This is actually one of the most organized offices I've ever been to. Unfortunately, had to come through this clinic because my prior Allergy passed away and since day one it's been so much chaos. You have to be on top of their staff asking them when you need to see the clinician They never do anything other than schedule you for your next Allergy shot appointment.
I was feeling under the weather today, May 11, 2026. I called as soon as they opened in the morning asking to be seen since previously when I complained about Allergy issues I was told that they had no documentation in office in order for them to go off of because I had been going to a urgent care clinic that had better Hours. I somehow get an appointment and go in at 3:30 PM. See the doctor and get a prescription on my way out. I was told I owed a random balance with no explanation that I had already paid for previously . I get into a five minute plus long back-and-forth conversation while feeling sick with the office assistant. I leave the office paying the entire balance and I'm waiting for over an hour before I decide to call my local pharmacy to see what the update for my prescription is as I have told them probably 20 times at my job does not allow me to call in sick. Lo and behold, the prescription was never sent in the clinic close at four so I do not have a prescription the entire point of me going to this visit. I'm unsure what the point of a co-pay and paying them for when I do their job 99% of a time. If you can find another clinic, I suggest going there

I have been coming here for a year, and in maintenance dosage for the past 8 months. I had bad environmental allergies and would wake up stuffy daily. I made an appointment and verified that they accepted my insurance. I also checked with my insurance and verified that both Drs. Yip and Cohen were in-network. After I arrived and got set in the room, the office girl comes in to tell me they no longer take my insurance. Shouldn't they have let me know before I drove all the way there and waited to see the doctor. I would not recommend this office.

Scheduled an appointment two months in advance because they have a very busy schedule. Appointment day arrives and unfortunately the doctor is sick so they cancel the appointment. Dr. Yip is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable physician I have ever seen. While it takes a while to get in for an initial visit, I felt like she spent adequate time going over every concern and asking questions about potential symptoms I hadn’t even related to my allergies. When treatment is explained (ex: allergy shots) I was provided a sheet that showed a breakdown of expected copays for the course of treatment. While it is still my responsibility to contact my insurance and ensure these figures are accurate, I never had a doctor’s office provide me with that information so readily. The front staff is also great, I have never been left to wait for an unreasonable amount of time for a scheduled appointment or have been overcharged for a copay. To reiterate, the wait to get in is months-long, which is industry standard (I called multiple places) and after an adverse allergic reaction, it’s frustrating and feels like nobody cares but I assure you Dr. Yip and this office will take great care of you once you get in.

A personal story, I’ve thought I had panic attacks and had multiple clinics, urgent care, and ER visits who dismissed my symptoms and was never tested for allergies or asthma. Booked an appointment for this place hoping I could get answers.

Dr.Yip listened to my concerns kindly and after doing testing this whole time I had asthma after more than 4 years being dismissed by other doctors and finally knowing what I was allergic to. April was wonderful in my follow up appointment and gave me helpful advice. I am so disappointed that I have to leave this review because it’s the top rated allergist in my area but here goes. Called in FEBRUARY for an appt and was told there was a long wait and the next available for me was April 3rd. I jumped on it and made accommodations as I have a crazy schedule (work, kids, etc). The DAY BEFORE I get a call asking to reschedule because the doc is not in on Wednesdays. So the doctor is not in the same day every week, and they wait to tell me the DAY BEFORE to let me know. They I have commitments on Tuesdays and Thursday so I asked about Friday, to which they explained that they are closed on Fridays. I waited about 5-6 weeks for this appointment for my unbearable allergies all to be told one day before that there had to be a change. Again, it’s not like it was a “sorry, she suddenly wont be here tomorrow” but it’s a recurring thing. So disappointed

I don’t know how this place can have so many great reviews if they never see new patients! I called to schedule an appointment for my toddler who we had to rush to the emergency room the day before because of an anaphylactic allergic reaction, and the receptionist told me the earliest they could see him was October! Even after I explained it was an urgent matter, she said the only thing she could do was place us on a waitlist that is already over 100 people long! Wish I could see what all the hype is about for this place, but I can’t wait 4 months and gamble my son’s life over an undiagnosed allergy.
