My mother switched to this clinic for better care in hopes to find proper care & what it seemed like to be a good clinic. She had a horrible experience with the receptionist, making her feel like she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. The receptionist told her “I don’t even see why you would need to take off work, you seem fine to me.” Really disappointed to find this out considering it’s a bilingual clinic. You would think they would treat their Latino patients better because what of what is advertised. Never again. She will be withdrawing from your guys’s services

Asisti a este lugar a pasar consulta y me isieron una prueba de orina para ber si tenia alguna infección y alos segundos de aber dejado el bote de la prueba me llevaron aun cuarto espero por 3 o 5 minutos y ya según los resultados estaban de la prueba y gracias dios no tenia nada dijo la doctora pero ami no me dieron ningun sobre de la prueba nada solo un recibo del cual abia pagado para la supuesta prueba q yo no octube ningún comprobante ni nada de q me la abian echo solo el resivo mas no los resultado por escrito no entiendo por que no 🤔 por lo demás muy ables

This is a great facility. The entire staff is so kind. This is mostly to brag about Connie. She was sweet, and has the best hands in drawing blood. I'm the biggest baby in the world when it comes to needles and she made is the most painless I think it could ever be. I think even babies would allow her to get blood from them.

Mimi has been the practitioner I've been seeing for my own primary care needs since the pandemic...
I've visited many times, with various types of health needs and insurances...
Regardless which health insurance I was using to cover my costs, Mimi and her team do their very best to get you the care that you need in a quick timely matter!

San Juan medical and the staff there are amazing. I’ve going there for 4 months now and I’m always greeted and treated kindly by everyone! The front desk lady is so sweet and professional. Gisele Is extremely pleasant and amazing at what she does, she relived all my fears. Mimi is an amazing practitioner and is very attentive and talks me thru all of my concerns, I always leave the office feeling like all my worries are at bay and that I’m FINALLY getting the proper care!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Came here to treat a symptom unknowingly caused by hypertension. I was sent away without any treatment or answer. Even though my vitals that were taken should have been flagged due to high blood pressure and discussed by medical staff to the doctor. I ended up in the hospital a week later with severe hypertension that could have been diagnosed here.

I came in at the slightest hope that maybe I could be seen the same day it was late in the day but they were able to squeeze me in and was very polite about the whole situation.
And were very discreet and helpful about my very personal matter, I ended up making them my primary care physician.
The front desk associate Roxane and the nurse Gisselle were amazing being that it was my first time experience there and made me feel really welcome even though I didn’t have an appointment.

I have been going to San juan Medical Center for approximately one year. Mijung Kim is the provider that I see. She is wonderful. She takes her time does not rush me. I am diagnosed with extremely high cholesterol and extremely high blood pressure. She put me on the correct medication from the very beginning with a couple of alterations of the dosage. I feel she has completely saved my life at this point… The staff are absolutely wonderful. Roxana goes above and beyond the call of duty… Always greets me with a smile… the medical assistance and phlebotomist are all caring & gentle. When you called to make an appointment, you can be seen almost immediately. As they also accept most insurances… There is never a long wait in the lobby and it is never crowded or overbooked, which has been my experience in Las Vegas since 1979… like 9 people having the exact same appointment to see ONE provider . NEVER overbooked at the office. The staff also get referrals done before you make it out the door ! The office is always clean and comfortably temperature. I highly recommend this office.

The first time I went to this place they were attentive and seemed to be professional. I never had to wait too long to be seen. Then, everything changed. It seems that they only care about charging the insurance instead of providing good services to patients. I called them this morning because i am sick with covid. Wanted my Dr to prescribe me medicine to treqt this virus. It was pretty obvios that consultation had to be over the phone. But the front office lady said that i needed to find another Dr because they were not willing to help me. Annoying and unethical. Much less professional.
