The negative reviews from 2+ years ago are about the old providers. Dr. Fairbanks and his team are AMAZING. I wish everyone could experience this level of care from their providers. They will be on site at my property giving free flu shots tomorrow, and after finally getting one last year (after avoiding it for decades), I'm actually looking forward to getting mine!

Dr. Fairbanks at Sunset Clinic is a wonderful family doctor. He’s always sincere, attentive, and truly makes you feel cared for. I appreciate that he accepts walk-ins, and the clinic also offers blood work on-site, which makes things easier. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and kind—they always make you feel welcome. I always feel like I’m in good hands here. Highly recommended!

I love everyone here! The staff is so kind, professional and understanding. Dr Fairbanks is wonderful and you can tell he's very passionate about his work and cares about our health! The negative comments on here make me laugh. My husband and I love the staff here. We have never had an issue. Yall 1 star reviews were probably just cranky that day and took it personal, yall trippin. We love them. 10/10 ⭐️

Terrible service, the front desk repeatedly called the wrong number when trying to reach me and had cancelled my appointment within an hour of it actually happening. They even called the wrong number for this cancellation. They will not communicate results of any test with you unless you reach out to them and ask what’s going on, terrible service

Kimberly the lady in the front reception has attitude towards costumer, not helpful, never smile she always shows bad mood with her facial expression on phone or in person with clients. this is our 4th visit the clinic she always provide bad service with us.
