I absolutely love my results! I’ve been seeing Emese PA-C. I’ve done two microneedling sessions and Botox with her, and will definitely continue to see her. I had an initial visit with Dr Monroe on Jan 22, 2024. She was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk too and very helpful. Her staff was nice and also helpful when it came to insurance coverage etc. even though she did not accept my insurance, labs and ultrasounds that were needed went through my insurance. The visit was affordable.

Today (6-5-2026) I came in for an annual and my appointment was with a PA (Emese Hajdar) AKA Ema. She was great! She made me feel instantly comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me. I thought Dr. Monroe was nice and attentive. However it pains me to say that I’m going to have to find a new OB-GYN. The front desk staff is consistently rude and standoffish. The staff in the back is super nice and they make you feel comfortable.

However, I don’t really like how much the office pushes sale pitches on you to buy their vitamins and stuff. It almost makes me feel as if the niceness is amped up so you’re more inclined to purchase something. A doctors office is the last place you wanna feel that way. I got blood work done and was told my iron levels were low. Guess what happened? No solid game plan— she immediately pushed for me to go get iron IV infusions (a $30 co pay each time) and insisted I go for 10 sessions. I’m sure the Dr. gets commission or something on referrals.

Secondly, I was pushed to get a transvaginal ultrasound in Nov of 2024. Guess when I got my results? Late 2025. After pressing the office for over a YEAR to send them to me. But they had no problem sending me a bill for that ultrasound every other month (which they didn’t tell me wasn’t covered and would be Out of Pocket until it was already done.).

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone btw. Every time you call it takes 30 min just to reach someone. Whatever. I’m just one person and one review. My mom really loves it here so good for her. But don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I was referred to this practice by my friend and I’m so happy that I was. I have had such incredible results with my HRT that even my husband was thankful. The staff when I first started was definitely subpar but the office appears to have some new staff who are happy and welcoming which makes me feel better about the 40 minute trek across town to be here.
