I was diagnosed with leukemia by Dr. Touroutoglou in January of 1998. It was just after ATRA was introduced as a drug that helps cure blood cancer. After 6 months of intense chemotherapy treatment and a bone marrow biopsy to confirm the results, Dr T called to say that my blood was clear of cancer and I was in remission. That was 19 years ago and I am still grateful for the care and attention I received from the Nevada Cancer Center and doctors Fayed and Touroutoglou. Thank you for saving my life.
