I been trying to schedule my procedure for almost a month I have left several messages for the scheduler to call me at the times that I can answer my phone and nothing Every time I call Wich is almost everyday she is ever available for me I don’t know how to let the doctor know that is not me is the system they have that they only have one person to schedule I really like the doctor but I don’t know what to do

Sunset office is dirty, the walls are beat up from the chairs and the wait time is awful. The front desk people sit behind a window and you can't communicate with them at all.
Now the Henderson Office is the BEST PLACE TO GO. It is a totally different atmosphere. The staff and front desk people are polite, smiling and happy.
Gabby sits up front, she is kind and welcoming and knows who you are.. LOVE HER! I hope they keep the walls nice in the waiting room. The chairs are beginning to mark them up there too. 5 stars 🌟
Dr. Luh is a fantastic professional doctor and so is his work team, all of them. They explain everything and answer any questions that you might have when you are there.
They are definitely 5 stars🌟
The big problem is calling for both locations and getting a stupid AI named Emily. You get nowhere with that BOT. You can't make appointments, or cancel or ask questions. This is the ONLY DOCTORS office that I go to that has an AI answering phones which is very unprofessional.. This is the reason for the 4 stars 🌟
If I just rated on that it would be a 1 star 🌟
The Sunset office would be a 2 star 🌟 if I rated on them separately.
It is rundown and procedures have to be done in a different location. Also the Sunset building is not well marked. You have no idea where you are going to find the place.

I went to see Dr McDaniel in Dec 2025 for severe shoulder pain. They were suspecting Thoracic outlet syndrome. So, I assumed he had looked at my CTA chest I had done at a hospital. Dr McDaniel came in the room and gave me one option... Take my 1st rib out. Ye was there for no more than 5 minutes. Told me to schedule the surgery. That someone would be calling me to schedule.
I went for a 2nd opinion at Mountain view hospital, turned out it was not thoracic outlet syndrome.
Thank God NO ONE ever called me from Vegas Vascular to schedule my surgery. At the begining of April I got a call from a Physical therapy place to schedule my post op therapy. Surgery that I NEVER HAD. Today I received a call from Vegas Vascular to schedule my 6 month follow up. What is this place smoking??? I never had surgery, I only saw Dr McDaniel ONCE. Please stop calling me!

This office just waists you time. I live 3 hours away and drove 6 hours round trip just to spend less than 1 quick minute with the doctor before being sent home and being put in a state of perpetual waiting. I was told that someone would “call me within 5 business days” to schedule an appointment yet 6 business days later I’ve still not received any calls. When I followed up the receptionist lady who answered the phone was extremely argumentative and struggled significantly with speaking comprehensible English and flat out refused to transfer me to another office worker or even the office manager when I asked to speak with someone else. It should not be this hard to get an appointment scheduled or communicate with your doctors office.

I just wanted to say thank you to both Dr. Kulkarni and Ghaffarian and hope this reaches them. My mom passed away and both my dad and I felt/feel like these two were the only ones who really cared, out of the few doctors that were seeing her in the ICU. Even when it wasn't really their territory anymore. My mom was a difficult case. Dr. Kulkarni was a huge comfort for me personally from the very beginning, extremely knowledgeable, and you're both amazing at what you do. Thank you again for everything.

After my experience with this clinic, I cannot recommend it to anyone.
In December, I had an appointment with Dr. Kim. She was very kind, attentive and the visit itself went well. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.
I was supposed to be scheduled for a venogram, and I waited until January for them to contact me. After an entire month passed without a call, I started reaching out to the office myself. Every time I called, it went to voicemail. No one answered, and no one returned my calls.
Eventually, I found another facility at Mountain View Hospital on my own to have the venogram done. All this clinic needed to do was receive my test results, which were sent directly to them, and schedule a follow-up appointment. It is now March, and I still have not received any communication from them.
I made multiple attempts to contact Dr. Kim and get assistance Leslie by both phone and email, but my messages were completely ignored. I never received a response.
Several months have passed, and there has been no follow-up or concern shown, despite the fact that I have serious medical issues that may require surgery.
My advice: find a different specialist.

I’m leaving a review for elderly friend who does not go online.
I had an appointment yesterday 2/11. This was a very important appointment since I was just released from the hospital last week. I am currently on oxygen and using a walker due to leg problems. I had to have a friend drive me to my appointment. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot , I got a call that my appointment had to be canceled for the day - they said the doctor had an emergency. I told them I was already at their office about to walk in, and was told “you need to come into the office to reschedule”. So I went all the way into the office for them to tell me to come back tomorrow at the same time . They wouldn’t say why I couldn’t be told this on the phone. Very very unprofessional!

My procedure was approved by insurance on 11/21/25, yet I had extreme difficulty reaching anyone to schedule. Despite repeated calls starting 12/8, I did not speak with scheduling until 12/18. When my procedure was scheduled, I was not informed that prescription compression stockings were required. I only discovered this by reviewing the pre-procedure instructions myself, and my attempts to clarify this beforehand went unanswered.
On the morning of the procedure, after driving 30 minutes across town, I was told I would need to pay $100 cash for stockings or cancel. Due to repeated communication failures and lack of basic procedural guidance, I canceled all procedures. This was the worst medical experience I have had. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values clear communication or basic pre-procedure guidance.

I have been seeing Dr. McDaniel for 3 years. When I lived in MA, doctors told me that there wasn’t anything I could do about my aching legs. When I moved out to NV, I decided to get another opinion. Dr. McDaniels has done several procedures and my legs feel so much better. They look better, too. His staff is great. Cynthia is so helpful and personable. Monica has helped me order the 30-40 compression stockings I like. The new office in Henderson is so convenient to my home and work. Monica and Samera there are terrific. Thanks, Dr. Mc Daniel.

Dr.Lee was a doll if it would not be for him doing surgery I wouldn't be alive today and very blessed that God put him in my path. I made an appointment 10 days ago online as they request. The phone number will only get you to a message that gives you the website to make an appointment. You cannot actually talk with anyone. After 10 days I have not heard from anyone and my doctor told me I needed to see these people ASAP. I have no idea how to reach these people.

I have a blood clot in my arm and some sort of vein that’s inflamed. I couldn’t lift my arm because it was pulling. I went to this doctor, Lee, hoping to get an MRI and an ultrasound to confirm what I’ve been told at the ER. It had been 5 weeks of pain. Vegas vascular nurse asked me to review them the second I walked in the door and I thought I would wait and I’m glad I did. After my appointment I was given an MRI for the shoulder, which is not what I had talked about with the doctor.it was the whole arm. I had to call 3 times and deal with different people each call to get them to write the correct one and then just go by the office to pick it up because I couldn’t seem to get it in my hands fast enough. In The meantime, I did get an ultrasound and was given an appointment to talk to the doctor about it. He never did call me to go over the results yesterday like they said he would. The nurse called me and seemed very confused because she didn’t even have the paperwork. The ultrasound was done a week ago. So now I’ve spent all this time waiting and I still don’t know what the guy saw on the ultrasound. I decided to take natural blood thinners on my own and I’m feeling better but honestly, if something was really seriously wrong, I probably just would’ve died.
At their Sunset location, they have a sign on the wall that says something about rude behavior or anger or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. I get why they have to have that sign up. The way they run the front desk and the lock of communication is super annoying. And when you call, they just put you to voicemail. My least favorite part about the whole experience was trying to get the MRI paperwork and the girl that sent the wrong paperwork had a message at the end of her email saying to let her know if there was any questions or concerns. I contacted her three times and on the third time she told me that she had 48 hours to get back to me. They’re understaffed and the people that are doing things don’t seem to care. I still don’t have my results. No one really cares they they are overworked. I’m not sure what they are doing but it’s not following up on patients. Maybe one day the office will call me and tell me that I had a blood clot which is what the guy that did the ultrasound already told me
The person that did the most and followed through with things is the receptionist up front. Maybe she should be in charge??

I was scared at first but the assistants put me at ease and assured me the procedure would be pretty easy. Well, Dr Luh explained everything he was doing, from the lidocaine to the actual insertion of the VenaSeal. I did feel a bit of discomfort as he went through the procedure but it was done and over with within 15-20 minutes. I appreciated the gentleness and kindness.
I will say that sometimes the waiting room is wayyyy over crowded but at 2 out of my 3 visits, I was taken right back to the exam rooms. I think that once you are scheduled for a procedure, you are taken right away.

I had laser surgery in my legs. I was told by the Doctor that he's doing it next thing. I know he leaves me in the room with 2 girls. I end up with blood clots in my legs a month later.
This place is not happening. I never saw the Doctor E. L. after that ever again. I guess his hiding. Only the guy that did my blood clots after. Which is not his fault , DR. KOTTAPALLI but as far as Dr. Eddy ......

I wish I could give this office zero stars.
The waiting area was small, overcrowded, and extremely uncomfortable. I ended up waiting over an hour and 45 minutes, which felt excessive—especially since the back office didn’t appear to be particularly busy.
The only reason I stayed was because the surgery was being done by the doctor. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
They don’t answer their phones, which makes communication frustrating. That said, their scheduling coordinator is amazing—she even responded to emails while she was sick. She deserves a raise.
Other than that, this office is not worth your time.

I visited the Vascular Surgery Center today to have my veins checked, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Sai Kottapalli was incredibly sweet, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Monica, his assistant, was also so kind and caring — truly a warm and welcoming presence. I’m very happy with the care I received and feel confident moving forward. I’ll be sure to update my review after my procedure is done!

So far, things have gone pretty good . The 1st appt. I saw Dr McD aniel and he was very nice and accommodating and seemed very interested in finding out what the problem is. Scheduling is a real problem across the board. After waiting 2 months, I then had a venous ultrasound and the Tech, Allen I think his name was, was THE nicest ( and I’ve had A LOT
Of tests over the years) by far. He was fantastic, friendly, engaging and very professional .Overall this office has exceeded my expectations…Except the waiting room. It is SO small that the people in wheelchairs had to sit in the hall. That’s my only complaint so far.

I give the Dr 5 stars but the office- specifically the scheduling department and office management -a complete 0 stars. I wish I had something better to say but nothing is more frustrating than dealing with insurance to begin with. When you add an incompetent scheduling department and an office manager that apparently doesn’t care, the frustration is even greater. I had contacted the office no less than five times in order to schedule my procedure on my right leg. I left messages. I even spoke to the doctor directly at one point, who assured me he was contacting the scheduler. The scheduler never called me back. When I finally reached the scheduler, she told me certain days she doesn’t work and She was trying to catch up on return calls. I also left a message for the office manager, which apparently was delivered to a black hole and was never returned. The office phone system leaves you on hold for extended periods of time- 10 or 15 minutes- and then tells you to leave a message… which again is not returned.
As I said, I like Dr G and I wish I could continue with his practice however, dealing with his office staff is more painful than any medical procedure.

UPDATE!!! Mom’s procedure was this morning(a month after meeting Dr. Lee)…it was so quick and smooth, my family and I went downstairs to get breakfast and Dr. Lee called my phone and said “I looked for you in the waiting room, but couldn’t find you” well that’s because we thought it would be much longer lol!
Dr. Lee…you are AMAZING!!! Thank you for fixing our mom!
My mom needed to be seen right away and we were able to get an appointment in a day. When we got there, the entire office staff was so kind and welcoming, especially Monica. Dr. Peter Lee is amazing. He is nice, thorough, and listens to your needs. Dr. Lee diagnosed my mom immediately, after Centennial hospital misdiagnosed her for the past 5 months! Monica has been amazing also, she has gone above and beyond to help us out! The only complaint I have is the phone system. Hopefully this will improve!

I would never take my love one back to providers office after the experience we have had !! Worse experience ever in my lifetime. The office staff are extremely rude, nasty and the amount of unprofessionalism is beyond comprehension. Training of common human decency & dignity of patients and their representatives will be a great start to keep patients coming back to this practice. Quarterly training for office management & customer service skills will benefit this practice tremendously as well as it is desperately needed. The surgeon ( I will not mention names) that provided the surgery in November 2023, and this office could not coordinate nor manage to get a referral to get a ultrasound from the patients PCP with the help of the patients legal representative for 6 months after the surgery, to check to see if the surgery was successful or not.The ultrasound appointment in the beginning of 2024 was canceled multiple times due lack of having "no ultrasound tech" and then the other excuse stating there was no "referral". So after trying to get said "referral" we had to wait 6 months dealing with incompetent "medical professionals" or uncaring , it was one or the other , perhaps both. In those 6 months of trying to get this referral for this simple ultrasound, the patient has fallen 6 times and the patient has had 2 severe concussions from hitting head from going through the wall 1x and hitting head on tile.
After finally being able to get a referral & get the ultrasound completed, an appointment was made however it had to be made VITUAL because the patient is not in any condition to drive . As the patient's POA and due to the condition of the patient health, I need to be at all the patients medical appointments whether it be via phone conference, VITUAL, or in person. The morning of the appointment which was June 10, 2024. I called the office and asked if the VITUAL had capabilites of having two people plus the provider in on the virtual meeting. I explained the situation of how I am the POA and how the patient is in no condition to handle the meeting alone as the patient will not remember anything the doctor says.
I was then informed by VEGAS VASCULAR SPECIALIST they DO NOT have POA( POWER OF ATTORNEY) on file and that I could not be the patient representative at this appointment. So after months of dealing with this office, setting up appointments and in communications with this office, there is no POA on file? I was then transferred to a very nasty, rude and unprofessional lady named Debra who got on phone very defensive, questioned the legality of POA of the patient, questioned the state of health of the patient and started to yell at me like I was a child. At the point of her yelling at me, I ended the call because I had the email address I needed to send the POA . I sent the POA to the said email and the response from the same rude and unprofessional lady, was they can not accept it unless it was from attorneys office and they needed a letter from the PCP stating the patient was incompetent. I advised Debra , myself and the patient will be at the appointment at 10: 45. And copied a link to state laws regarding POA.
This office and staff has caused a substantial amount of unnecessary mental stress and ultimately cause the patient health to decline significantly. BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE!!!

This is the first time going to vegas vascular specialists and i was very scared. But by the time i left there i was way more at eaz The office was very busy but the receptionist was very fast at getting every one checked in and very kind.the dr i seen was amir ghaffarian and he is very into know about what wrong with you and he listens well so far the best dr I have seen sense moving to vegas a year ago i will recommend this office and dr 👍

Iam a new patient it is very hard to get thru to talk to the front desk I call 7 times and all I get a ringing Of the phone non stop for a good 20 min this was around 3:40 pm then I call again around 8:30 am the following morning again the same problem I left a voicemail the day before then again I can not get thru why is so hard to get thru to talk to customer service or the front desk. At my first appointment the dr recommended compression stockings however I needed a prescription that was last week iam doubtful that the medical assistant got the message and did not put in the prescription to my compression stockings. This is a huge big problem no communication I don’t know what is happening with anything this totally unacceptable situation lack communication this not the way a new patient should experience

Yesterday, I visited for the first-time Vegas Vascular Specialists in Henderson NV. While surprised my the small and plain Waiting Area, the service was top-notch. The ladies that assisted me worked efficiently as patients glowed in and out of the office.
Beginning with the young lady, with the beautiful single braids, who greeted patients with a warm smile; to Monica who moved gracefully retrieving the documents from the Front Desk for processing the patients; to Dr. Kim the physician for whom I was assigned as a new patient.
Dr. Kim entered the room with much energy, introduced herself, and went right to asking the reason for my visit, listening attentively and taking notes. Afterwards, using the information shared, Dr. Kim gave her medical knowledge and expertise, as a Vascular Surgeon, on the area of my body that was experiencing persistent pain. What I most appreciated was the time Dr. Kim gave to throughly explaining and educating on the role of the artery in question, and its function. Afterwards, Dr. Kim sat patiently and addressed my questions or concerns. I look forward to having an ultrasound performed that may identify the cause of my leg pain.
Thanks Vegas Vascular Specialists in Henderson for making my first-time visit a positive experience. Beyond the small Waiting Area lies big hearts of care and great service.

Worst communication I ever dealt with. Just today 1st one in , and in 45 minutes filled up. No one going in or out for one hour . Lot of talking ,and laughing in back room, then we get news doctor will be late anther hour or more. They want me to wait two weeks for next appointment. I could be dead by then, and so would some of the other who were Worst off. We all left , about ten of us. Who ever gave a good report for them is B S. It took 3 weeks to get results from my Cascais. They completely were at fault.

First, if I could give a zero star review I would. My husband had surgery at Mountain View hospital on March 12, 2025. I provided the hospital with pharmacy information for any medications that needed to be filled. No prescriptions were ever sent. Dr. Kattapalli NEVER came out to update me on my husband's status. I relied on the board in the waiting area to let me know he was in recovery. I waited about 30 minutes and used the phone at the information desk to get an update on my husband. The recovery room nurse called and said I could bring the car up to pick him up. He was in discomfort, so we proceeded to the pharmacy. Nothing was ever sent over for him. I called the office and left a message. The system says they will return a call within 24 hours. Five days later we have not heard anything back. So, I called and was given the office managers email. All I can say is that if you can choose another office do so.
