Dr Cristy has helped me a few times over the past 20 years with hormonal issues resulting from chronic stress as well as post hysterectomy. I pay cash and don’t use insurance but honestly it is well worth the money. She gets down to business by quickly doing bloodwork to assess your levels and draws up a plan to get everything back into balance. You can choose what recommended supplements you want to use or not. I’ve referred quite a few people to her as well and have heard nothing but good results and reviews. I also like the fact that I don’t have to wait in the office to see her as she remains on schedule. Make on visit and check her out for yourself. You will feel better within weeks and be on a plan for recovery that doesn’t require years to diagnose and resolve.

Shame on Vitality Medical Wellness. Horrible Experience, to say the least. I tried multiple times to pay a $32 bill over the phone using different cards, but the incompetent staff couldn’t process the payment. After several failed attempts, I began to question whether they even had a secure system for handling payment information. They don't have an online payment option. On about my 6th attempt, I was told over the phone that the payment had gone through and I paid in full. Now, months later, they sent it to DEBT COLLECTION, for that same $32. Vitality Medical Wellness HAS negatively affected my credit because they lack the capability to securely process payments and the professionalism to resolve such a small issue without damaging a customer’s credit. Sending a $32 charge to collections is absolutely pathetic when I made good faith efforts to pay this bill. Shame on Vitality Medical Wellness.

Just got back from my second appointment... First visit Dr Thomas was a bit abrasive, but direct. Second visit today was AWFUL and an extremely embarrassing experience 😢. I have a cold, so I wore a mask. In the hall on my way to exam room she sees me. She loudly asks, "Are you sick?". I responded, "Yes,but it just a cold. My test for covid was negative...." I couldn't finish saying "and the flu and strep were also negative" before she says to me, "there's a whole of bunch other things that are worse you could have. " Then she loudly announces to everyone in ear shot, "We are going to have to disinfect the whole waiting room." I was so embarrassed and then upset. I left. If I did something wrong by coming in, please just tell me and I will own it and make amends, as best I can. There is no need to make a scene. Needless to say I won't be going back and reviewing her wherever I can.

I was a patient here for about a year. Dr. Thomas was dismissive and only spent about 5 minutes per visit actually listening and discussing my health. Then after I fired her as my doctor for poor performance, she fired her front staff person for not collecting co-pays, and sicked a debt collection agency on me for said co-pays without notifying me. Hello. This is Bill's wife, Marsha. Having moved to LV full time appx. four years ago, I have been under the care of Dr. Cristy Thomas for bio- identical hormone replacement therapy. As this treatment is nearly ALWAYS frowned upon by "traditional" practitioners, it simply was not easy to find a Dr. to replace the care I have received over the past 2 decades in 2 other states. I am so grateful I found Dr. Thomas! She is thorough, knowledgeable,patient centered, professional, and adjusts medication based upon data (labs) and patient responses to questions about how they are feeling. She and her assistant, Denise, actually take the time to look in your eyes while you are speaking.
On one occasion, I shared that I had been experiencing chronic GI issues that not been identified by my gastroenterologist. Dr. Thomas suggested having labs performed that revealed my problem. I can’t say enough about Dr. Cristy Thomas. I have been going to her for over 10 years. She has gone above and beyond to make sure when it comes to my health to do everything she can for me. She always listens to my concerns and takes action to find results. Not only has she helped me when I have been scared about health issues, she also has helped me get under control my hormone issues and with her help I have lost over 20lbs. The staff and doctor is nice. They are every personable. Like most medical clinics, they double/triple/ quadruple book all the time so they rarely take you in on time. You will wait 15-30 minutes at times. The also ask you to arrrive 15 minutes before your appointment but if you’re appointment is at 8am when they open, no one will be in the office to help you sign in. You sit in their checking area with 5-6 other patients not knowing what’s going on.

I made an appointment with Dr. Thomas for a general check up. Prior to my appointment, the office called me to confirm and upon answering, the woman was immediately unprofessional, rude, aggressive and patronizing about my intake paperwork. When I asked questions, and voiced my concern with her rude and condescending tone, she told me that I was not a good fit for the office and she was cancelling my appointment. I was a new patient and I was extremely surprised to be treated with such disrespect at the outset. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life and unfortunately, this office staff does not make the doctor look great. Do not even bother trying to make an appointment here! I went to this clinic with my kids to get a Travel covid test they charge us $450 for 3 of us. But they did sent my Twins test but mine they send me the old test from January . so my kids can't fly without me we have to pay $600 to arranged another flight we all miss our flight. it was Friday they close at noon and weekends.i call them monday morning the lady in the phone don't want ti listen instead she denied she been lying they send the new test result but still i checked my email 100+ times only the old test.

I paid a $150 deposit for a procedure. After leaving the office I researched the procedure and decided I did not want it. I called and canceled my appointment and requested a refund. This was back in February and it is now August, I have not received my refund.

It gets worse. On top of that, they billed my insurance early July for the procedure I had scheduled for March which I canceled. My insurance paid Vitality medical wellness over $700 for a procedure I did not get. They know full and well I never had the procedure because I cancelled the procedure and have been begging for my refund since canceling the procedure.

I am still waiting for my refund and I am continuing to make efforts to be reimbursed. But I assure you six months worth of attempts has created a headache I would rather take on then you getting sucked into their poor management.

Find another wellness center. I can guarantee emphatically you will regret going here.

I was exposed to covid and went for a test, they stated they would email me my results in 45 minutes. I received a welcome email with a portal link, but this wasn’t actually explained that this is how you will access your results. When I tried to access my results, they had entered the wrong birthday so I wasn’t able to log into the portal. The office closed and didn’t answer my calls or email attempts to reach them for the results. When I called the following day for help, they fixed the portal issue but could not have cared less about the fact that I waited a day for results I should have received in 45 minutes. No apology, nothing. Take your business somewhere else.

I went for rapid testing on 9/3 where I tested positive, my husband negative. They let you know in an email and do not follow up check on the patient to ensure they know what to do, which is completely contrary to their patient care values posted on the website. I tested 2 days later (at another facility) and was negative- but it didn’t matter because I still had to quarantine away from work and family for 10 days. I did an anti-body 3 weeks later and found out I never had the virus to begin with. When I called to speak to Dr. Thomas personally, she was rude, interrupted (because I was questioning her business practices), and even hung up on me! I am so disappointed in this “wellness” facility and their lack of patient care, concern, and ethical business practices. Overall I feel I was scammed (we both paid out of pocket for testing). I would never recommend this facility and I will be reporting them to the SNHD for lacking to comply with proper protocol. If you want to feel cared about and not just like another “test” do NOT go to this facility.

I have been trying to get my medical records for months and they will not release them to me, they keep coming up with excuses and BS saying that they don't have them and that I have been there way longer than they should have records for...so if 2 years is too long then obviously that's not true, most medical offices and businesses need to keep records for at least 7 years. I have paid cash for all my visits so not only they got money right away, they never had to deal with insurance and are treating me like garbage! Dr. Cristy is amazing. I am in full menopause and my hormones levels were completely depleted. She listened as I sobbed emotionally ( damn hormones) and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She listened and explained what was going to transpire and took care of me. For me, because of my levels, it took roughly 2 weeks for me to notice a difference, but OH MY GOODNESS what a difference it is making.
