I see, Dr. Ortega at center well in Henderson, Nevada, and I just saw Dr. GI don't know what his full name is. I just want to tell you all the Dr.s here and I've met a couple other ones are all special people and the nurses and the ladies you have working out front, you've got something going on good here because these people are great and I've been going to Dr. Ortega for many years, and she's just wonderful thank you so much.

I'm a new patient at this location with Dr S Velasquez. She's great and so are the people at the reception desk. The problem is, when I call, they put you on hold for 15 min, or longer and you're not sure if they forgot you or not. My suggestion is, reassure the person on the other side, let them know you're still there, no matter how busy you are. It's common courtesy. This happens every time I call and it is frustrating...

As a retired HR person, I can’t help but observe each work place.
I’m absolutely certain that the “vibe” you feel is a deep indicator that affects you and your care in more ways than you probably imagine.
The Centerwell Henderson branch on Lake Mead Blvd just HUMS, … and THAT makes me very happy to be a patient here.
I’m pretty sure that if it were my job to dig deeper than the clean, calm, warm, welcoming surface, I would find a great manager who hires well and respects and supports her staff members. Today I interacted with Daniella at the front desk and Elen the phlebotomist. Both are thoughtful and caring.
Two new doctors arriving soon at this location. Can’t wait to meet them.

I would give a negative 00 if possible! THIS IS A HORRIBLE FACILITY! They obviously disrespect seniors. They think we're all stupid! I switched to CenterWell merely because they are 3 miles closer to me than my previous providers. I spent 2 full days just in attempt to schedule an appt. as a new patient. My new Insurance Provider sent me an email not to forget to schedule as well. They passed me around and put me on hold for what they claim is a "brief moment", 21 minutes to be exact! They refused to pass me onto the manager. I was connected to a "valley girl" (true seniors know what Frank Zappa brought forward & introduced as valley girls) who was the receptionist supervisor. I asked why I was told there wasn't a manager and she replied that she was doing something else. When you have a client so upset that they're in tears, you let your manager know! There never was a manager to be connected to. This may all sound superficial but they had me in tears. I never write reviews unless I'm passionate about it. This is passion! For a "girl" to disrespect me because I'm a senior is disrespectful! She wouldn't have a computer in front of her if it weren't for my generation! I sat through the process of personal computers and the introduction of MSN and Yahoo, she didn't. They all need to respect seniors or not work at a senior healthcare facility. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY'RE NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU REQUIRE AFTER LIVING YOUR LIFE TO HAVE THE HONOR OF BECOMMING A SENIOR. SWITCH AS SOON AS YOU CAN BEFORE YOU END UP IN TEARS LIKE I HAVE! Believe me, you won't be happy using this facility! I never had an opportunity to meet a doctor. I'm glad for that because if the receptionist is so disrespectful I can only imagine what the doctors are like!

Centerwell was excellent!! I can’t say enough positive about them.I had a great P.A. for years but couldn’t stay with her because of the insurance issues. Thank goodness I found someone just as good and her name is, Heather Harvey. She explained everything I needed to know and we changed my med to a lower dose. Staff impressive and kind and attentive. Love to be kept in the loop and that’s what works for me. Im sorry if I say the name incorrectly but Missy? Marie?, the assistant can do everything. She did my A1C, Drew my blood and checked me in, “You go girl” BTW, this was at the Henderson location on Lake Mead by Target. Y’all have a wonderful day there at Centerwell. You're doing a wonderful job!

My family member has seen Ifeanyi Madu and CJ for almost two years, and it has been the best care we have experienced period. The staff at CenterWell were all so friendly and helpful. As a gerontologist, I have taught medical students and residents how to interact with older adults. And I have to say, everyone there treated the patients so respectfully by calling them, Mr. and Ms. and not explaining things like they were talking to a child, but to an adult. I really appreciated that. It was my first visit with my husband and I look forward to being able to be a patient at CenterWell myself one day.

Centerwell Henderson always impresses me. My Nurse practitioner is Heather Harvey. She is very good at explaining all my lab results in a way I can understand. And she and the staff always seem to really care. They all seem very well trained and are always polite and professional. I am very happy with the care I am getting. We’ve been coming to Centerwell for a few years now and the care is exceptional. Dr Ortega is my special needs daughter’s physician and she is the BEST! She is attentive, extremely kind, and truly cares about the health of her patients! She’s never been in a hurry with us. It’s very helpful having a Quest Lab right there for convenience. I called Centerwrll on Lake Mead and Boulder. I sat on hold 10 minutes so hung up and called back. The staff asked me if I could hold I told her no. I am running a fever of 102.5 which I told her. She put me on hold anyway for another 10 minutes. You cannot tell me they do not have staff that could take calls. End of the day and they want to go home. Off to the ER.

I am in dire need of hip replacement surgery and have been in a wheelchair almost a year I've been a Type 1 Diabetic since 1963, and the only thing that's keeping me from having the surgery is my A1C, which needs to be below 7.5 before my Orthopedic Surgeon will operate.

I was initially directed by the "kind operator" to the Boulder Highway location, near Henderson. So I went there, almost a 20 minute drive, and they were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! They did a test for my A1C and the results were 6.9 - FANTASTIC! So I asked them to send the results to Dr. Iglowsky, who approves the hip surgery for my Orthopedic surgeon.

I also asked them if I could transfer to the CenterWell near my house on Nellis Blvd. They agreed and told me to wait for a phone call the next day to confirm.

Neither Dr. Iglowsky OR my Orthopedic Surgeon has received copy of my A1C results! I called the "witch" at the Nellis Blvd. location and begged her to send my A1C results to Dr. Iglowsky so I could get my hip replacement surgery........AND ALL SHE SENT TO DR. IGLOWSKY WAS MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AT HER OFFICE IN MARCH!!!

I've been a Type 1 Diabetic for 63 years! CenterWell knows it! And I've been in this wheelchair for a year! CenterWell knows that!

You better get copies of all your blood work go behind them check behind them because they were right anything on your summary report and that means it's in your file. She's in la la land she's super nice. She doesn't know enough these doctors today go by what the computer tells them. And she's not honest 😔.

I was a patient with CenterWell Senior Primary Care until I was notified that as of Jan 1st they no longer accept straight Medicare. I received the email notice a week after Jan 1st. Imagine a senior care that does not accept Medicare. I worked in the medical management field and know they were aware well before Jan 1st of their decision. Very disappointed in their lack of timely notification.

I was referred to Center Well by my insurance company. CenterWell's website said that my location was accepting new patients. I spent an hour reviewing their physicans on several different medical websites and found their reviews positive. I completed the online intake form and waited for a response from CenterWell. I waited and waited several days. I returned to their website and completed the new patient questionaire again. They finally retunred my call after a week.
They promptly proceeded to tell me the location I was interested in is not accepting new patients!!! I asked why their website clearly stated that they were accepting new patients. They had no answer. The rep tried to refer me to one of thier locations over 15 miles away. I passed on the suggestion.
One total week wasted. I am a firm believer in first impressions and CenterWell's is terrible!!!
