Easy check in. Medical assistant Erica was professional and attentive. I am sensitive to blood pressure cuffs and casually mentioned it and she immediately went and retrieved a device used on the wrist. This might be a little thing to some patients but I often leave doctor's offices bruised and in pain so her effort was noted and appreciated. I felt like she cared. Erica clearly cared about the me as the patient but was bested by Dr. Dao. My primary referred me to Dr. Dao about 6 years ago and was able to resolve my health issue in just two short visits. Now that I have some other issues that require his specialized training my primary referred me to Dr. Dao again. He knew my history. He involved me in different treatment plans and got to work right away. The lab was easy and painless and scheduling was well scheduling but as far as scheduling goes she was one of the nicer people I have to deal with at the end of an appointment. I feel as though I am in good hands and am looking forward to Dr. Dao's continued care.

Scheduling an Appointment takes an act of Congress. It's easier to schedule an appointment with the Governor or President than with the Dr there. They need to fix that.

Great dr. Answers all questions u may have. Explains everything in detail. This stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis was hard for me to hear at my age of 48. But he reassured me that it didn't mean a death sentence. And explained everything that would be happening from here on out. And his staff is great as well. Erica always gets back to me same day. And she listens and gets things done. Wonderful drs office. Everyone is just caring and compassionate even the nurses who take your blood. They really helped me the first week as well when I was scared out of my wits. Thank you all!!!!

Dr. Dao does not give off the normal ‘rushed doctor who sees you as a number” vibe. He is a genuine, caring doctor, and a good listener. One time I had to bring my two children because of a last minute change. He was great with my kids and asked them all sorts of questions about their interests and made them feel welcome. Great doctor which is a hard thing to find in Las Vegas.

Dr. Dao is a smart, compassionate and understanding oncologist. I have been his patient for over three years and consider him my friend. He has been right by our side during the darkest, most frightening periods of our journey battling a malignant brain tumor that has had its share of setbacks. We love all of the nurses and staff he works with. They know my wife and I by name. I feel like Norm in the sitcom Cheers when I walk through the door. I can't imagine a better place to go for my cancer treatment and follow up.

I have always felt very cared about from the doctor and his staff. The doctor suggested that I quit taking warfarin and switch to zarelto. On the warfarin my levels were not consistent but I have had no issues since switching over. I have a special bond with Doctor Dao and would not go to anyone else. I would give them ten stars if I could.
