The office visit went well. At the time there was no waiting. We hope this continues for future appointments. I only have one issue, there is a problem with the pharmacy filling the prescriptions ordered and I called to make sure this was know by the medical team. So far this has not been resolved.

I am extremely frustrated with this office and the PA team. I was prescribed a medication back in September of 2025. The prior authorization team told my doctor that my insurance denied it because it didn't cover it. I called my insurance they had never received a prior authorization letter. When I called the PA team back the The girl I spoke to was very unprofessional and she even told me I don't know why your insurance is lying to you We sent it. They were then supposed to send a new one in December which they never did. I've been going back and forth with him since January about this and have called my insurance twice and they've never received a prior authorization. When I finally had to see a new doctor to get a new prescription he told me there was never any denial letter on file which means the prior authorization team had lied to me since September and never fixed the problem. And now it's been since last week and they still haven't sent my prescription or my prior authorization to my insurance yet again. Every time I call to speak to somebody higher up I get the runaround or people just keep saying they're working on it. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a doctor's office dealing with prescriptions.

Don’t waste your time with this place. They are extremely disorganized. I waited for TWO hours, and there were no patients at all. The lady even had the audacity to say the doctor was “running behind.” Nobody has the whole day to wait for a simple check-up. We have been going to apex for over 13 yrs and they provide the full spectrum of care my family needs. Rachel is our primary care provider, with Dr Ez as the head physician. We have been seeing Rachel since she started with APEX and she is the best primary care provider we have had!
APEX provides OBGYN, to primary care to pain management and they even have a Surgical Center! No place else we would go!
People that leave bad reviews about Apex are the ones that can't get pain medications because they either do not have a legitimate need or they use street drugs. They provide all aspects of care from pain management, physical therapy, to injections and referrals as well as referrals to individualized specialists. The staff explains everything they do for you, as a patient, and as a human being. My father was a hospital administrator for 30 yrs. He would have been honored to work with these folks. These are GREAT people and provide GREAT care!
