I ordered a Soclean 2 machine from the CPAP Store which supposedly was compatible with my CPAP machine. When it arrived, I opened the box read the instructions and examined the parts. In doing so I discovered it is not compatible, which was confirmed when I spoke with a manufacturers' tech support. When I emailed customer support at The CPAP Store requesting to return it for either a refund or compatiblereplacement, I got a reply saying that it is compatible if don't try to connect to my machine and I get an adapter. She did not specify what adapter I needed or what it would cost. The bigger issue is that I bought this particular product believing that I could keep it connected to my machine and set it to automatically clean daily. The email also said that they won't accept a return if the box has been opened. How else would I have found out that it's not the right machine for me. This is essentially a no return policy. I wrote back expressing my dissatisfaction with the reply and after 3 days, have not heard back. I would never recommend doing business with this company.

I need hypoallergenic CPAP filters for my ResMed machine. The CPAP Store advertises "original" hypoallergenic filters for a hugely discounted price compared to other vendors. After ordering, I found out why they are so cheap - these ARE NOT hypoallergenic filters. A true hypoallergenic filter should be tightly woven and opaque with no visible holes. See the photos below to see what I mean. The first photo shows The CPAP Store USA's "hypoallergenic" filter compared to an original ResMed STANDARD filter. The second photo shows The CPAP Store USA's filter compared to a true hypoallergenic filter that I had purchased from another (more expensive) vendor.

I should have realized The CPAP Store USA filters would be low quality to match the low price, but I took a chance because their return policy stated the filters would be returnable if I didn't open the package. Well, that was another lie. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND The CPAP Store USA!

They sell “SAMPLE ITEMS NOT FOR RESALE” and have the nerve to claim that the sticker ACCIDENTALLY got on the packaging. Yeah right! They’re selling sample items to make a profit. Plus, their products are stained. My nasal cushion was orange in color. They claim it’s because of storage and the reason why I got it for a sale price.
This company is a downright joke and not legit. I want to return my items but they don’t provide a return label.
So I have to pay for packaging and shipping.

Ordered clips to replace the recalled one's on my head gear. Shipping was supposed to be free. When I received the clip it would not work on my head gear. I returned the clips and paid the return postage which was less than $1.00. when I got my refund from c-pap usa they had deducted $3.99 form my refund for their initial shipping.

If you don't understand all the cpap bipad stuff go in and see these guys. I've stuggled w doctors and insurance trying to get info and what to buy and what not to buy. Expert here got a mask that fits me. I was getting an hour of sleep per night maybe... first night and I slept all night... finally... feel sooo much better. Bright, alert, and working at a higher pace. I'm 56. Diagnosed in 2010. After 6 years I finally found people that help... see the owner.. great guy.. VERY knowledgeable! !
