I want to thank the entire staff at the La Canada Clinic for their exemplary service and care during a very difficult period in my life. Being a Cancer patient can be a daunting, scary and uncertain experience. My first Oncologist, Dr. Claire Hiles was a wonderful surprise in the fact that she was so precise with my type of Chemo treatment that reduced the size of my tumor by literally 90%. She was organized, thoughtful and helped me tremendously. The nurses are all professional and talented in their field. Making my experience a comfortable and a much needed confidence building visit every time.
I would also like to make note of a " Stand Out " employee. Receptionists are the first impression you received with any care facility you visit. Raquel has been a constant reminder to me of what every truly gifted Customer Care provider should emulate. She is competent, friendly and above all, truly concerned for the welfare of ALL the patients she assists and interacts with. I thank her and the rest of the staff for making my difficult journey a lot less burdensome. I am convinced that this facility is where I belong to receive my Cancer Care. And again, BRAVO!!! To the entire staff of the La Canada Clinic.

The receptionist could maybe learn some empathy. Very short on the phone when inquiring about a referral.
Kim was especially short and Barbara was a little more helpful. This is kind of a stressful time for folks calling you, be kinder. Thanks, that's all

My doctor's visit was an absolute horror story, They seemed concerned at first, it was recommended to have an ultrasound on my liver.this office scheduled two ultrasounds from places that did not accept my insurance, I called and was told someone would be returning my call, never happened, fast forward one month later after many more calls, no ultrasound performed and no call back from the doctor or staff. My anxiety is through the roof and no one cares, Just the same old .... we'll have someone call me back, It seems that I'm being ignored and dismissed . Unbelievable no one should have to go through this. Avoid this place for the sake of your health and mental health,it just makes things worst.
