Rude receptions... God forbid you arrive early for your appointment. Was thrown out of the waiting room during lunch hour. My appointment was at 1pm. Very rude receptionist, these people are happy that you are sick and have no empathy for the patients.

They closed the office for lunch and left the TV on blasting family feud.

The student didn't say she was a student I didn't know she was until the doctor said thank you for talking to my student. I also tried to get my health records corrected which wasn't done. My labs results suggest insulin resistance but no medication was prescribed to help with it. Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone when you call.

I went in for a follow up to an urgent care visit. The office staff were well organized and knowledgeable - asking for my urgent care documents if I had them (I did). Yesterday was my first appointment with NP Liz Kelemen and wow my goodness was she amazing! She wasn’t a hand on the door provider although I’m sure she had a busy schedule! She patiently listened to every problem and had a solution to every one of those problems! She is a textbook provider, I love the way she operates! I’m not going to lie I sat in that office sad that I was going in for severe anxiety! Honestly, this was one of the most pleasant and quickest, most efficient doctors visit ive ever had. It was for a referral, but it was also my first appointment so those generally take longer, as well as take longer to actually book the appointment. I was able to get the appointment within a month and the visit took altogether about an hour, filling out the paperwork and all. The office wasnt packed with a bunch of people either. Staff was friendly and efficient as well, the doctor was super pleasant with a sense of humor. Love it. Definitely recommend for primary care provider

I've been seeing NP Keleman for about 2 years now. She's wonderful and supportive. Only complaint is about ordering. I do have to reach out to them 1-2 weeks before a lab draw or imaging for them to "resend" the order... I've gotten to said lab/diags and the orders weren't there. So that's frustrating. But otherwise she's been my favorite over the last 9 years in vegas. Keleman is competent and professionally uses her resources :)

Dr Stephanie Zority is by far the most all around professional, respectful, humane, person I had that assisted me with my medical and mental health concerns. I came in with a mess and left feeling relieved finally got something going to process my medical claims, treatment, medicine, and a plan for the future. I been with Valley Oaks since the end 2025, so far it was a smooth experience simple office but highly efficient. From check in, I never experienced to wait here more than 15 mins to be called back or have difficulties with my company insurance, my PCP Dr. Zority is very personable, knowledgeable, she come prepared ensures she checks her patients records before talking to them that I don't need to re explain myself regarding my visit. Was referred to Elizabeth Kelemen from my PCP, because of her knowledge of Testosterone. My visit was quick (about a 10 minute wait in lobby, another 10 minutes in room) Elizabeth along with a student was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had to get some blood work, and the phlebotomist did a amazing job, she had no issues with my tattoo sleeves like some do. However, I'm leaving a bad review because this AI phone call system Astrana switched to IS USELESS. I cannot get in contact with my doctor, then after dealing with AI for 20 minutes they still route me to a call center who is arguing with me about my appointments or telling me they are cancelled. I just want to talk to the front desk people that I know, and that know me.

I wish that I could rate more than 5 stars. From the front desk to seeing Dr Zority, my experience was very positive. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and amiable. And I loved Dr. Zority, who was so pleasant, compassionate, knowledgeable, and congenial. She took her time to answer all my questions. KUDOS to a great team! I would highly reccomend Dr Zority and her staff.

I absolutely love Dr Zority. She is thorough very understanding and she listens. I would follow her anywhere. But as far as everything else it’s awful. I moved from out of state and have never experienced anything like I have with this place. The portal is a joke. The staff are anything but friendly and I go without meds continuously because it goes without being addressed through the portal and or phone calls. I’ve given up and moving on.

Dr Z listened and gave her perspective so that I could understand my health. Dr is great office staff is trying. I had a scheduled appointment. Now their scheduling system is AI. Something got double booked. Office tried to call me except the secretary can’t receive direct calls and the call center had no idea she called. My recommendation is that the real person should try and call twice and if you can’t get ahold of us then don’t leave a message. Sorry but time is money !!

UPDATE to my review below. I still really like Dr. Zority for her listening and caring attitude. HOWEVER, the process for referrals is TERRIBLE. "For referrals the processing time is up to 14 days for routine request per insurance guidelines" It has nothing to do with insurance because every other doctor I have gone to with my insurance has provided me with a copy of the referral prior to leaving their office! AstranaCare has a terrible attitude when you try and communicate with them, which is leaving a message because they don't answer the phone and then you get a text message response. I really need to see a specialist and their appointments are usually weeks out so basically after seeing the doctor it is about a month before you can see the specialist at Astrana's pace. I hate leaving Dr. Zority but it may come down to that due to the office procedures.

I moved to Las Vegas almost 5 years ago and finally found a doctor who talks with you and actually cares!! Dr. Zority is amazing!!! However, the office procedure in processing a new prescription needs to be changed. Every doctor of all types I have been to enters prescription into computer while you are there and pharmacy receives it so you can get it on way home. They tell you it will be min of 2 to 4 hours before it is processed but will be done that day. Frustrating!

I really liked Dr. Zority. She was knowledgeable and attentive during my office visit, however everything else since then has been terrible. Two of my prescriptions need prior authorizations. I get that these take time, so I waited over a week from my appointment until I called to check in. I was told my a call center it was a high priority and they were working on it. It has now been over three weeks and nothing was done. I’ve called several times and also stopped by the office. The woman working at the office was very nice and told me she’d call me back, but never did. I am now without a medication I need and I am working with my previous doctor to get it as soon as possible. If you need anything with a prior authorization, I cannot recommend this practice. You also cannot call the office directly or send a message. I asked if I could call the office and I was told no, I’d have to physically go in if I needed something.

This was my first time at this location and with Dr. Zority, as my regular doc and location could not get me in until a much later date. Dr. Zority, and staff, were all amazing! Dr. Zority was extremely helpful, LISTENED to my concerns, explained everything to me at the level at which I understood, (seeing as how I'M not a doctor, I need a little extra explaining likening to that of a five year old, lol), and she was overall just a great doctor!! I would definitely return to this location, staff, and Dr. Zority of it weren't completely across town from where I live (I don't drive and Uber is very expensive). Definitely recommend!!
