Dissatisfied - and hurt - I’m certain that my life is worth more than $35 … with that being said I will never visit an urgent care center again … in addition I will never have a positive opinion on their service. Appt made immediately. Receptionist excellent processed paper work quickly. Wait time minimal. Both medical professions prompt, knowledgeable and solved my issue immediately. The back office was absolutely professional, no time was wasted, and my experience was top notch.

My provider for my DOT exam Jerry was amazing. I actually had a great time through the process.

I went in on Sunday April 19th with a wound to my hand that needed stitches at first they thought I needed an er but turns out the were able to stitch me up and I was finished in less than an hour unlike an er visit the nurse practitioner did an amazing job and was patient and kind it was great 55 yrs old first experience with stitches and what I know of it it’s a very painful experience you need stitching up I highly recommend 10 outta 10 🙏🏽

I came in yesterday 4/1 with my 9 year old son for an ear infection. I gave them the pharmacy to send the meds and today is 4/2 and my son still doesn’t have his meds. I went back up there today to see if they can resend it and I was told I would get a call. 8 hours later on 4/2 no call and I went back at 6:30pm and was told to walk into the cvs to see if it’s there. I did and was told it wasn’t there. I called them back and the receptionist took my number yet again and pretty much told me I had to wait til the doctor got to me. Mind you my son has an ear infection and all we need is the prescription. Instead of alerting the doctor I was told to wait and oh I can take him somewhere else. That is very unprofessional and ridiculous. He has already seen a doctor and all we need is the medication. I do not recommend this place!!

Came here to get a hip issue looked into that was preventing me from walking well. They're in my new insurance plan so I chose them.

The front desk saw me come in on a crutch and had me stand there instead of allowing me to sit while coming to me. They also asked me for my credit card instead of coming to get it. Luckily my boyfriend was there and brought it to them. In contrast, my previous urgent care, now out of network, saw me limping just a little and literally ran out with a wheelchair and made me sit while they came to me, even though it wasn't half as bad.

The only person who seemed to care about my condition was the nurse who did my intake. She was so kind and thoughtful holding the door for me and asking my height and weight instead of having me stand up for it.

The nurse practitioner was not great either. She started applying pressure to the left hip after I said right hip multiple times. Also, applied pressure to my outer hip instead of my inner hip...as I said multiple times. When I told her the pain was coming from where my crotch meets my thigh, she stared looking super hesitant to inspect it so I literally just applied pressure myself and informed her it hurts when I do that. She then asked me if I feel a mass. I don't understand why she couldn't put on gloves and feel for one herself if that was a concern. She's a medical professional.

My boyfriend asked about the possibility of a sprain and she had an "oh yeah" moment when she was about to leave the room and decided to also try some mobility tests, but only at his suggestion.

They also don't take xrays in office. Every other urgent I've need xrays at could take them, but they had to refer me out.

Such an unprofessional experience. So glad my copay is $0.

Wasted my time and money. When I made my appointment, I told the AI phone answering service that I wanted to get a specific treatment of ear flushing. So no live person to answer questions. And nobody told me that there's extra charge or that the clinician was not available before I came in. When I got there and PAID for the visit, then they told me that there's extra charge for the treatment and that the clinician was not available that day. I wanted to get a very specific treatment. I was not looking to get consultation. They should have someone responded to me before I went in (or even at the reception) and before I PAID for the visit. So I paid them $125 just for them to tell me that they can’t do it and there’s extra charge. It’s ridiculous. It was a waste of my time and money.

I really appreciate the option of the care payment plan offered. This was perfect for my situation as I just moved to Las Vegas and have yet to be able to purchase my new Nevada health insurance due to needing a Nevada driver license. I got sick before having a day off to go to the dmv so this plan works perfect for anyone in my same situation. No other urgent care in the area is offering such a plan. This gives me 3 mos of being able to at least know if I need care and not have to pay ridiculous $$$ to come in for a serious cold and get a prescription during my wait time for my new health insurance plan to start.

Don't go here if you have potential fractures. I've been waiting for over a week for them to give me my X-ray results. You can't get a hold of anyone at the front desk, your calls automatically go to voicemail, I left several voicemails and them to please call back.
I was able to Bypass their auto voicemail system and spoke with someone at the front desk who said, Yes your results are in I'll have someone call back and now we are back to radio silence.
Just go to the hospital.

Xray but the female doctor didn't give me one.
After going to another doctor I will be getting a xray from a hard fall on Xmas day on the ground in front of the rental / sells office where I live . I didn't receive proper documentation from the doctor. She wrote i had muscle spasm from a fall hummm kinda of weird.

I first came to your clinic 3 weeks ago with my youngest child. She has been sick for 3 weeks before coming to see you. I took her to her primary. I took her to urgent care, all to no avail. I brought her in to your clinic with a hope and a prayer. The front desk staff was nice. The back office is where the magic happened. From start to finish perfect! I’ve been here a few times but the last 2 times I’ve taken my grandbabies here and both times the helping nurse is extremely rude , you think she would introduce herself but no she just stares at you as you walk in with this look as if your not wanted , my daughter tried to check In both her children and this same woman asks the lady in the front did you check them both in ? And the lady replies was I not supposed to ? And she says well what time is it , then they tell her she can only check in 1 child . I completely understand if you want to leave because it was the end of the night but if that’s the case then hang a sign that you don’t see patients after a certain time even though you close at 8 , while we’re rushing to get the children checked in and make sure everything is ok with them , we don’t need to be greeted with your rudeness , you think they would’ve told us what what was wrong with the baby they did see no they just said give him Tylenol and I’ll send a prescription for the rash . Didn’t say what rash nothing we were in and out within 5 minutes maybe because they wanted us out !!!! Shame on you whatever lady you are helping the doctor maybe you should be on a phone where people can’t see your face , you work in the medical field supposed to Help people try being kind it goes a long way especially when young mothers are worried about their children!!!!

I arrived at the clinic and followed the online check-in process, which expedited my check-in to just two minutes. By the time I made my payment and went to the back office to see a provider, was less than five minutes.

The back office staff, including the medical assistant and the provider, demonstrated exceptional efficiency, compassion, and attentiveness to my concerns. Despite my initial nervousness, the medical assistant kindly reminded me to take deep breaths, which helped me relax. Her injections were remarkable—I didn’t feel a thing.

As a medical provider, I kept my identity a secret during the visit. However, I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience. Capalla L, APRN, FNP-C, was highly knowledgeable and provided the appropriate education. Her unexpected referral to a specialist was greatly appreciated, as I needed someone to follow up with.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team for their professionalism and the exceptional care they provided.

First time I came with my daughter got checked in very quickly. The MA I believe her name was Sara very beautiful lady very nice made my daughter feel safe and calmed her down. My daughter was very moody at first but the MA Sara did such a good job as well as the provider Maria both very nice young ladies ! Would recommend to anyone

I was in excruciating pain. I walked into the facility filled out the chart and did a 2 minute registration online form that was text to me. Then 1 minutes later, I was called in check and seen by the doctor. There was not a long wait at all. I was out of the facility within 17 minutes. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is amazing 🩵and extremely ❤️professional and polite. They made me feel like, I was family. Thank you so much for being great professional wonderful doctors and nurses.

Excellent experience! Literally some of the best care I've received in Las Vegas thus far. The check in was easy and super friendly, the wait time was fast, and the Doctor was amazing!! I came in for upper respiratory infection and she prescribed exactly what I needed. Bed side manner was pleasant and she took her time to hear me out. I never felt rushed our unheard. I will def return if I need urgent care in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience

Everyone is friendly and professional. They provide quality and fast service. The facility is clean and cheerful. The doctor/ PA is knowledgeable and educates the patient it's not flu, Covid, or Strep but most likely a sinus infection. The doctor listens to patient for about cough medicine she cannot take because of diabetes. The doctor then prescribes the appropriate medication. I love this location, and I always have a positive experience when I go there. Great job! 👏 I highly recommend urgent care instead of emergency room.

Without this place and staff I'd be a major disaster.. not only the kindness, but showing of actual care.. they explained fees including additional charges per test, before I agreed to x-rays I was informed of all things.. I was also given medication that seems to actually be working.... Truly glad to have found this place after moving from NewMexico

This is the second time I’ve been to this urgent care. The first time it was so great, that I drove out of my way to go here again. The more I think about what happened today, the more upset I get about it. I brought my son in for a cut on his chin/cheek area. I knew it was some what deep, but didn’t want stitches. I’d like to mention I brought my older son here for the exact same thing a few months ago and the provider we saw was fantastic. This one we saw today seemed very rushed and didn’t explain anything she was doing at all. I had to ask her what she was doing. She cleaned the cut well and then told me to get some gloves in case I needed to help her. I asked if we should have my son lay down so she could access the wound better and she said, “yeah, good idea.” She proceeded to start placing the glue on his wound and then tells me to pinch it closed. I instinctively did, but had no clue how to close it properly. My gloves were getting stuck as I was holding it closed and then she put some tape on it and called it a day. I left with very little instruction. Everything happened so fast that I really didn’t realize until I was driving home how bad that whole situation was. There were 4 other (medically trained I’m assuming) people working in that office, why was I asked to hold my son’s closed when I had no idea what I was doing? Also after doing some research when I got home, you aren’t supposed to use your hands to hold a wound closed and there should be several layers applied, allowing time for each layer to dry in between. I’m now really concerned that my son is going to have a much larger scar than necessary because proper care was definitely not taken. I also would like to mention that it’s very unprofessional to smell marijuana on the person taking your child’s vitals.

I was not seen for 2 hours and I even filled out the online paperwork, then after seeing me, still took a half hour to get seen again! I was still not told what I have just prescribed an antibiotic and sent on my way. I had to ask for a doctors note for work as I did not get discharge papers. Staff was really nice and gentle but the wait was way too long. I'm not sure I'll be coming back to this location in the future.

This urgent Care was very quick and the receptionist I wish I would have gotten his name was very kind to me and my twins as one of them was being seen and the doctor she was amazing and super sweet!!!
