The wait in the lobby is long, and when they finally call your name, it is another long wait. These rooms are packed with people, yet there is only one doctor to cover every room. The wait time is ridiculous. On top of that, the doctor is rude and grumpy, almost like they don't want to be there. Go to your own personal doctor for a better experience.

The service was great, the problem I had was that there was an individual that was talking on his phone in the lobby area and I was sitting across the room and it wasn’t posted that I could see to not
Be having a conversation in the waiting room. The staff did not say anything to this individual and you could tell the people that were within 5-10 feet of him were really annoyed.

Everything went the usual like when you go to urgent Care . Get there check in , got call in I was there for a severe back pain . I couldn’t bent , sit twist .
MD Rosaly came and check me she is very profesional , supportive and attentive . She knew what she was doing .

I got 2 pain shots apparent they didn’t put that in the notes because like 10 , 15 minutes later another person come to my room to do the shots again . When it comes to do my x -rays I was really straggling when it comes to take my clothes off for the x- rays , the x ray technician saw me and offer no help .
I got my medicine , belt back support I got release went back to the lobby ready to check out .
Wait for more that 1 :30 hours when I went to ask the front desk lady why is it taking so long to check me out .
Well they forget about my paper work .
So yea that was my experience there .
Quit tip if you are a patient there make sure you ask question about the procedure they doing on you .
And doble check with front desk about you checking out time .
I was still in pain I was tired and hungry .
I really hope my follow up get better

Earlier in the day, my commercial vehicle was struck by a motorcycle, so I had to take a drug screen. It was very simple. Was there originally on September 17 for a head injury I sustained at work do to a fall. It was 9:30pm not many people there waited an 2 hours to be seen for the equivalent of 2 minutes, be told I need to go to an ER room instead. Upon check out receptionist was rude, to think of it she was rude on check in as well. Didn't catch receptionist or Dr's name (maybe I should have). Might be in paper work.

Follow up on September 19th at 3:30pm (scheduled) had to wait closer to 3 hours to be seen by Dr Mendenhall for the equivalent of about 10 max, to be told that my claim may be declined be ause it show no sign of employment cause. No care for head injury whatsoever. Was told a cut finger at employment carries more weight. To add while waiting in waiting area there was a child with an extremely loud IPad that nobody seemed to care to go tell the mother to lower sound. I got a headache listening to this for hours, child also sitting on arms of chairs dangerously while mother just looked at phone not caring.

DONT COME HERE FOR WORK RELATED INJURIES. Go elsewhere save your time. SO UNCARING.

It was pretty much a joke. I had injured my hand. The doctor rushed in, never even examined my hand. X-ray Gowers the only nice part about my experience. The doctor never came back they started taking me to the front. I had to ask them what my results of the x-rays were. Never given any postop instructions. They also never cleaned my abrasions. As Concentra is focused on just the current injury, they did not redo an X-ray or even an MRI for reported pain and limp. Assumed everything is a non-work related case even though an aggravated pre-existing is a work-related issue. Quick to issue pain med and PT with a simple restriction even though patient has an accommodation being more restrictive. Sad that it happened and I need to see my PCM to get the right diagnosis to prevent further injury

Had to wait long time to get a work related physical done, plus a urine drug test and TB mask fit test. I'm a travel nurse it's something I have to have done for a new assignment. The staff at this facility is very friendly and professional. It's not their fault there was only one doctor on duty. The Las Vegas Knights were also playing that night. It made getting to the place rough again not their fault.

Receptionist for night shift is extremely rude. I'm sitting here waiting for my husband to come out and every single patient that comes out she has an attitude towards them. One patient told her that he didn't know the name of the hospital and she told him "you can't look it up on your phone". It cost nothing to be a decent employee and help the patient look it up. Another pt walked in and she turned them away and told them to go to another urgent care that's 11 min away. If your gonna work at a medical setting lose the attitude, it's ugly and unnecessary. As a health care worker myself I'm disgusted.

Came back a 2nd time. What's the point of making an appointment if it's still gonna take 2-3 hrs to be called back. This place is a mess seriously.

Receptionist is not helpful. Did not let me try to speak to a doctor, nor explain to me what would be considered dangerous and needs immediate attention. In the middle of me talking, she then hung up the phone on me. Wasn’t even arguing or anything; I’m pretty sure I sounded like I was about to cry. I’m currently in school to become a nurse and one of the things we have been explicitly taught is to treat patients how you want to be treated. I guess they don’t teach that to 24/7, under-trained receptionists. Like if someone said to you over the phone describing the exact symptoms of a heart attack, would you say “well if you believe this a life threatening emergency then maybe you should be seen”?? You would think someone who has to answer phones in an emergency environment would know when to tell someone to seek help immediately. Like wdym if I believe it’s threatening???? IDK IF IT IS?? YOU SHOULD KNOW! Genuinely she should be fired. Even named the exact condition I think it is and asked if that would be threatening and she couldn’t answer that. Hi severely sprang my ankle to a point that was very swollen. I can barely walk in the front they put they gave me a wheelchair and when they called me in a nurse came in while I was sitting in the wheelchair. I mean Nurse told me to get out of the chair wheelchair because there was none no more wheelchair and I can barely walk and I was in very great pain and she made me hop all the way to get an x-ray and hop back to the room with no apologies or anything

I am a rideshare driver for a specialty rideshare that transports people with disabilities. After dropping a client off at 0400 I received a text and email telling me I had 24 hours to get a drug test. Concentra was listed as one of the options and they are open 24 hours. My bladder was extremely full but I did not rant to Miss the test. After checking in I had to wait at least 20 minutes to pee. Otherwise the service was good the, convenience excellent. PS, I passed!

I went here early on Saturday to beat the rush. I arrived at 6:50am for a DOT physical. It was a 2hr wait that was fine. I was called a little sooner. Passed all the requested parts of the exam. Then waited for the nurse to see me. I waited for almost an hour. Idk why they call the PA’s Dr’s. They are not Dr’s. The guy comes in with an attitude excuse me!!! I’m the one waiting in a cold room for nearly an hour. Only for him to get snappy about me wearing reading glasses asked why didn’t I mark it on the questionnaire. I told him I didn’t wear them when I took the vision test. They’re only for up close and reading. That wasn’t the main issue. I went to see them the first time and I got a 3mon for sleep test study. I got the study it came back with very mild sleep apnea. I showed him the test results. I had the results cleared at another clinic because one of my options was to take a glp1 to help with mild case sleep apnea. Cpap was also one of the options but I could choose what I wanted. The mild case is passable for the DOT/ FMCSA exam. Only moderate and severe sleep apnea disqualifies you and orders use of a cpap not mild. He said I’m not going to certify you, you need a cpap. I spoke to the Dr who prescribed me the medication and gave me the sleep study who is a DOT certified location. She said you won’t need a cpap prescription for the DOT certification for a mild case. So he failed me with no real knowledge of the true guidelines. I googled my test result and it was a clear level from the DOT/FMCSA and glp1 is recognized as a remedy for mild sleep apnea. I went down the street and got cleared for two years. It was a waste of time don’t go to concentra at the end of it all it was almost 4hrs. I asked him is that the only thing stopping the certification he said yes you passed everything else. So why would one clinic pass the sleep apnea levels and not this one. I would have gone there again but it was closed. Luckily it was open when I was leaving and was able to get in. Whole thing took 45min there and I passed no problem.

If you don't have an appointment expect to wait 3-5hrs. NONE of the nurses look at your chart before seeing you. They are clueless as to what's wrong with you. The doctors are aware of the medications they give you but un aware of the risks of medications they do not follow up with side effects, NO testing is done here. BE CAREFUL. Doctors will push you through the healing process even if you're NOT healed. I don't even know how this place is still in business. It feels as if everyone here just barely passed their medical exams and put into a workforce. This is the lowest quality of care I have ever seen in a "Medical Facility". SHUT IT DOWN.

What a wonderful visit. Ms. Iris X-Ray technician, Edelyn Medical Assistant, and Heather, Nurse Practitioner were the best ever. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office and didn’t have high blood pressure from white coat syndrome. Today, my blood pressure was normal! That’s how good of a visit it was. Now the front intake receptionist and the checkout people, and being hung up on after I called in and was placed on hold was not a good look, but the back of the house was phenomenal! People have negative experiences with healthcare so the first and last impression should be the best experiences, after all if we were not there, they would not be employed.

During the vision test my affected eye is a lot more blurred so I couldn't see most of the letters.

The left eye being so much better I was able to see more.

In the room with the doctor she stated both eyes were 20/40
I said how is that?

The person who did the eye test simply put whatever she wanted and my medical file.

Not only is that unfair it's unethical.

Knowing for sure the right eye is worse she should have at least played it off and gave them both different readings or results I should say.

But to say that they're both 20/40 is a waste of my time.

When I shared that with the doctor and request it to be retested she went out there and spoke to someone about the numbers being the same with two different visions.

And then she came back in and said she didn't speak to anyone.
I said of course you did and I repeated everything that she said.

Just lying for no reason at all.

In the exam room with the doctor I'm telling her that my eye hurts
And then she said you mean it's irritated so it doesn't hurt it's just irritated.

I said I can tell the difference between irritation and pain.
I said my eye hurts please put that it hurts.
If it was irritated I'd say it was irritated which means something's in it.

But if by the touch my eye hurts that's very different.

So being that I can tell the difference don't reword my words.

She kept trying to change my words and after I correct her she'll pretend like she didn't try to change my word.

Then he said, no I know you know the difference.
I said so if I said it hurts don't put it irritated.
I gave her another example of what hurt means and what irritated means.
I was wasting my time.

She told me to come back in a few days if my eyes and any better to follow up.

I have a really big problem with people thinking making speak for me.

Had a scheduled appointment for 7:15pm got there 20 minutes early and waited for almost 2 hours before getting seen by the doctor due to only one provider being available. Requested additional imaging due to pain not described by x- rays, but it was denied.

Highly recommend this location! I chose Concentra Polaris for my pre-employment vision and hearing tests specifically because they are open 24 hours. A lovely staff member named Kelsey/Kelcie performed my tests. She was so professional, kind, and friendly throughout the entire process. She made the experience quick and pleasant!

Tried to get care for an injury during a work trip on a Vegas overnight and the desk lady rudely told me she couldn't check me in because I don't work for a local hotel. Had to pay for an Uber to yet another urgent care just to be seen. Would definitely avoid this clinic at all costs.

The two providers I saw were BEYOND fantastic. Their r names are Dr Engler and PA Jeremy Mendenhall. They were not only knowledgeable but they were kind. What a difference a good human can make.
My only complaint is the check in and check out process, of which both were unnecessarily long.

Today, I came in for my check up, I thought I was going to see the doctor that I was seeing for past visits but today 6/24 I saw PA- Marisa singleton, I felt she was very dismissive of my pain, she read quick of my notes, unprepared coming with food in her mouth very unprofessional. I asked the receptionist to schedule me with dr cuella she pays more attention of my needs.

What an amazing experience. Was told by the other guy at desk that there was a 3 1/2 wait list. However Haley chimed in, the mss I talked to over the phone that assured me graciously that I’d be here no longer than
45 minutes and she honored her word and for that I give her. 5 star review. Wonderful service. Done in timely manner and also very caring when I watd about the 3 hr wait. She went out of her way to take over and reassure that I’d be here no longer than 45 minutes and she honored that statement. 10/10 employee and would recommend Haley to anyone that visits this location at concentra. She caring, and makes sure that patients that talk to her receive accurate information and everything she told me she followed through 12/10 service and would always be happy to come back and have her as my mcc. Thanks to her this situation was handled professionally and timely and I truly appreciate her for honoring her word. Like I a said 12/10 employee who deserves my utmost respect and gratitude for her handling and feedback on my situation. Thank you again Haley! You were the best!

All the support staff was great. Then I had to deal with the doctor who had a bedside manner equal to the devil. I had never gone for a DOT medical exam in my life. From the moment he walked into the room he berated and belittled me. He wasn't in the room for more than 10 seconds before he threatened to just walk out. He would ask a question and before I could answer he cut me off. His very last question he asked should have been the first question which was have you ever taken a DOT medical exam before. I made a mistake filling out my form and stated something that is not in my medical history. I couldn't tell him anything because he refused to listen to anything. He put a medical requirement on me which pretty much guarantees I won't be able to work for a month to a month and a half. Thanks Doc!

I was seen by Michael Engler for pain resulting from an injury, and the experience was extremely disappointing. He completely downplayed my pain and acted as though my symptoms were not serious enough to warrant continued treatment. Rather than listening to my concerns, he was rude and dismissive throughout the appointment.
What bothered me most was what felt like I was being gaslit because I "looked fine" to him.
If patient care is top priority in the medical field, he should have never become a doctor. I am very grateful that my employer agreed to transfer my care to another facility where I can be treated by doctors who genuinely care about their patients and take their recovery seriously.

Really short wait time even when told it would. Very clear instructions and are informative of my rights. For reference, I was told the wait time was 2 hours. I only waited 30 minutes and was put the door in 1 hour. On top of that, they only had one physician at the time

The staff and clinicians were all very professional and kind. I only gave this rating because The exam room was filthy. There were fingernails and a dead bug and food all over my exam room. The exam table had something sticky on it. I was shocked at how dirty it was.

The wait is long and this location is dirty. The walls and chairs to sit on are dirty but there is no where else to sit. The nurse didnt even know she had to drug tests me and alcohol test for my job. Another nurse took me at the end of my visit to get those test done. She said the other nurse hasn't been there that long And didn't know. Please clean this place.

The facility is clean and the lady who assisted me on the desk was kind, is little bit frustrating to fill out a paper form and then check in online but once you finish both everything flowed easy. The lady on the desk tells you the time that you could spend there and I was done shorter than that time. My issue was related with my left knee, it got inflamed and I was suffering from a pain that didn’t let me to walk properly, I’m doing much better so far.
