My first visit as a new patient. Everyone from the very first person I met checking in at the receptionist desk, up until I saw My Doctor, DR, Zority were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zority, listens to you, is very knowledgeable and speaks to you, not at you. She is friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Zority is getting my medication and blood work squared away, so I can continue living a healthy life. I would recommend Dr. Zority and any of the other Doctors at Astrana Care to anyone I know.

I've been seeing NP Keleman for about 2 years now. She's wonderful and supportive. Only complaint is about ordering. I do have to reach out to them 1-2 weeks before a lab draw or imaging for them to "resend" the order... I've gotten to said lab/diags and the orders weren't there. So that's frustrating. But otherwise she's been my favorite over the last 9 years in vegas. Keleman is competent and professionally uses her resources :)

Dr Stephanie Zority is by far the most all around professional, respectful, humane, person I had that assisted me with my medical and mental health concerns. I came in with a mess and left feeling relieved finally got something going to process my medical claims, treatment, medicine, and a plan for the future. Everything was done that day and wasn't held off for another day. Id love to come back and to be honest referred my family and friends as well. Thanks for treating a human being like a human being. Respectfully a patient who appreciates your clinical treatment center.

Dr. Zority is the best doctor I've ever had. She's kind, empathetic, attentive, and patient. All doctors I'd had in the past made me feel like I was just another number, often disregarding my worries and rushing me. Not Dr. Zority! Dr. Zority has been a wonderful provider. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and has excellent bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable during my exam and explained every step of what she was doing during the procedure. I had put off completing that screening because of how unpleasant my experience had been in the past with a different provider. Front office and back office were also great. Friendly staff checks you in, the medical assistant was efficient and fast. And check out was also very easy. My appointments have run very smoothly. I been with Valley Oaks since the end 2025, so far it was a smooth experience simple office but highly efficient. From check in, I never experienced to wait here more than 15 mins to be called back or have difficulties with my company insurance, my PCP Dr. Zority is very personable, knowledgeable, she come prepared ensures she checks her patients records before talking to them that I don't need to re explain myself regarding my visit. She's also thorough with explaining line by line what I needed to know with my lab results, She's also proactive as well with her patients appointments. Really thankful about that, it was very thoughtful of her. Overall it was fantastic experience!

Was referred to Elizabeth Kelemen from my PCP, because of her knowledge of Testosterone. My visit was quick (about a 10 minute wait in lobby, another 10 minutes in room) Elizabeth along with a student was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had to get some blood work, and the phlebotomist did a amazing job, she had no issues with my tattoo sleeves like some do. Although this Valley Oaks location isn't one of their brand new and shiny locations, the service here was just as good.

Let me be clear that I LOVE my doctor. Dr. Zority is incredible.

However, I'm leaving a bad review because this AI phone call system Astrana switched to IS USELESS. I cannot get in contact with my doctor, then after dealing with AI for 20 minutes they still route me to a call center who is arguing with me about my appointments or telling me they are cancelled. I just want to talk to the front desk people that I know, and that know me.

Dr Z listened and gave her perspective so that I could understand my health. Dr is great office staff is trying. I had a scheduled appointment. Now their scheduling system is AI. Something got double booked. Office tried to call me except the secretary can’t receive direct calls and the call center had no idea she called. My recommendation is that the real person should try and call twice and if you can’t get ahold of us then don’t leave a message. Sorry but time is money !!

UPDATE to my review below. I still really like Dr. Zority for her listening and caring attitude. HOWEVER, the process for referrals is TERRIBLE. "For referrals the processing time is up to 14 days for routine request per insurance guidelines" It has nothing to do with insurance because every other doctor I have gone to with my insurance has provided me with a copy of the referral prior to leaving their office! AstranaCare has a terrible attitude when you try and communicate with them, which is leaving a message because they don't answer the phone and then you get a text message response. I really need to see a specialist and their appointments are usually weeks out so basically after seeing the doctor it is about a month before you can see the specialist at Astrana's pace. I hate leaving Dr. Zority but it may come down to that due to the office procedures.

I moved to Las Vegas almost 5 years ago and finally found a doctor who talks with you and actually cares!! Dr. Zority is amazing!!! However, the office procedure in processing a new prescription needs to be changed. Every doctor of all types I have been to enters prescription into computer while you are there and pharmacy receives it so you can get it on way home. They tell you it will be min of 2 to 4 hours before it is processed but will be done that day. Frustrating!

I really liked Dr. Zority. She was knowledgeable and attentive during my office visit, however everything else since then has been terrible. Two of my prescriptions need prior authorizations. I get that these take time, so I waited over a week from my appointment until I called to check in. I was told my a call center it was a high priority and they were working on it. It has now been over three weeks and nothing was done. I’ve called several times and also stopped by the office. The woman working at the office was very nice and told me she’d call me back, but never did. I am now without a medication I need and I am working with my previous doctor to get it as soon as possible. If you need anything with a prior authorization, I cannot recommend this practice. You also cannot call the office directly or send a message. I asked if I could call the office and I was told no, I’d have to physically go in if I needed something.

This was my first time at this location and with Dr. Zority, as my regular doc and location could not get me in until a much later date. Dr. Zority, and staff, were all amazing! Dr. Zority was extremely helpful, LISTENED to my concerns, explained everything to me at the level at which I understood, (seeing as how I'M not a doctor, I need a little extra explaining likening to that of a five year old, lol), and she was overall just a great doctor!! I would definitely return to this location, staff, and Dr. Zority of it weren't completely across town from where I live (I don't drive and Uber is very expensive). Definitely recommend!!

So done with this office. Communication is horrible. I have been having problems since February. MA was extremely rude and unprofessional (She has since left). They call you and you have no idea it is them, due to someone did not have the experience, common sense to connect with their phone carrier and have the business name associated to the phone they're lines. You have testing done, no one calls you. You find out AFTER the fact of what they "Won't do". You call them and you can never speak to anyone. Now they have a autobot answerer (We all know how that goes). After you go through that and are finally able to speak to someone (located god knows where). They try and transfer you, only for them to get back on the line and tell you they cannot get a hold of anyone. Every single time. If you use the app, NO ONE responds. The call center tells you the app is unreliable and to call for what you need. So many broken business processes here its 100% annoying and infuriating! Then to get the meaningless empty unchanged bad business behavior of a "I'm sorry or I apologize" is disgusting because the behaviors, mentality does not change. The office is old, torn up. Has extremely uncomfortable chairs. If you want a primary care that actually CARES about you as a person. I would 100% not recommend this office, much less any Astrana facility at this point. I have even spoken to someone in management back in February or March, and her attitude left much to be desired as well. There was no reassurance that the problems would be corrected, and obviously they have not after today interaction. It's bad when you do not want to deal with them knowing it will be "Something". I do this work for a living and am quite efficient in customer service, employee engagement and service satisfaction, process implementation. You will NOT receive that here. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that cares about you as a person and an office that still believes in patient care.

I just called this place to ask about scheduling an intake appointment and the "person" who answered the phone was very clearly an ai chat bot with text to speech and fake office noises in the background. As a fellow healthcare professional, it saddens me to have to write a bad review. I usually write the GOOD ones. But this warrants review. I recommended Elizabeth Kellen APRN to a friend of mine as the word throughout my colleagues was she was someone reputable to go to for primary care. My friend called and made an appointment. Here it is July 24 . He waited over a month for this new patient appointment. Today he gets a call at 7am (his appointment was at 8ish) stating that the appointment needs to be rescheduled as Elizabeth wasn’t in today. The kicker? The office knew for 2 weeks she was not going to make this appointment AND she doesn’t have an appointment available until September. I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues and will not be recommending this office to anyone. If you want new patients, your customer service to them needs to be revamped. If patients are required to cancel/rescheduled during a certain amount of time or face a surcharge, then providers need to be held to the same standard ESPECIALLY if the office discloses they knew the provider wasn’t going to be in well before the appointment. We need to do better by our community and provide better service. I am sorely disappointed.

Finding the office was a bit confusing but once I arrived the staff were all helpful.

Dr. Zority was very attentive, kind, affirming, curious, and ready to get things done. I really like her and think she will be an excellent primary care doctor. Today was my first visit.

I found it very convenient that I was able to do my lab work right at her office and did not have to make an additional trip. The phlebotomist on staff was also wonderful, and so was the everyone I interacted with.

My daughter had an appointment this last Thursday, she was a few minutes late because her apartment literally started flooding. She was just 15 minutes late, no one in waiting room at all. Front desk girl medium built, short brown hair with glasses, had her tell her why she was here for her visit. She said she would tell the provider and see if she could help her. I was sitting in the lobby by the wall. She went back and I heard her and the NP laughing. Even when I went up to the desk when she came back she was having a hard time not laughing. My daughter pays a ton for cobra insurance. Please never go to this location. There is nothing compassionate here. They would not see my daughter and they could have. Very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Elizabeth and her staff are very helpful and kind. The doctor will spend time with you and listen to your concerns. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re being rushed in your appointment.
