I just have to say, I've been going here for 3 years, the eye doctor is great!!! But today for the first time the lady who helped with the picking out the glasses and explaing things and doing measurements, well today was the first time it actually felt that she knew what she was doing she helped me explained things to me she actually communicated and made me feel really comfortable. While the office staff could benefit from strengthening some foundational skills, Dr. Waite consistently provides excellent care. He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to ensure my prescription is accurate.

However, the primary reason I have remained a patient for over 12 years is Lana. She has been a constant presence and is truly exceptional in her role. Lana is always welcoming, organized, and incredibly attentive. I waited a while to get this off my chest, because I didn't want it to come from a bad place but considering the way it was handled. Alondra, who was absolutely pathetic in customer service and completely devoid of any accountability for making this pathetic error. Instead, when I contested her lack of accountability, she hung up on me.

You would think that someone at your facility was intelligent enough to make sure that the glasses were repairable before they put brand new lenses on them.

I'm going to leave this as is because this will be the review your Better Business Bureau complaint will be much more thorough i assure you.

I made sure to attach the practice manager Kerry, as she did absolutely 0 resolve this.

You waste a prescription lens insurance available claim on broken frames that could not be fixed. Shame on you!

Since Kerry refused any way of contacting corporate, I will find a way of getting in touch with them myself.

Update, this guy, John, that reached out to me, not only was completely dismissive, not even including a manager's name when I reached out to the manager. She was just as argumentative, and unhelpful is when I was in.

Remember, they are the type of people that not only do not fix The Frames that you come in and pay to have fixed, but they will put in new lenses in those frames and waste your work annual prescription for your insurance. Without even making things right?That's the type of company they are.

I have been with Dr. Fournier for years now and she is the BEST. I followed her to her new clinic and the experience there was great. The front desk team was very welcoming and kind. The check in process was easy and quick. Once I met with Dr. Fournier, she thoroughly explained my results and what it would mean for my new prescription. I love how detailed she is and she explains everything to me in terms that I can understand. The sales team/check out team was great as well. We already have another healthcare provider for my son, and I don't mind paying more money to get professional and empathetic care instead of stressed-out people like the specialist, his assistant, and the secretaries at front desk. They're all unpleasant, don't say hello, didn't go to school? How is it possible that an eye specialist tells my son to guess if he can't read the screen well? And we have to come back a second time because the specialist Brad Waite, OD got the wrong measurement? I don't recommend Clear Vision neither him! I don't remember the last time I got an exam for my eyes, that's how long it has been. I came in to ClearVision on Pecos Rd for the first time with no appointment. I was greeted by Vee who was very nice and was able to get me in for an appointment today! It's hard to get off work during the week so I was grateful she was able to get me in. There was another woman that helped with my eye exam and she was nice as well and made me comfortable, I don't remember her name :( . The wait was not long and Dr. Waite was very knowledgable and honest about everything. Kerry helped me with picking out my first ever pair of glasses and she made the process smooth and was easy to talk to. I'll get my glasses in just a week and I can't wait! I still can't believe how great everything was and so glad I was able to be seen by these great people. Thank you all!

Someone ordered my glasses after the date I went in and was told they were ordered. And now I am without my new glasses that I really need and they will not order them before the 28th no one attempted to help me or or try to resolve my issue. I was treated poorly by a couple employees they ignored my calls then answered and immediately put me on hold for longer then 10 min I had to just give up. I am so happy I was recommended to Dr. Jacquelyn Wang. From the moment I called to make the appointment , I was met with a kind and patient person. The moment I arrived, an assistant helped with the mechanical tests. She explained what the test was for and sanitized all the equipment in front of me.

It’s ridiculous how much it is to make glasses transition or to do place progressive lens. Why does the receptionist have to discuss everything so loud when checking in. This is the only Medical office that does this…I don’t need other clients knowing whether I’m paying for the drops. Everything in this office is over priced. I come back yearly because of Dr Waite!! Get more affordable frames for people on a fixed income. I’m still made that I have NEVER paid less than $300 for glasses here. And since you’re asking. Why is the girl that helps with glasses so rude??? This is the LAST time I purchase anything from Clear Vision. I have been working out of town, and was flying back in town to go for my yearly eye exam. I tried calling before I flew in because I had a question about my new insurance. I leave a message, received no call back. Then while in town I got the voice mail again and left a message and got no call back. I ended up not going to my appointment, because if they don’t care enough to call me back then why even bother? Found out today that their voicemail was “apparently” down. Sorry I’m not buying it. True and honest review. After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Harmon and Pecos location I honestly was going to give up hope on this company. I came into this location to pick up my sons prescription and take elsewhere. Over the phone I was assisted by Yaritza who by far has exceptional customer service skills. When I walked in I was greeted professionally. I waited for Pamela to assist me because of her kindness and professionalism I decided just to pick glasses here and stay with them. Her kindness and professionalism had me ask if they had any openings by any chance today for myself as I only get one day off. She made it a point to get me in as a walk-in the wait was fine as I understand how it is. I was then roomed by Nadia the tech who was very professional as well very kind and very welcoming completely different experience at this location. If you are seeking a kind professional experience then this is the office for you it really felt good that this company redeemed themselves with me at least by having such great employees that care. You're not just a walking money sign here they treat you with respect. Give them a call and make your appointment TODAY 🥰 thanks ladies❤️ohh man and Dr.Waite just placed the icing on the cake very welcoming professional and actually listened didn't rush. Just the start of my experience for the first time coming. Will see how the actual appt goes. I had an appt at 1pm. Showed up 10 minutes early and they make you wait outside in the heat because their doors are locked from 12-1 in which they don't tell you nor put a sign on door so they have you walking around looking for the correct door and calling them which was a waste of time..even if they are on lunch they should let you wait in the waiting area inside not in the heat smh.

I just picked up my fames which prompted this review. Its the last set I will be buying from here. The back staff & Dr. Waite are the only reason I would come back.

I love love love Dr. Waite and his super awesome person in the back (Im so sorry I forgot your name!). If I could separate them out they would be a 7 out of 5 stars, they are the best.

I cant say the same for the recent office changes. My favorite bands aren't carried anymore, I miss the old staff in the frames area. I buy multiple frames at a time but not always on my exam visit. New policy is I'm not allowed to browse new arrivals to plan my next pair. The old staff would be excited to show them to me. There is no follow up to their single text to notify you your glasses are ready. The whole experience out front is different and not enjoyable.
