Worse service ever!!!!!! So sad my parents are 90 and 88 years old, when ever they need they’re medications refills and I have to call for approval I have to pretty much beg them please, please they’re out of their medications and they always say “yes we’re going to escalate this medications for them” BUT unfortunately NEVER EVER happens 2 or 3 weeks later after few calls then they’ll call Walgreens approving the medications in need. I called Humana and hopefully they could help me finding another clinic for my parents!!!!!! SMH

I went here because I had a sinus infection. Np Olivia proceeded to tell me I didn't need antibiotics because too many antibiotics leed to resistance and then pawned me off to Sinus center of NV. She was completely dismissive and didn't bother to listen to my concerns. Since she refused to treat me, I ended up with a sinus infection and bronchitis, coughing up blood. I saw my allergist a week later, who is actually an MD. He said he couldn't believe she wouldn't give me antibiotics and Prednisone when my nasal passage, throat and lungs were that inflamed and with my health history. He, thank God, did listen to me and did treat me. If I could give her negative stars, I would. Stay far, far away from her. I was very close to walking pnemonia. She might just kill you.

Edith, the nurse showed great attention in assisting me initially getting my vitals and recording data. Dr. Reboton exuded dedication and devotion in trying to find out more of my physical and medical condition in getting and understanding my medications. I'm touched when he held my feet checking them especially that I'm diabetic. Never ever before that a doctor did that to my feet. He was sincere in giving clear instructions for my health care and well being.

I'm very satisfied with my team at our Nellis office. Art is my NP and he's VERY THOROUGH, treats me with respect, answers my questions, returns my calls, addresses my concerns and doesn't act like he's afraid to touch the patients.

I became a patient January 30th 2023 with Elizabeth Morgan, M.D. as my primary physician. I immediately liked her for several reasons. She generally showed an interest in my concerns for my wellbeing. She listened to what I was feeling regarding the changes in my body coming out of the pandemic. I was experiencing weakness and pain from my neck to my feet. Prior to covid-19 I was practicing yoga, walking the dog, no fu or colds, eating for nutrition utilizing vitamin & mineral supplements and working part time. I was an active woman semi retired. With the help of the essential medical staff and Dr. Morgan, along with the excellent Physical Therapists at ATI my health has been restored to almost 100%. My blood pressure is stabilized. I'm no longer depressed. I am able to continue practicing yoga, working out at the gym, and I have my life back to enjoy my grandchildren, friends and family. I'm very grateful for the above and beyond care I received at Intermountain Healthcare. The communication and excellent professional care is not the standard in healthcare today. At Intermountain it is.

I went to the office on Monday the 16th of May to have blood taken for my scheduled appointment on the 24th of May. On the day of my visit, I learned that only a small porting of the order for blood work was taken. On the day of my office visit, more blood was taken to complete the order. I mentioned that I had not fasted as required not knowing more blood needed to be drawn and was told that it wouldn't matter. I was so stressed out that my blood pressure reading was sky-high; much higher than usual. I only hope the test results will be accurate enough.

The whole staff was amazing and attentive. But the back office staff really went above and beyond. You could tell they really worked as a team since one of the MA’s was being trained yet the quality of care was still the best I’ve received in over a decade. Nathania Park was my provider and she has been the first provider who actually listened to my concerns and addressed them. She stayed in the room longer then and other provider ever had.
