Such a good experience at this office. The staff is extremely nice. Check in was fast and I was seen shortly after. Amber is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I love that they have the labcorp right in the office. Everything is so clean and new and well lit. Honestly the best primary care experience I’ve had in my life. Very excited to be a patient here for years to come.

AVOID this place if you need help with the referrals they give you! They don't answer there phones they don't RETURN back patients calls. Trista is a manager who does not listen and was not helpful at all. I will be changing my doctor for sure this place is horrible!! They don't care about you. I can add a picture of my phone list to show how many times I called and how many minutes I say on the phone. Still in pain with no help from them!!! Look at the time I've siang trying to contact this office and get help. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I have been going here for about a year now and really like this place. The waiting room is always packed, but there is little wait when you have an appointment set up and you show up 15 minutes early. The reason I give 5/5 stars is my doctor, Tina Nipaporn Buadaeng. She is clear and thorough, making sure I understand what my labs mean and what is going on. She makes me feel heard, which sometimes doesn't happen for patents, especially women. The office's online portal is easy to navigate and keeps detailed notes. Setting up an appointment is easy, and the communication about upcoming appointments is great. I can recheck in so when I arrive, I am good to go. I highly recommend this location, and I especially recommend my doctor!

I honestly really enjoyed seeing Ashley until my most recent visit. I went in for an annual and because I have a pretty scary health issue happening right now as well and simply wanted a second opinion. I really thought I was in good hands but then I hear Ashley and I'm assuming a nurse right in the room across the hall from the room I'm in literally talking so poorly about me. " I haven't seen her in this long and she's not even my patient. This is wild." Exact words. You're a Healthcare provider, not everyone needs to go to the doctor every other month and yes it may be a while in between visits.... that's all of a sudden an issue? Then when she came in she disregarded my concern about the issue I'm dealing with right now saying someone else is already looking at it and glazed through the annual. It was so uncomfortable with all of the unprofessional gossiping I had to listen to while waiting. Bottom line, I'm going to find a new G.P. and I hope that team is made aware of how thin those doors and walls are and acts more professionally or finds another profession. Don't trust these people with your well being.

Finally saying goodbye to this place. It is literally impossible to get ahold of anyone at this place. Do NOT become a patient here you will literally have to drive over and stand in line to communicate for anything whatsoever. This place is very disappointing. The office is beautiful, the Doctors are great, even though, there seems to be a high turnover rate. The front desk is absolutely HORRENDOUS!! You can never EVER get through to anyone to make an appointment, nobody calls you back. They have you download this app that’s suppose to β€œhelp get through to someone”, but, AGAIN, nobody responds. I’ve been having issues with my insurance, which isn’t their fault. Going back and forth trying to get a CT scan and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office to help me resolve this issue and get treatment. I’ve been trying for over six months to help and get this resolved. Nothing. As my pain grows daily, I feel I have no other choice than to find a doddering provider that can help me. I think if this place stopped being greedy and accepting new clients so they can handle the volume of people they currently have? This place could be great. But, I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

They don’t answer the phones, the prescriptions don’t always get to my pharmacy. You have to literally go into the office and get a paper prescription or get questions answered. I used to love Village Medical, but recent changes in doctors and staff have significantly impacted the quality of care. Over the past couple of years, I've had to switch between three different providers, which has been frustrating. The biggest issue, however, is the lack of reliable communication. Reaching someone via phone or the patient portal is nearly impossibleβ€”it can take weeks or even months to get a response, if you’re lucky.

The automated calls and texts about appointments and fees don’t provide a way to contact anyone, yet they’ll still charge you for missed appointments, even when it’s impossible to get through to reschedule. In some cases, I’ve had to drive to the clinic just to get a response.

While there are talented doctors at Village Medical, these challenges ultimately forced me to leave and start over at a new facility. It’s disappointing, as the potential for great care is there, but the communication issues are too significant to overlook.

I’ve been going to Village Medical for a couple of years now and never had a problem until recently. I’ve been trying to contact the office but cannot get through. I’ve left a message to have someone call me back and I haven’t heard from anyone. It’s been 2 wks now and I still can’t get through. I don’t know what’s going on. But management needs to look into this. How can people make appointments when we can’t get through.

I can get an appointment with a dr quickly but if you need any results or referral don't bother. I was able to be seen for back pain within a day of calling and they were correct in guessing that it was gallstones, wonderful I was happy. But when I tried to get any sort of referral to a surgeon or gastroenterologist so I can deal with the extreme pain they were nowhere to be found. I called Monday 3 times sent to voicemail with no call back. Called Wednesday left a voicemail with the ask to send a referral to a surgeon I had found, nothing. Called 5 times Thursday because I was in much pain No answer so I drove to the office and all they said was we will mark it as urgent and that the dr has 72 hrs to get to it. Well it's been 72 hr and still no referral and when I called today I was actually able to talk to someone but all they could tell me was they never marked my request as urgent and let's hope you hear from them today. If all you need is a check and have no real health concerns this is a fine practice but if you need help with tests and referrals find somewhere else.

Can’t get ahold of anyone by phone and the online portal isn’t working etc. The website is down as if you guys aren’t even apart of village medical anymore. You can’t even search Las Vegas Neveda as a provider. I've been a patient for a few years, and the new office is a nice upgrade - very clean and modern, the new blood pressure machines are a nice touch. From the rating, you can tell there are still issues, but it's mostly with scheduling.

In the past six months, I've scheduled two appointments. I have received texts and emails after scheduling to let me know that the doctor will be out and I need to reschedule. Getting through on their phone system can be a hassle, and it didn't help that when I finally got through, no one knew why I was rescheduling. I get that stuff happens but for BOTH of my appointments to need to be moved was a bit much.

Also, all the bathrooms here should have changing tables but somehow the one located right off of the waiting room does not. That's the one staff directed me to when I had a screaming newborn with me, forcing me to change her on the ground - to say it did not start my first visit at this location off on a high note is an understatement.

But Dr. Molin generally listens to my concerns, Dr. Duk was very friendly when I had to see him, and Nina Nation is a gem if you can get in with her. If you require bloodwork before your visit, you may need to call several times to make sure the order goes through with Quest.

This place used to be good at the beginning of 2023. Then it went downhill, I am not sure if it's the medical assistant or the provider itself who screw up with the billing codes. I get random charges for procedures that were never done. I get a diagnosis of stuff that was never discussed. Please always double-check your medical bills because this clinic will say you have diabetes when there have never been any blood draws or urinalysis to confirm such disease. This place has become trash on medical care.

I had an appointment scheduled about a month ago and received a call a week prior letting me know the doctor was not available that day. Fine, I rescheduled for today. This morning, I checked in and was still sitting in the lobby 40 minutes later. It wasn’t until I followed up with the front desk that they discovered the doctor once again was not in. They offered to let me see another doctor, but I would have to wait until after two other patients had been seen. Mind you, I had wasted about an hour of my time waiting for a new patient appointment I had made with a specific doctor. They also didn’t even bother to offer to reschedule. I will not be coming back after this absolutely incompetent display of patient service.

I recently visited as a new patient, and I was pleased with the simple online portal that eliminated the need for paperwork. The office is clean and well-maintained. Morgan, who attended to me, was amazing. She was very kind, listened to all my concerns, and addressed each one individually. The medical assistant was also great, contributing to the positive experience. This was, without a doubt, the best primary care experience I have ever had. The staff up front is professional but I'm a type 1 diabetic and my nurse practitioner insisted that I try cutting my long acting insulin in half to "see how it goes". I have been a diabetic since I was a teenager and I had just come out of an insulin study where they fine tuned my long acting insulin. I tried every which way to explain this to her but she kept insisting that I give it a try.

It took a lot of back and forth between them and my pharmacy to get the correct prescription too and then at one point she said she would no longer fill the prescriptions because I needed to switch to a endocrinologist. She went from insisting I try cutting my insulin in half to saying I needed to see someone that specialized in diabetes.

She was a nice woman but the medical care in this town is scary. Diabetes isn't something a nurse practitioner should be telling a patient to experiment with.

Ashley Smith is a fabulous provider who is caring, thorough and absolutely wonderful-She is 5 stars and then some. I recommend her to all my friends and now she is a little more difficult to see but never rushes you out the door. Her assistant is great too :)

The reason I only gave 3 stars is because waiting for Jarvis Olsen is exhausting...I often have to leave because he is always running 45 minutes or more behind. I appreciate his expertise, but it there seems to be a very little respect for people's time. I had an appointment and after over an hour, I left because I would be late picking up my son. However, the office staff has zero problems giving a patient grief if they are late for their appointment. A few weeks ago, my husband had an appointment at 6:30 for a surgery clearance. We did not leave the office til almost 8 pm. However, today, he was running late for his follow up and they told him he was too late for his 2:40 appointment, and despite the fact that he wouldn't be seen for a while because they were already behind, he was told he had to reschedule. I guess only the doctor's time is valuable...

Shout out to Maria for handling everything to get my medication. Through staying on the phone with me, dealing with my medical provider and the company i pick up my medication from to ensure i got my medication.

I left my previous dr because my medications was getting denied by my insurance company for the lack of information submitted as well as blood work to show proof of why i needed my medications. As a type 2 diabetic, my medication is a necessity and Maria made sure everything ran smoothly.

The absolute worst billing department in the history of all medical offices. I have been "communicating" with their billing department for over 4 months and nothing has been resolved. Olga, who works in the office NEVER returns phone calls, and takes zero accountability for her lack of action. I wonder if she even does any work.
Then, you have the Manager of the office, Shahnaz Saybe, who must also be allergic to taking phone calls or returning messages. She has yet to communicate with me even though I have left several messages.
Lastly, do NOT even bother emailing or contacting the Village Medical billing department. All they say, every time they correspond with me via email is, "We need 5 more business days to assist you with your billing request." They have never once done anything at all to assist me. However, if they have to contact the office and Olga and Shahnaz don't do their jobs, maybe that is why I never get any resolution.

Stay away from this office, unless your insurance is bullet proof with $0 copay, because they will put you through the ringer to get anything resolved.

It is really a shame, as the front desk staff and the nurses are very personable, and the office is new and clean, but the management is a JOKE!

Just like many other reviews, I've had my fair share of billing problems with them. Never had billing issues until Village Medical took over. Not only that but my PCP is not good anymore. I used to enjoy seeing Dr. Milman. Now he just seems too eager to write a prescription for everything. Didn't even seem to like the idea of me taking psyllium fiber everyday, just instead tells me he'll give me a prescription next time I come in. I've already made the switch to a new pcp with my insurance. Goodbye and good riddance village medical.

Village Medical previously Priority Health Group is an excellent medical practice. The staff is personable and very helpful. Waiting times are short. Unfortunately, hold times when calling to make/change an appointment is excessively long. It took me 4 calls with a total time of over one-hour to get through to a appointment operator. This is unacceptable. After a period of waiting you are prompted to leave a voicemail for someone to return your call. I did leave a complaint about the long wait. My physician Dr. Clifford Molin is fantastic and the only reason I do not leave for another PCP. I have been seeing Dr. Molin for over 10 years. Besides practicing internal medicine he is a specialist in sleep medicine. I would never change this health provider. I highly recommend Dr. Molin. I hope they add additional people to handle the appointment desk or update their phone software with a queue for return calls keeping your place in the queue instead of leaving a voice message and waiting for a return call in the future sometime. It is totally unacceptable and inconvenient.

My husband and I BOTH have been going to this Village Medical location as of early Dec 2023. We are VERY satisfied with this location. We have been impressed with the office staff, the waiting room set up and the fact that we can also get our labs done at this same location.
I was very glad to have several female providers to chose from. I am in my 60's, so more on the traditional side and I am glad to have a female primary provider to discuss my personal healthcare with.
I selected Morgan Heidel, FNP-C as my primary and I have been very happy with her level of knowledge and her professional, yet friendly demeanor. She is very well versed on the healthcare needs/requirements of seniors and puts me at ease.
My husband selected Jarvis Olsen, FNP for his primary, as Jarvis is also a part of the Sleep Center staff. My husband uses a CPAP machine and needs someone to monitor that part of his medical needs as well. Jarvis has been excellent. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, takes the time to listen and is easy to talk to.
It is truly refreshing to find two up-and-coming younger medical providers that can make their senior patients feel comfortable and confident that they are receiving the right care. It is an added bonus for us that they are both in the same great location!

Update: it is not worth going to village medical just because the billing is bad. My colonoscopy is 100% covered by the VA and was initially never billed. I provided all insurance information, and now my bill has doubled and still hasn't been billed correctly. The billing services and call center are forwarded to a different country, making it difficult to get assistance. My appointment was in October and I'm still dealing with the charges and incorrect billing in February. Go somewhere else that won't put you through this stress.

I was seen by Dr. Shill who was to the point, has decades of experience, and got me scheduled for a colonoscopy right away. The colonoscopy went great, and the facility he uses was very efficient and a good experience. I highly recommend this doctor.

Billing and office staff never billed my insurance even though I provided everything to them. I had to follow up with a third-party call center just to get insurance billed. I still highly recommend Dr. Shill just be aware.

I've been going here for a while. I was seeing Ashley. Things were fine at first, but the more I visited the more uncomfortable the visits became. The last time I went Ashley literally tried to insinuate that it was a bad thing that I was going to the gym. As a Black man doctors like to give what I call the doom and gloom speech. Like we're about to die next week. They either over diagnose under diagnose or have no bed side manner. I felt Ashley was becoming very impersonal toward me about my health and almost talking to me in a scolding manner.The two nurses that took my blood were very rude as well. They closed the door in my face and it was so creepy that I wasn't sure if they took my blood or injected something iside of me. I won't be going back.

What's the point of your online form if the staff does not even check it? My wife filled out the online questionnaire, it asked if she tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days, she checked yes, and the form let her continue. Fast forward to her appointment today, and the staff is SHOCKED that she dare show up to a doctor's office with COVID. Fully masked, by the way, refuse her care and basically kick her out. I'm a previous customer, I just visited their new building off Cliff Shadows. The building is nice, and the new patient rooms are very up to date. However, I don't care for the reception area. There is no glass/plastic separating the staff from the waiting area. My first concern is that the staff is not protected very well. Second, you are able to hear reception's conversations. The girls at the front counter were laughing and having personal conversation, that the entire waiting area could hear. But also, I could hear them discussing a patient's chart. Not only can this violate HIPPA privacy, but I also found it extremely unprofessional.

Made an appointment with Adam Millman. Drove 30-minutes to this location, to be told Dr Millman isn't taking new patients anymore, and that they were giving me another doctor. Nobody notified me of this in any of the confirmation or reminder emails. This is the sign of a company that doesn't value patient care, or desires, and will treat you as a number, not a person. My husband has been suffering with what Dr.Froga calls the effects of long covid. But now, my husband’s eyes and feet are swelling! We made an appointment and it was to be this afternoon. We received a call from Dr. Frank’s office this morning stating that he can help us no longer and that if we wanted to be seen we had to go to the emergency room. This is no way for a doctor to act. he’s refusing to see my husband with a legitimate claim, all we want is help for him to feel better. Same day appointment and excellent care. Toni immediately confirmed the appointment for me. Dr. Lehrner has excellent bedside manner and concern. With my pain and answers to her questions, she immediately scheduled for me to go to an imaging appointment. She said she would call me over the weekend too. Village Medical is an awesome group. They can take care of multiple needs at their facility, from family doctor, Sleep Disorders to Gastroenterology and more. The chronic care management program gets my Mom in right away. I had an appointment with Nina Nation, PA-C, to establish care as being my primary care physician. Her assistant brought me in and was thorough; asked about recent scans/bloodwork and request copies of same. Nina was great! Very personable and took her time to address my concerns, and ordered bloodwork and other tests based on my age. I really like her a lot and am happy I chose to see her at Village Medical.

I checked in online and have my medical history a couple days before, which I highly recommend, it’s a bit lengthy and probably best to do at home. Check in at office was smoothβ€”they just needed copies of my ID and insurance card.
Highly recommend Nina and Village Medical.
