscribe me was safe for breastfeeding. She also honored my request for additional imaging to be on the safe side. I'm grateful to have her as my new PCP and highly recommend this office.

This office has changed so much in the years I have been coming here. The front desk staff is AMAZING. Rory is absolutely wonderfully welcoming. Takes the time to talk to you, greets you with a smile, and makes it WAAAAY less scary to be at the Dr. The nursing staff is awesome, the PA's are fantastic, and the Dr's are unparalleled. I am completely terrified of the Dr. And they all make the process so much better than I have ever experienced.

Ok we are going to edit this review and add some more good things. ☺️ I switched jobs and my insurance wasn't accepted here at Olive and I was so sad to have to find someplace else to go. Needless to say that didn't last long because I have never ever met another Dr more caring, more understanding, and more wonderful to be around than Dr. Khalid. The staff is still unparalleled as well. ☺️ Coming back here was a joy, and even after all this time she completely remembered me and my shenanigans. Please, if you're looking for a Dr. Consider Olive healthcare. I feel as if I'm visiting with old friends who care about me here and I think you'll feel the same. 💕

I visited Dr. Khalid. She is a very passionate physician. She gave ample time to listen to my issues. Prescribed appropriate medicines. The staff at this clinic is very cooperative and helpful.

t’s the principle of the turn of events .. never would I have ever thought .. you of all people would lack the  integrity of intelligence on purpose.. in fact .. I am not saying any of these things out of malice .. in fact as I started in our conversation.. anytime I have given a review about Jovive or Olive health care .. I have NEVER FELT.. that I gave those reviews because I had to .. I freely gave those things because that’s what you provided me with .. with that being said .. you Doctor Khalid .. mentioned to me .. and reiterated that the only time you have only  saw me one time .. since it’s been olive health care as if that has anything to do with .. what you have done for me 4x giving me the refill as a courtesy.. which was more than understood .. and when I explained my concerns.. you kept pulling me back to the fact that you and your practice has refilled my prescriptions .. 4 x without bloodwork .. and even though I am grateful.. at what point does it become hazardous to a patients health rather then being a courtesy.. furthermore.. why would I the patient become a liability or your office becomes retaliatory.. when I ask or exercise my rights .. the last time you said I was in your office .. though at that time I didn’t think anything of it .. i was a cash paying customer .. because my insurance no longer cover the new services .. so I went through all of the steps I needed to do .. to be compliant as you detailed in our conversation.. even as a cash patient .. because I believed in you and your practices .. regardless of .. race . Religion or creed .. why am I bringing this up.. cause I can bookmark this moment if it makes a difference or not .. last time I was in your office .. was only once .. last time I was in your office .. I sat next to a beautiful woman who was of India decent.. and as I told her .. how much I LOVED  doctor Khalid.. with confidence and told her I loved doctor Khalid & that I was so loyal for the services she has giving me .. that even now .. when my insurance ran out . And I had a stroke .. I decided to be a paying customer .. at that moment  .. that lady told me .. and of course I can’t prove it .. but I know what’s understood.. doesn’t need to be explained .. she told me .. since it was switching over .. how delightful she was.. because even though  .. you didn’t take her insurance .. you would still see her .. and you weren’t charging her .. I was so happy for her ., never did I ever question your loyalty doctor Khalid .. until I explained to you what happened fo me .. but fact of the matter is this .. a quick audit can show that last day I was in your office .. cause .. she was also in there that very day you last saw me .. so all you would have to do   .. is pull up all the reports of my last visit and patients in the office that day .. with Indian decent or not .. and if ANY OF THOSE factors are true ..you would just connect those dots .. but moral of this story .. whether you admit it or not .. your moral compass would know if it true or not .. and understand .. I get it .. if that’s what you chose to acknowledge .. but understand between what you are wiling to admit .. a lie is a lie no matter how many people believe it.. and the truth is still the truth even if no one does ..just understand that for me .. it was never about your race  or your religion or beliefs.. I entailed my trust into you .and I guess at the of end of the day .. you know how to separate the two .. and I was the last to know .. it didn’t matter my loyalty.. I was not apart of that  club that I didn’t know existed until now .. with that being said . I truly wish you the best .. and thank you for everything you have done .. you are very much appreciated.. Your office runs like a well-oiled machine. I've never had a doctor listen to anything and everything I had to say and is genuinely concerned for my well-being and gives great advice on any situation for my medications I recommend you to anyone that needs a doctor with compassion and as far as everyone I've come in contact with in your office extremely helpful courteous and kind I've been a patient since the day you open the doors and if I wasn't moving back to New Orleans I would always be a patient much love to everyone and thank you for many years of great service and compassion

I had an appointment at 3:30 on Thursday March 3rd. The doctor was very nice. Diagnosed me with an ear infection, that is very painful! She prescribed an antibiotic. Told me that it would be called in to Walgreens by the end of the day. Walgreens did not recieve the order on Thursday. I called the office at 10:30 on Friday morning. The front desk promised that they would make sure that the Doctor would make the order today. Walgreens still has not recieved the order! Obviously this office does not care of their patient's pain and care is a priority. I very disappointed and will never recommend their service again!

They don’t know how to handle the insurance I called to see if they take my insurance and then said yes. But once I drove their they deny my insurance which I have 2 insurance and they want me to pay out of pocket., doesn’t make any sense

Terrible practice!!! I would recommend avoiding as a total waste of time. Very, very unprofessional. They cannot even send a blood work request, which caused multiple cancellations. On top of that, they do not even return patient phone calls. You will get far better customer service at McDonald's !!!

Doctor Khalid is very thorough and gives you plenty of time to ask all your questions, and she discusses all details with you to make sure that she covers everything you need. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and caring. I took both of my girls there, my oldest had ear blockage for a while which was taking care of on the spot by a professional nurse. My husband and I will be visiting next for our check up.

It was my first time with Olive Health Care. I had an appointment at 9 am. I was welcomed in a friendly yet professional way. I owe it to Dr. Khalid of the Henderson location to write this review as she has been a God send in my search for a primary care physician with not only the knowledge but actual concern for my wellbeing.

I would rate her and her staff higher if possible as they are an amazing team of professional, competent and caring individuals that clearly like what they do.

On one hand I want to share with the entire Vegas valley how pleased I am to finally be receiving health care that exceeds my expectations in every way. On the other hand, I selfishly want to keep this secret, so the office does not become overrun and too busy to get an appointment.

In closing, if I hit the lottery, I will offer Dr. Khalid and her team whatever it takes to have them as my personal medical team, ensuring I can always get quality healthcare.

As a California transplant, I was in need of a new primary care physician. My husband had visited this office a few months prior and highly recommended Dr. Khalid. I was suffering with a cough and decided to pay a visit. What a great experience. I really felt like I was given the care and attention I needed to feel better. I was not rushed, in fact, I received a nebulizer treatment and an ear flush on the spot. The staff was also kind, patient, and knowledgeable (special shout out to Jean and Theresa👍). The office is immaculate and the parking is also just steps away from the office, what a plus. My husband and I are so glad we found this office and Dr. Khalid. We highly recommend Olive Healthcare.

I take my Positive Review back after Jovive Health Urgent Care purchased the business from Dr. Schlack. Who ever the on Floor Doctor was when I went in for my regular Rx refills was just pitiful. I've never been back and now I get a response from the above previous positive review when Dr. Schlack ran the Practice, what, two years later? Without any further investigation their changing or selling/transferring the company (Jovive) over to "Olive Healthcare" with and emphasis of A.I. abilities. Hopefully A.I. will be better than Human Intervention.

Awesome care here! Quick, respectful and caring. From the front staff Rory & Jeremy, to the care givers in the back, Cheryl RN & Nurse Practitioner Karly, everyone was fantastic! I had spent over 3 hours waiting for an appointment at a big name urgent care, without being seen. So I googled and found Jovive Urgent Care. Got an immediate appointment and got right in to see a provider. This is my new urgent care location!!

The staff overall is nice and efficient. The place is lean and isn't usually too crowded.
Lauren especially at the front desk goes out of her way to help you and make you feel comfortable. She's amazing! Additionally the PA who works there is so helpful and kind and is very respectful.

Everyone at Jovive was awesome. Especially my nurse Cheryl who was the best ever. I had to have blood drawn and I didn’t feel a thing. I wish I could take her to surgery with me. Bottom line - I hate going to the doctor but my doctor at Jovive was so down to earth and friendly that I’m making her my primary care. They are simply the best I’ve seen in years. From the minute I walked in the door I was impressed, beautiful and clean with a warm presence. Bianca greeted me immediately and took care of me quickly and efficiently. Jeremy is the other receptionist and he was great as well. He offered water to everyone waiting and was so pleasant. I met the office manager Gwen what a wonderful woman. Professional and personable at the same time. She took the time to talk to me and again made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my concerns and went out of her way to help me. I met Dr Alconcel and yet another great first impression. She was warm, caring, took her time with me. I also had a visit with Dr.. Khalid wow did she take her time with me and again helped me efficiently with my issues. Very caring and both doctors had amazing bedside manners. I have made them my primary care. I can't believe I've gone this long without them. I highly recommend this wonderful place of healthcare.

I go to Jovive Health and I love it there. They have an excellent team working there. In particular a guy who works at the front desk named Rory. He’s the sweetest guy and has such a positive attitude. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. Obviously no one likes to go to urgent care but he makes the experience a lot more enjoyable. I definitely recommend going to that urgent care if you live around this area.

I came her about a month ago for swollen glands and eye brow swelling. Dr. Karly Carlisle was the doctor who saw me and she didn’t do anything but, sit there and listen to what was going on. She never physically looked at my eye or felt my glands, listened to my heart or lungs. She prescribed meds and sent me on my way. About a week later nothing changed. I called back spoke to a gentleman that whispers when he speaks and told me she was off and asked another doctor working that day what to do and they said to go to an eye doctor because it’s probably a stye.

I went to another doctor and he said it’s not a stye and he wasn’t sure if it was an actual bacterial infection. Turns out it was a bug bite because I had 2 small puncture wounds in my eye brow that had scabbed over. That doctor gave me a steroid injection and it cleared up right away.

I then received a bill today’s for $730.00…..WTH?! I called and talked to a woman in billing that really couldn’t give me a definitive answer. She said she would need to look into this further and someone would give me a call back. I told her that the female receptionist told me the office visit is $175.00 and my insurance would pay half. She said they don’t give out pricing or they’re not supposed to. She asked for a description of her to put in her notes. I will NEVER go back to this place!

Everyone here is soo nice. From the reception where they offer you water to the doctors who take time and don’t make you feel rushed. It helps so much that they are open in the weekends because that’s usually when my kids get sick. I’m considering making them our primary because the few experiences we’ve had here as an urgent care. I have always had the best things to say about this place. Today I am so unbelievably disappointed. My husband went in because of his neck being in so much pain and him not being able to move it at all. Due to my medical history with them, they completely discriminated him and did not help him in any way. I am sad because I loved them so much. Dr. Kahlid she has been great, but every other doctor there do not see. The office manager and staff are amazing, but that’s it. I will unfortunately never go to them again. My husband is now suffering due to them discriminating him because of my medical history.

Don’t go here if Carly is working! I went in there this morning complaining of ear pressure and pain and she basically said there was nothing she could do because I had Covid. I said will you at least look in my ear which she did and said yep a little red and some pressure but that was it. As the day progressed the pressure and pain kept building up and I was in so much pain I was literally screaming in my home. I felt as if an ice pick was stabbing in my ear. My husband couldn’t help me and I didn’t know what to do. He called over to see if he could talk to Carly but was told she would call back. In the meantime I felt bubbling in my ear and then drainage which turned out to be blood!! We rushed to the ER and I was told I had a severe ear infection and my ear drum ruptured. The doctor could not understand why she ( Carly) didn’t see my ear infection this morning. So because of her incompetence I now have a ruptured ear drum and tonight at 9:29 it is still seeping out blood. Oh and Carly never did call my husband back probably because she knew she had screwed up when he told the nurses station my ear canal was bleeding from my ear drum. There is a reason this place is not busy!

Horrible service. I was there for a visit last week on 4/13/23 and the customer service was great. I went there today 4/21/23 had an appointment at 11:15AM and the customer service was horrible. I waited over 45 min to be seen when there was hardly any patience. I wont be going back. Not to mention, I was in bad pain. Then I was told to come back for my refferal after I waited 45 min, no thank you.

I would highly recommend JOVIVE Health for any kind of healthcare. I was able to get an appointment right away and was treated so kindly by all of the office members, Rory, Gwendolyn, Katlyn and Dr. Alconcel. Everyone I saw was very positive and friendly. I participated in their 4 week MAT Program where I was able to discontinue many years of hydrocodone use for pain. I was prescribed everything I needed to be successful and was never judged. I believe that is why I was successful, and they were always available to call with any questions I had. I will always be grateful to all of them.

This is my second time here and both times were 5 star visits. (Once last year and once last week.). Dr. Katherine Alconcel was very understanding and respectful towards my decisions as I am cash pay. Parvaneh, the nurse, was also very helpful and patient with me. I had an ear infection and also needed to clean my ears. To me, it was quite comical and Parvaneh was just as patient and tender as she could be. I wanted to tip her she did so well, but she refused a tip. So next best thing is a 5 star review.

Jovive Healthcare took over for Dr. Schlaack who retired. He was my doctor for over 40 years. I didn’t think anyone could replace him, but Jovive Healthcare staff is very caring. Dr. Stellmacher called me with lab results which very rarely happens with other doctors. I recommend Jovive for anyone seeking urgent care or a general practitioner/internal medicine. You can just walk in, no appointment necessary.

I really liked Dr Khalid but the staff there leaves a lot to be desired. I called 3 times last week about a referral. Was told it would be sent. Called the Dr which the referral was for this week and they don’t have it. Called Jovice Tuesday, Wednesday and today trying to find out what happened. Then the staff started playing games of putting me on hold for up to 20 minutes and then not answering the phone. Their referral line says Box is full and messages left at nurses station go unanswered. Someone needs to address this issue.

I can't give enough praise to this amazing group of healthcare heroes who show up at work every day to make our lives better. Rory at the front desk will greet you with a smile (you will feel it even though Rory wears a mask, it's in the eyes). I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Gwendolyn, who displayed a genuine concern for the patients and staff. She is available to address any concerns you may have. I was seen by Michael Stellmacher, PA-C, whose diagnosis and prescriptions were exactly what I needed. I highly recommend him. However, here I must pause and give special praise to Cheryl. She is one of the nurses whose skills are stellar. Cheryl has years of experience and it shows. Plus, you can request her for any needed procedures that are ordered. Rest assured, you will be in great hands. I apologize if I missed anyone else's name but the whole staff at Jovive is very friendly and truly care. The place has a friendly atmosphere and that's the first step to healing. Kudos to Jovive!

In this day of under-staffing and poor employee morale, it was a pleasure yesterday to be treated to patient care at its highest level. Dr. Saima Khalid, the Jovive MA X-Ray Tech Parvaneh, and the entire staff of clinic demonstrated the professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail that other organizations should strive to replicate.

I visited the clinic to treat a badly bruised hand, which x-rays showed to be broken. My hand was professionally diagnosed and splinted to alleviate further injury and to mitigate pain. Prior to leaving the clinic, an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon was even arranged for me the next day by Dr. Khalid and the Jovive staff.

I was very well taken care of at Jovive. I needed an immediate appointment for a painful condition I developed over night. My own Primary care physician couldn't give me an appointment for three weeks. I went to Jovive. They got me right in. The receptionists we're kind ,efficient, and while I was waiting ( which was only a few minutes) they checked on me to see if was ok. I was escorted to the exam room by a nurse who was compassionate and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and asked questions about my condition that were relevant. The doctor was great! I felt comfortable and she diagnosed the problem quickly.She prescribed medication which cured my UTI. She also gave suggestions on how to avoid a repeat of a UTI. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care I received from Jovive!

I was sent all over the place to get my pre op screening done. I found Jovive urgent/ primary care online. Went in and was seen right away. I didn’t get to catch the front desk lady but she was such a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable. She called my surgery center to clarify what they do before they sign off clearance. Ekg and chest X-ray was done at location. Blood work paperwork was sent in. All the workers there are so sweet and quick! I was in and out in less than an hour. Definitely recommended and i plan to come back to make Dr. Khalid my primary . Thank you Jovive health center !

My family has been seeing dr. Schlack for the last 14 years. The company he sold his practice stinks, told us our insurance was still accepted low and behold I have bills for all our visits this year due to them no longer taking it and they are not in line with an office visit. I have been a patient at Legacy Urgent Care for several years now. I primarily see Dr. Schlaack. He started my treatment over a year ago for an injured arm. I got an MRI a couple weeks back. Once his office got the results, they called me to go in and discuss the results. I went in the following morning. After checking in at the front desk, the receptionist called me back. She stated that the doctor would not see me unless I pay at least $50 of what my insurance still owes them from my last visit. I explained that it was not my responsibility to pay what my insurance owes them. She went on to say that the Teachers Health Trust owes his office over $55,000. Again, that is between the doctor's office and the insurance company. I stated that I would pay my co-pay and that is all. She said that I would not be seeing the doctor then. I asked for the copy of my MRI and left. It pretty sad that the doctor is not willing to finish my treatment because of the issues the Trust is having. It turns out that I have a ruptured pectoral muscle and a 15mm tear in my labrum. As a decent human being he should have seen my treatment through. I have since found a new primary care doctor who is willing to see me despite the issues the Teacher Health Trust is having. Sham on you Dr. Schlaack.

I have read many of the write ups people have posted about Legacy Urgent Care on Pecos in Henderson, Nevada. I went there today, Sept 24 2021 and did not experience any sort of problems that have been posted!!!
Doctor Schlaak is fantastic!!! He is the doctor to go to if you have a problem! He listens and the gets right to the problem and solves it!!!!
The office staff are professional and helpful in every way. Marie and Tiffany were great! They got right to the issue I had and solved the problem!!!
I had to do some preliminary things with Cheryl, the Legacy Care Nurse, and again everything was professional and courteous.
I can't understand what people want from these professionals. They are courteous, professional and I am so glad to rely on them to help me when I an in need!!!!
If you want a great medical staff and doctor to take care of your issues, the there is no better office to visit than Legacy Urgent Care!!!!

I came here with my grandfather a week after his hospitalization a week prior and the team here was incredible. I was worried I was not providing the right care for him and the team at Legacy assured me I was doing just fine and answered all of my questions. They were kind, patient, and professional. Just dont. Initially i saw the PA who was very nice. On my follow up visit i saw a male doctor. The reviews about the unprofessional doctor are true. Unless you want to be scolded and emotionally beat up by what i deem to be an unprofessional physician, i say run away from this place as fast as you can.
Side note. I spoke to a second medical profesional that advised the doctors treatment of my illness was incorrect. Now i am going to a diferent doctor to be treated correctly.

This is where my primary physician works and it is the absolute worst. Not only is he never there, they charge more for weekends and holidays on the copay without telling you. The staff there is beyond rude and have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in a medical office. This place is not there to help you. I've been going to Legacy for almost 20 years now. I have never had a bad experience there. Dr. Schlaack is an excellent doctor and the staff there is always very courteous and knowledgeable . It's very clean and I don't believe I've ever waited more than 45 minutes to be treated there. I went in yesterday with a severely clogged ear and pain. Doctor Schlaack told me I had excessive ear wax clogging my ear and he and the nurse, I believe her name was Cheryl, did an ear flush. Afterwards I could hear again and he told me I had an ear infection that was causing the pain. He put me on very powerful antibiotics. I'm already feeling much better. Went here from out of town for my daughter. Called first about out of pocket prices and the nurse was super helpful. She let me know the best times to come in for the shortest wait (before 11am). The price was super reasonable for a first time patient and urinalysis. The place was extremely clean and well staffed. Waiting room was comfy with nice chairs and they even had a special room with toys so my son could play while my daughter was seen. The doctor was very nice, too, and gave some good advice.

Our family loves it here. They all remember us and are friendly, even when they're busy. They all do an amazing job. They do their job very well. My favorite doctor is the P.A. Stellmacher. He gives me so much information when I ask questions. He makes it very easy to understand how to heal the ailment. He is very knowledgeable and also nice! I really like the head nurse, she is very sweet and down to earth. The girls in front are all very nice.
And as far as one review that said she was turned down and not seen because she came in when they were closing...well, you came in when they were closing, it clearly says on their website that they take their last patient 30 minutes before closing.

Terrible Terrible Experience. I went to be seen for body aches and ear infection. I am a disabled veteran and since I have an ear infection was confused when I came in. They have a piece of paper that indicates 2 spaces, 1 for primary and insurance and the other for secondary. There was a level of confusion about my medicare. I asked if I made a mistake could I just fill the paperwork out again. They said no and let me leave. I got all my required paperwork and left out crying, with an ear infection and body aches. I called back to talk to a supervisor. She was talking over me when I was trying to say my peace. That didn't go over well so I'm now writing this review. If you allow a human being to leave your urgent care, even though I included Tricare first, and the only reason I did that was because I was told to fill everything out. Sometimes the VA does Tricare for us especially when we are referred out for civilian treatment covered by the VA. I asked to fill out another sheet they said no. The way your company treated me was appalling. I will never ever forget it. -Disabled Veteran-

If I could give a lower rating I would. I have come here on numerous occasions because it was the only place I can get to with my work schedule. First time I went, the lady who saw me made extremely rude and offensive remarks when I told her what medication I was on just because she didn’t like it. I have to be on this medication btw because of chronic pain. Despite that, I went back to be seen by someone else for another issue, and this lady literally googled my symptoms and what medication to
Give me. And I told this lady what medication I CANT take and she ended up giving me something that wasn’t supposed to be given with the current medication I take and had a very scary reaction. This could have been avoided if she would have listened to me and I asked her if it was safe to take with my medicine and she said “I think so, I don’t see why not”. Turned out.. I googled it after my scary reaction and it was deemed dangerous to take together. It was ridiculous. As well, they were going to give me a dmv form to get handicap placecards and the PA couldn’t sign it (understandable because of laws) so they had me pay and told me to come back and pick up. I literally had to go back about 5 times because they kept messing up my paperwork. Last time I went back to get it, I asked if they were able to change the date so I can get the full year which they were going to give me and they said “well this paperwork had been ready since
October, where have you been?”... are you kidding me... I couldn’t pick it up because you literally kept putting wrong dates (giving half a year in the full year section and vise versa, not having the doctor sign the paperwork, etc. I can’t believe how rude they were trying to place the blame on me when they can’t be efficient enough to fill out a simple form correct not once, twice but FIVE TIMES. I will never go back here again.

These people are crooks, unprofessional and careless.
Three visits, three consecutive days in a row, a co-pay each time. The final word 2 days after an MRI was a stroke or a blood clot. If that was the case there should have been a phone call immediately. By sheer luck, the final diagnosis was less urgent but still had a risk of sight loss.

I had such an amazing experience at this office and I couldn't be more satisfied with my service. I called the front desk asked for some pricing because I don't have health insurance, not only was the lady beyond helpful and kind, the cash prices were very affordable.
I only sat in the waiting room about 15 minutes before they called me back into the room. I waited maybe another 5-10 minutes before the doctor was in to see me, and he was absolutely amazing! He started out the visit with abnormal conversation and made me feel comfortable. Once I started talking about my symptoms he was very informative and helpful. Dr. Schlaack and his staff were amazing and I will definitely be using them for anything medical things I may need.

I've never had such an awesome doctor visit. We went there today; the staff and Dr. Schlaack were outstanding and made all of our family comfortable, even my 7 year old boy/girl twins. We'll be coming here again for sure!

Front staff super nice, waiting room nice, only waited 35 minutes which was great for Urgent Care. Nurse really friendly with my 5 year old. Dr. Mike came off as condescending. When I asked a question about the antibiotics he prescribed, he said, "Don't worry, antibiotics don't give you AIDS.". Not sure why he would say that? Only a complete idiot would think antibiotics give you AIDS. Maybe he was trying to be funny. He questioned why I didn't bring her sooner and made some comment about her being kept in a bubble. I consider myself a smart person and a responsible mom but I left feeling like I was talked down to like a moron. It seems like a great clinic for urgent care but would have liked to be treated with more respect by Dr. Mike.

Dr. Schlaack is a great doctor, however, his front staff is awful and the bookkeeper sends EVERYONE to collections after 2 weeks BEFORE your insurance pays. After insurance it remains on collections because she says she wants you to pay the collection agency fee and she won't let you in to see the Dr.!!!! He's the best, but she is nuts. Dr. Schlaack check your books and see.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and his back was giving him pain from an earlier injury. We found Legacy near our resort and went to see if we could find out what was causing it. They were so nice and helpful; seeing us quickly and checking to see our insurance was compatible. The whole group from the front desk to the attending PA were just great. I would recommend these folks.

Been going to this urgent care for 25 years. I don't even have a primary care physician, I just use dr Schlaack. From allergies to my shoulder surgery, I've had nothing but great care from all the doctors here. For those who complain about having to wait, it's a first come first serve office. If you want an appointment, go somewhere else, I'm sure they can schedule you for an exact time in a week or two. I'll stay here. Thanks dr Schlaack!

DO NOT CATCH THIS DOCTOR (MICHAEL SCHLAACK) BEFORE HE'S HAD HIS LUNCH! What a rude, unprofessional man he is! My 85-year-old mother went to this clinic because her knee was swollen and in great pain. A retired government worker, she has very good insurance (Blue Cross) and lives on a nice, middle class level pension. After a brief examination and while discussing options for follow-up care, this man suggested she go for an MRI. He suggested she go to one place; she told him she had gone before to a different place, but that it really didn't matter to her which place he referred her to. He took great offense to this. "Yes it does matter," he told her. "It's about MONEY!" Taken aback, and frankly, rather frightened, she went silent. "Well, Blue Cross doesn't pay for [the clinic she'd been to before]," he told her. "Maybe you want to just do it yourself!" A nurse who had heard the exchange, apologized to my mom and said she thought the doctor was probably hungry.
Whatever issues this man was dealing with at the time, he decided to take them out on my mother. She ended up limping out of the clinic with no relief from the pain with which she had gone in.
My brother and I went back to the facility and confronted this man about the horrible way that he had treated our mom. When he started babbling, with no real explanation for treating her so badly, we called her on the phone and put her on speaker. His immediate response to that was, "Well I'm done! Turn that (the phone) off! He then stormed away and told the nurses, "Call the police!" They did not, of course, because there was no reason to. I told them, "If he's hungry, please feed him. When people come in here they are seeking treatment and relief from their pain. They shouldn't be subjected to this kind of rude treatment."
AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COST!!!

I've been going to Dr. Schlaack/Legacy Urgent care for 13 years. I"ve only had wonderful experiences here...they know you, they take time with you. I guess the only negative could be that it's an older looking office, but I don't go there for the decor.
