This is the fourth appointment for my mother Linda C. with Dr. P and her assistant Yazmine and today we had the extra added bonus of Jenn upfront but every visit has been excellent. My mother used to dread her doctor appointments before Dr. P but now she actually looks forward to them and is quite impressed. Of course, they’re professional and knowledgeable but they go the extra mile and listen to our questions and answer them, explaining repeatedly if necessary due to my mother‘s hearing or her need to think before she answers. They wait until she completely understands and has all her concerns met. They are always patient with her and never rush her or make her feel like there’s somewhere else they’d rather be. There is always a lot of joy and laughter during these visits and my mother and I so appreciate it! Thank you. Also, we have never had to wait even 5 minutes ever in the waiting room.😁

Had an appointment with Dr. Shah on Tuesday! I informed them that VA was my primary care and I was there for one concern! Dr Shah went into my VA records and came up with all these things that were supposedly wrong with me which I didn't appreciate! She made feel guilty that I allegedly had all these so called health issues! She was rude, uncaring, and had a terrible bedside manner! I kept trying to tell her what I was there for, and she didn't listen and disregarded anything I said! I have heard other people in my apartment complex complain about her, and I agree! I will not be back! I am done with her and Centerwell! She is a poor excuse for a doctor!!

Excellent customer service. On time. No waiting interminably in the lobby. Elian, the Medical assistant was considerate and attentive during check in, as was Dr. P herself during her examination. I must say my faith in the medical community is rapidly changing. Between Joyce's directions and Elian and Heidi's ability to follow directions and personal care my hearing is slowly being restored. At 67 I had never had my ears cleaned.... Cleared is a better term actually. It's hard to describe but the plug they removed from one ear , which took patience and dedication to remove. That said out of concern for my other ear and the mass buried in it. I will return next week to remove it. Of course I must use ear drops to help loosen it. But with out the care of Joyce, Heidi and Elian I would have never known I had such a horrible blockage.
All that to place a 5 Star rating for each.

What a fantastic office! I've been avoiding getting medical care because I was tired of being run through like cattle. But Gaby and Jen got me in and out of there with precision and care, and they treated my first-time visit as if I was an old member of the family! Heidi is a wonderful medical professional who gently walked me back into the world of medical care without embarrassment. And then, of course, there's Joyce! Not only is she bubbling with energy and knowledge, she lights up the room with positive vibes and the true desire to do everything she can for her patients! And, even after all of that, Nathalia continues the care long after the appointment has ended. I have been coming to this CenterWell location ever since they opened last year! I loved Dr. Ling and I really do miss her! I love talking with all the ladies out front and they are very helpful to me! I had to have my blood work done on 6-21-24 and Christian was the nurse that took my blood and she was wonderful! I have tiny veins and most of the time when I have to give blood the person who takes it bruises me! Christian never left a bruise! We really appreciate her time and care regarding my Mom’s health and wellness journey! Where other specialists have failed us with pain management, Dr. Gray has provided the relief my Mother needs to get over the health problem that she is currently experiencing. In addition, Amanda, our intake specialist, received 5 out of 5 stars for her blood draw abilities. My mother gets very nervous when she needs to give blood, so we’re always happy when it’s a painless experience for her. Amanda also takes the time to listen to our concerns in order to communicate what we need to Dr. Gray. We’re really happy that we joined this practice!! Thank you :)

Just love Dr. Krauss. Still would like to see the personnel up front actually smile. The most friendly is Nathalia. She is friendly and always smiles. Feel like sometimes the others just don't want to be there. Would I recommend this office absolutely.

Staff failed to provide required paperwork, as I waited for over an hour and a half I finally asked when would I be seen. The paperwork needed was never presented and therefore not complete. The staff who deliberately failed to provide paperwork laughed like the witch she is being proud of what she had done. Shame on our medical professionals that foster in such behavior. BP meds were neglected to be provided as well as inhalers . What’s funny is that sick people are allowed to toy around in such a vital industry

I love CenterWell Boulder Highway. Heather Harvey is my favorite PCP, she takes the time to listen to all your issues and finds a way to resolve them. The staff at CenterWell is super friendly.
