The doctors are pretty good. I really like all the help I've received. My reason for a lower rating is due to me being ripped off $50.
I requested to have a form filled out but after paying, they realized their machine was broken so i was given a temporary note. I waited 2 weeks and never received the forms i was supposed to have gotten. The forms i paid $50 for ... The girl at the desk, who i haven't seen since, told me if i don't need them, they'll refund the money. 2 weeks have gone by, no forms were sent. I had surgery the following week so i reached out to her, with no response. I'm being told today that because they were filled out, that's why I'm not getting my money back. However, they were never sent to me. It doesn't take 2 weeks to send forms. So i paid for something i never received and apparently that's okay. Idk. Doesn't seem right to me. And i didn't want my money back. I wanted that credit i was owed to be applied to my recent forms i needed filled out. But instead i had to pay $35. Which is also confusing because why was i charged two different prices for the same exact form? I'm contemplating if this is worth me looking for a different doctor. Smh.

Rachel is amazing. She has done so much for me and my mother in assisting keeping us healthy. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years and she is by far one of the best doctors I've seen in this city!! I highly recommend her and Apex medical!

Everyone was very nice and kind. I move slowly due to pain and they didn't leave me behind. The Dr. was nice and I felt as though he listened to me. You'd think that would be a given but it's not, in my experience anyway. It was our first meeting and i left feeling heard and respected.
