Las Vegas Clinical Trials Review — 5/9/2025 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a great experience at Las Vegas Clinical Trials today! Although I didn’t qualify for the current study, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Xanthia, the nurse, was super helpful and even referred me to a partner clinical trial company that might have studies that fit my needs. Her willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff, Ayleen, was very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. The entire team was professional and attentive, making the whole process seamless.

They also mentioned that I’d be kept in their system for any future studies that match my criteria, which I thought was really thoughtful. I appreciate how they prioritize their patients and go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible.

I definitely recommend Las Vegas Clinical Trials if you’re interested in participating in clinical studies! 👍🏼

Well yesterday I just did my follow-up my 1-month follow-up and today I get a call while I'm at Walmart stating that they forgot to give me a couple papers to sign so I have to go back up there to sign the paperwork. Now I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back because I can't get in touch with anyone the calls keep going to the answering service this is ridiculous after this I will not be going back to them and I will not recommend anyone to use their service. The first time that I went it took them two days to put the money on my card this time I don't know when they're going to put the money on my card because I can't get in touch with anyone I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I was misinformed by the lead individual taking the calls for the clinical trials that I would be compensated for my first visit as long as I brought my medical records in or have them faxed over all the way up in through the interview I was promised to compensation and once I was determined not eligible for the study I was then told I would receive no compensation unless I left a Google review to receive $25 so it's very misleading about taking time off work to show up to a study where there is no intention for compensation was told to me I would have been able to make a better decision as to whether or not that type of time used to come here would be worth my time based on my own knowledge of my own medical history.

I just finished my trial last week, and I must say my experience was really good! I did 2 asthma trials for a year. All the employees are really nice, and friendly especially the newer manager/supervisor I love her!! she is so nice!! I did have delayed payments a few times but other then that.. I always got it same day or couple days later. Plus they feed you lunch, and dinner for long visit! (You get to choose of course) And they also paid for my Lyft rides there and back for all my appointments. If they ever call back (I'm counting on it) for more trials I will definitely go.

My very first clinical trial. I was very nervous about it. But i was told the payment would be reflecting on my card before end of day. It is now day 3 and they are giving me the run around.

I performed my end of the deal by doing the study. You must perform your end by delivering what is owed. It’s a small amount of money, but the principle here is what matters and frankly this center doesn’t have it.

My husband and I came to the trials from Pahrump, NV and the staff we encountered were very nice and professional, the DR. was funny, yet professional even when he disqualified me from this study, due to a medication I'm taking. Well I really wanted to participate in the study to help with obtaining better vaccines for everyone. Maybe the next study I will qualify for. You guys were great at Las Vegas Clinical Trials!!!

I had to come back and change my reviews. Initially I was happy with the service that I received, however, with each additional office visit, I’m less satisfied. The main reason for my dissatisfaction is that most times after a visit, the office forgets to put the payment on my card. This is a problem for me as it should be for active who participate in a paid study yet is not being paid. Do better guys!!!!

At first they were nice and professional, it didn't take long for all that to change! I had to call them to ask for money and they gave me different answers regarding to how long does it take to get paid, some said 1-2 weeks, and others said just couple of days. I was not paid on my last appointment but it's okay, I did not pursue because initially, I did this trial because I am willing to learn more about my medical condition and help those who need volunteers. It's not so much about the money for me, don't get me wrong, I liked getting paid but that's not my main reason, getting paid was a plus for me. Some that I talked to on the phone were rude all the time, every time I called and one of those rude girls answered, they always have an attitude, they make me feel like I'm bothering them. I'm not naming them, you'll find out! These are just my own experience there, it's different with
everyone.

First , they gave me an appointment on Friday at 2 which they said blood work has to be done by 230. So I go thru everything else. Asked for copies of the paperwork and was given only the odd pages. So I go back Monday and was given an excuse why I can't be in study. Now they said card is loaded for my time and of course something is wrong with card. Called them and she put me on hold for 5 mins, I hang up and call back and all of a sudden I get the answering service. This is the Lake Mead location. Be careful with these people they are shady. Also, I'm starting to believe they are loading your money to someone else. If I don't get paid I will report them to the BBB. Also, I've noticed in the reviews that the Hispanics are the ones being accepted and treated right because the office staff is Hispanic, what a coincidence huh?

I have been receiving treatment from the Lake Mead location for about 1 year now and I wanted to say Brianna is very kind rather it's busy or not, she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy before I leave and all the staff as well really know what they're doing and you can tell they're having fun doing they're job as well and that's always welcoming when your a new patient.

I decided to participate in a sleep apnea study, made an appointment and attended said appointment at the allotted time. The first incident that happened was I informed the plebotomist that I was a hard stick and inquired about her experience. She assured me that she was experienced and stuck me six times until I wouldn't allow anymore. I returned the next day where the senior plebotomist was able to draw my blood. I requested an Uber to the sleep center so the driver picked but could not find the building in Henderson. I could not reach the study team so the driver stranded me at night in Henderson at night alone. A few days and many phone calls later a team member returned my call and wanted to reschedule me which I agreed to. I attended the next study appointment only to be told I needed to do it again. So I agreed to repeat the study and this time I have not gotten paid for my participation. I called for over a week with no returned calls. I go up there where I was told that my study information was put under another subjects name and I cannot be compensated until this was corrected. I'm still waiting. Still unpaid. This placed needs to be looked at. This is by far the worst clinical trial business in Las Vegas by far.

Wanted to make sure everyone here received recognition for being so nice, professional and accommodating. Carlos called me offering a study for RSV/covid shot. He got me in the same day and also said if I refer someone I would get paid for that too. Carlos put myself and my friend on schedule for same day, same time. We were in and out in a few hours with debit card. Money was on the card later that night. Carlos,Jose, Dr. Tam, phlebotomist and entire staff were awesome!!! Process was seamless.

Monday was my first visit and my first time doing a clinical trial with this company and I already have to say that I'm disgusted and they are liars. They don't return calls and they give excuses for why they haven't paid you. I spoke to someone yesterday and she told me that she would get my payment expedited and yet there is still no payment. If you do a service and they say they will pay for the service then pay people their money. The same way they are employed and get paid for working there and expect to get paid on pay day is no difference. These people are lying and misleading people. DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY MORALS?

Very few of the people that work here are nice. While others talk about you to other doctors like you don't hear them. They say things not knowing what other conditions a person may have. As far as payments, they are not good at paying when it's supposed to be due. After 7 is what I'm now being told when my payment was supposed to post yesterday. I've come behind on bills due to payments not posting when they should, but thats ok for them they still get a check regardless, right? The receptionists is not pleasant or understanding.

As far as the my experience with the study I am in overall actual participation was average. But I'm here with a gripe about the referral program refer a friend get $100 well I've referred three friends that have finished the first 29 days of the program in which they were supposed to pay me $100 a piece supposedly they paid some other person instead of me and they're telling me that they can't do anything it. So now I'm confused. How is it my fault that they mispaid the wrong person and for them to tell me that it's nothing they can do but yet you owe me that money and I will expose this unprofessionalism...

Got my flu shot and got paid. Took a couple days for the money to come thru on the card they gave me but it's on one of those preloaded gift card type things. The girls working there were real nice which was good cuz I'm scared of needles but I barely noticed when I got the shot. Lobby was a little cramped for how many people were there but it's a small lobby.

This is the worst research study I have ever come in contact with. Participants are not paid. My research study completed on June 1st it is now June 27th and I have left numerous calls in the last 2 wks for the office manager Brandon as he continues to avoid my phone calls. I have never heard of a company so unprofessional in my life.

After submitting this review I received 2 calls from the office with an explanation and to resolve my issues which I am now satisfied with. Due to the amount of phone calls and time I invested trying to simply get a response I will leave my honest review #period
