This was my first time using a mental health professional not a part of Kaiser. It was much better than Kaiser. I received more attention and did not feel like a burden to the professional. No time pressure. The providers at Kaiser may give you 10 minutes for a medication review. We spent nearly an hour discussing my medications covering effects, efficacy, risks, etc. I know that I got a proper evaluation.
