This has been a frustrating experience overall. The doctor herself is decent, at times a bit dismissive, but generally willing to order labs and explore next steps. Unfortunately, the issues with the office staff and billing have overshadowed that.

I’ve encountered rude behavior from staff, including witnessing them speak harshly to lab technicians over mistakes. Billing has been especially problematic. I initially questioned a charge that didn’t seem correct and was told I was actually owed a refund. However, after more than a year of back-and-forth, I still have not received a clear, consolidated statement or the refund I was told was “issued”. I’ve repeatedly been told that billing records haven’t been properly consolidated for some time and that it’s “being worked on.”

I’m sharing this in case it helps others stay vigilant about reviewing their statements and advocating for themselves. My experience suggests that errors can persist unless closely followed up on.

Let me say that they are a lousy service, I went for my immigration medical exams and their attention was unprofessional in which they neglected my application three times, they made mistakes when filling it out, I think they don't even know and they are experimenting, the first time Dr. Diaz filled it out for me, after USCIS sent me a request for evidence, I went to ask them to correct it and they forgot again to put that I did not need a certain vaccine but I went back and the receptionist accompanied by the girl who does the blood tests told me that it is not necessary to put anything and that it was fine, as a result I obtained a NOID from USCIS and they told me that the doctor who filled it out is incompetent and that I should look for a new one, luckily I went to one who is professional and takes his time to review his work and with them the first time they turned out well I am just posting my bad experience here so that you read carefully and know in what mediocre place you are going to be treated!

Here me when I say ! do not waste your time here. Repeat do not come here! Unprofessional! Unorganized! They have no idea what they are doing! Everything about this place feels like a sham. This is not a doctor office. Provided poor care! Excuses every time! Still waiting for prescription from doctor after 2 visits call everyday with fake promises of calling back and saying oh ya we are working on sending your prescription but doctor Diaz only comes in from 10 to 2 so we haven't had the time to do so. 3 days later nothing. I cancelled all future appointments and changed my doctor and I finally got the care I needed.. an hour later prescription was ready for pick no hassle simple easy! But not this place everyday for two weeks Diaz can't send prescription she's not here!! Come on. Worse experience. They actually told me to go to the hospital to get a prescription!! I asked isn't that only for people who have an emergency ! I just need a prescription! I'm not gonna waste the hospitals time! Are you saying to wait till I have an emergency in order to get my prescription! She said YES! Waste of time! Rude!

September 23/2024 it was a Monday , I called at 10:39am to RB wellness to schedule an appointment, the person who answered the phone told me they would place me on a waitlist till something came up or someone canceled. At 1:38pm I received a call from Alejandra the front desk representative telling me she had found me a opening at 9:00am for Tuesday September 24th, I had asked if they were able to do my pylori test and bloodwork in clinic so I would travel to a lab and she had said yes, the morning of I was on time and fasting ready, i attended my scheduled appointment Tuesday September 24th at 9:00am and they told me there was no appointment with my name and even asked who scheduled me and I told them I was apparently scheduled by Alejandra, once I was there they asked why I wouldn’t schedule another appointment for another day WHEN I WAS THERE WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, then they proceeded to charge me $25 to be seen that day when I had came in with an appointment they CALLED ME with the appointment information and all of the sudden they didn’t find the appointment AND APPARENTLY ALEJANDRA WAS OFF THE DAY I HAD MY APPOINTMENT staff said that she was off

I was not able to reply to the office comment so I had to just review my comment and add this; for starters my name is not Jose, I was NOT informed about changing anything, IF anyone noted in your system that I was made aware, that is a LIE. When I was informed “there, on the spot” that if I would not call and changed my primary doctor she (the doctor) would NOT see me I made the decision to simple leave (note: dr Diaz has been my primary dr for years now). Instead of putting this on me so you can sound half way decent on google you should investigate and talk to dr Diaz about what truly care is all about!!!

Horrible experience. Didn’t address what I asked to be addressed. Didn’t send in my prescription. When I called to kindly ask about it, the receptionist was rude and said I’d have to come in again to get my prescription which I’ve been on for 7 years. And charged $627!! For no care whatsoever. This place used to be so helpful and attentive. I’ve been dealing with an on again/off again headache since December due to some ear issues and needed a referral to an ENT. They told me the wait could be up to 6 months so I did my research and found someone within my insurance that could take me in relatively soon. The problem is I’ve called this office multiple times and each time I get told that the girl that deals with referrals will “give me a call back.” Not sure where the miscommunication is but I’ve been waiting since March 15th for an answer. So frustrating when you’re having a serious medical issue and no one seems to have a sense of urgency to help me switch referrals. My mom has been thinking about switching her doctor but after this experience I don’t think I will be recommending this office. Please do better for your patients who need to be seen…

I Love Dr. Diaz for being the one provider her in Las Vegas that actually cares, and treats you like family. I remember when I first met her she sat down crossed her legs and asked me what's going on, she asked with all sincerity and care, that's when I knew I finally found the perfect provider and her whole staff for their hard work. Both herself & the staff truly care about their patients and take the time to address any & all concerns/questions, unlike other doctors/staff I have dealt with that are already pushing you out the door as soon as you walk in.

I went to see her to seek help/advice on losing weight. At no point did she shame me for being overweight. Instead, she was so positive & encouraging from day 1 of my weight loss journey. Her and the staff helped me find the motivation I needed to begin this journey. They were always cheering me on when I would go in for my weekly progress visits.

Thanks to her I have regained my self-confidence! I am no longer sad to see myself in the mirror or in pictures. I can't thank her enough for giving me the push/guidance I needed! Hands down the best medical practice in town!

First and foremost, I want to clarify that Dr. Diaz is wonderful! She is professional and funny.. a spicy little person .. I loved her personality !!! But, her receptionists are a totally different vibe, not professional or organized. I have had the worst experience dealing with them, on two separate appointments..all we needed were fax sent to southwest medical for ultrasound and I had to call the clinic several times before they did it . Also if you didn't have a headache when you arrived for your appointment you will before you leave ..they play Latin America music so loud that you can't hear yourself think ( its a clinic not a night club)even though rbwellness clinic services people of all nationality ..they only play this music..

I HAD SEARCHED AND GONE TO A FEW PCP DOCTORS SINCE I HAD RELOCATED HERE IN VEGAS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. AND THE MEDICAL PROCESS OF FINDING A DOCTOR AND BEING ABLE TO SEE THAT CHOSEN DOCTOR WHEN YOU ARE IN NEED HERE IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!

I HAD STARTED TO FEELING LIKE DOCTORS JUST DID NOT CARE ANYMORE AT LEAST NOT HERE IN LAS VEGAS! THAT WAS UNTIL *2021* WHEN I WAS FORCED TO RESTART MY SEARCH FOR A GOOD PRIMARY DOCTOR AGAIN. I LOOKED AND READ AND CAME UP ON *DR. ROSALYN DIAZ* AND I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET OUR VERY FIRST VISIT SHE MADE ME FEEL IMMEDIATELY THAT SHE GENUINELY CARED AND WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND MAKE ME FEEL BETTER! I LITERALLY BROKE DOWN IN TEARS AND SHE WAS VERY COMFORTING.

In all my years spent in the medical as a medical professional I notice that male practitioners spend to short a time with their patients.

As a veteran of the US Air Force and US Army I had a V.A female doctor who would spend at least one hour with me and when she moved from Las Vegas her presence was sorely missed and that has been twenty years ago and I have used her duty to her patients as a measure of how every doctor's relationship should be with their patients, ( male or female doctors ).

Moving forward to “ real world doctor patient relationships “ where doctors have packed patients into their lobbies for a dollar amount for their practice to survive replacing time well spent with patients and intimacy with greed is all I see in our medical practices which has been existing for decades.

I was admitted into Mountain View Hospital on December 23, 2020 with a my blood pressure at 225/115 and chest pain with a Ascending Aortic Aneurysm or a, ( Widow Maker ), in my thoracic region or chest that killed my thirty four year old nephew in 2018 in Columbus, Ohio.

This is when I was blessed to meet Dr. Rosaly M. Diaz Torruellas and her medical team who came into my hospital room to start searching for a cause of why my blood pressure had spiked to a dangerously high level and to resolve the problem to save my life and I can not say enough for the nurses assigned to me and other doctors, and support staff from the staff responsible to keep my room clean to the cafeteria staff, everyone at Mountain View was actually fighting for my life.

When I met doctor Diaz her warm, intelligent and professional personality was so very comforting and she connected with me with her warm and touch to assure me she actually care for me as a person and her patient, which reminded me of the way my female doctor at the V.A who took the time to get a History & Physical, which every physician should do with their patients, soap notes and progress notes and diagnostics to connect the dots to the patient's suffering with different ailments so to end the patients suffering and doctor Diaz Hunts for the causes of patients problems to bring healing into her patients lives.

Also doctor Diaz doesn't just provide regular Internal Medicine for her patients she also is willing to practice traditional herbal suggestions to improve her patients lives instead if just filling out a prescription for her patients and this mattered to me because my wife, ( who has saved my life three different times ), is a master herbalist who has been using herbs to heal different illnesses for about forty seven years.

So when my wife and Dr. DIAZ was acting together to use herbal treatment and conventional medical practice to lower my blood pressure it only increased my respect for Dr. DIAZ, not to mention Dr.Diaz kept in touch with me from Porta Rico when she went home and called me several times to check on me And No Doctor Has EVER DONE THIS!!! EVER !

So I would recommend any one to see doctor Diaz for their Internal Medicine Physcian if you want a Doctor with excellent personal, professional and Warm, Tender, Hearted Personality Dr. ROSALY DIAZ is the doctor worth seeing.

Dr.Diaz is a breath of fresh air. My fiancee and I have never felt more comfortable and appreciative with any other doctor. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We came in for the standard checkup amongst other things and Dr.Diaz and her staff took the time to listen to our wild ailments and asked us so many questions so they could get to the root cause of our problems. Again I've never had a doctor's office actually care about me as much as they do.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions and conclusions. Dr.Diaz herself is also someone who would rather figure a way to solve issues without just writing you a ton of prescriptions. I like that a lot.

She also made us laugh and smile a whole bunch. Something that's hard to come by this day and age. We walked out of there feeling happy and humble. Dr.Diaz takes the cake in terms of being a great doctor.

I went here for the first time and am so satisfied with my experience. I chose Dr. Diaz Torruellas because her website said she's Puerto Rican and I am half Puerto Rican. The waiting room was decorated in a way that made the place seem more home-like and comfortable than a normal doctor's office. When my fiancé and I spoke about our questions and needs, she really made us feel heard. Rather than being strictly technical, she suggested yoga and meditation. I love this approach to wellness. I've never had a doctor be so transparent and personable. The only opportunity for improvement I see is the amount of notifications sent. There a quite a bit of e-mails and text messages to confirm and I think simply one e-mail or text would be satisfactory.
