Everything was great except the medical assistance for Amy King was not friendly at all and almost to the point of rude. She didn’t even update the changing of my medications that I had stopped taken, even the changes I made with my last visit were not updated. It makes me feel why she even bothers to go over it if she isn’t going to change anything.

I wanted to meet the new doctor that I choose between the two choices and the one I chose I don't think I care for their doctor ethics. They didn't even check me out where I mentioned i had pain just to make sure it wasn't my kidney. Well, I'm thinking about changing doctor's.

I’ve had primary care at this location for a while. Some Dr’s have retired, some moved on, but I’ve always had good care with all my new Dr’s. However, this was my first time meeting Amy King, and in a less than a minute, I could tell I wasn’t coming back to her. Her approach towards a new patient, shaking her head, and rolling her eyes, condescending, unprofessional. As if I were lying to her. This is my health, I’m here cause I care about my health. Don’t question me, like I’m lying.
Remember, this is in the first minute of our short conversation. I’ll keep it short.
This nurse practitioner, needs more practice if she thinks she’s gonna make it in her line of work. She is clueless on people skills, and building Dr and Patient relationships.

NP King is nice and personable. I know her time is limited but she went over treatment options for my sleep problems and didn't say just say I don't prescribe that, you need to see xyz. She explained how and why she doesn't do certain things. Great provider.

I enjoyed my visit with NP King. She was thorough, professional, and took her time to explain what is indicated for my health now. She asked for my in put on health goals and offered action steps to get there. Transitioning from a long term provider can be challenging. NP King made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her as an excellent primary care provider.
