Used them for a thyroid ultrasound. While they don’t answer their phone very often, I think this is because the ultrasound tech also answers the phone and is busy. Texting them works great though, very responsive that way. And the owner himself went out of his way to hand deliver my disc to the diagnostic lab. Just a note- you can’t have anyone (any kids) back in the room with you. They are also located inside an OB clinic so there aren’t signs with their own name out front.

A little difficult to find but my last appointment was quick and pleasant. Definitely reccomend reading over their website that gives all the details of how appointments will go. You cannot bring your guest with you into the room during the scan. This isn't a deal breaker to me.

Do not go here!
The staff was rude immediately after entering. They advertised I could be in the room with my wife for the ultrasound, but when they called her back the girl said I had to stay. She said she had to take a couple measurements and she would be right back to get me. 40 minutes later she calls me back to pay the bill. They did the entire ultrasound without me.
It is clear they do not Like men at this place.

I needed SonoCare's services kind of as a result of a stressful situation. From the moment I called, George was sensitive and caring. He was also thorough with describing the process. Once I arrived for my appointment, everything was exactly as described and the tech, Tamara, was professional and sweet.
