I didn't feel comfortable here and the nurse was rather condescending and judgemental in my opinion. She didn't even see the bruises on my knees and just passed right through them, till I pointed them out and requested she take photos. I needed to connect to wifi and use an outlet to charge my phone to make arrangements for a ride after the exam and she didn't give 2 cares about accommodating in anyway, just threw me in a room and played Avatar and turned up the volume all the way up (Can't make this stuff up) and told me no internet like I was a child l, when I could obviously see the NR building had several lines of wifi. No wonder so many women do not report SA. For all the grants/money they get from the Government you would think they would hire staff who was more properly trained and more empathetic and resources but nope! (I just read the State of Nevada has so far given them 3 million this year to provide services) I wouldn't come here again. Huge pass. I wish I could take back the 2hrs I spent here and just call the mobile unit. I came in with 3 luggages, hot snd sweaty and the nurse who saw me didn't even offer me a water. God sees everything that's all I can say. May God have pity on her soul.

*Update I wanted to mention that I have been contacting Nevada Health Right several times through phone months after the exam because that is the only way to contact them is through their 702 number. It automatically goes to a voice mail. Their website is not functioning and there isnt any type of contact email, 1-800 numbers or alternative names I can call. I've needed copies of my records or I risk not being able to have paperwork in time for court. Nevada Health Right does not ever answer the phone during business hours or ever calls back. They won't give me my records. This is absolutely unacceptable.
