One three instances I’ve used their messaging portal and they’ve been able to get me in for a same day appointments each time. They always get back to me immediately and it gives me a piece of mind that if my son needs to make it into the doctors, I will have no problem getting him an appointment. They never answer the phone, and if they do respond it’s through text message. And that’s IF they decide to return the call or text back after missing your call. Also, I hate to say it but one in specific male nurse or medial assistant was giving me flirtatious looks when my baby’s father’s back was turned. It was very discomforting.

First and foremost I want to apologize to sunrise staff for not sending this survey sooner I actually don't have the date but I remember it being thanks giving weekend my ten year old son was sick for a few days and I actually walked in the clinic after hours and the receptionist looked at me and asked how can we help you and I told them about my situation and they handled it the best they can do by asking me questions about my son and asked if I can be there at 8:00 in the morning of course we were there and they did a very thorough examination however over that weekend I was given wrong information about Molina healthcare and wasn't able to get my meds for 3 days so I walked in again Monday morning without a appointment and found the staff the be curtious and good spirited and that Monday they set up the medications again and I was able to pick it up Monday unfortunately I referring to the whole staff at the reception area and one particular lady who seems to be managing the whole reception area I want to to acknowledge is the people working the front desk one particular lady she's black from the East Coast I can't express how relax she made me feel by just walking in both times and hadn't been there in over a year she had nothing but smiles the things that she said could be many things with your son but we're going to get it done and we're going to get the prescription to the right place and she did everything she did she is going to be missed with your organization I understand she's in school or something I don't see how you can keep her in that position I just love coming there I ended up going out with a smile and having a good time at the doctor's office with my son thanks your staff they're in good spirits they're good people and they made me my son and my and myself feel like you belong here I don't always give a nice survey but I love customer service especially when it goes beyond what they're going to call to do thank you sunrise you're the best.

I was trying to establish care for my newborn and I went with this place per the hospital recommendation, when I called to make the appointment I was asked for my insurance information, everything normal so far.
Once we arrived to the appointment I was told by the front desk that they don't take my insurance, so nobody was able to tell me when I made the appointment? The level of incompetence is unbelievable.

I have to say, I normally enjoy working with this office. But, today? Not so much. I called to make a quick appt. at 8:40-something this morning. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes, so I hung up to send a text. The text service sent an auto-reply telling me that I was messaging outside of business hours...they open at 8am. So, I called back at 9:09am, and have been calling since. It is 10:28 in the morning, I have not gotten ONE answer since being put on hold. This phone call should take less than 5 minutes. Maybe put the calls in queue with an OPTION for voicemail, instead of throwing them all to voicemail automatically.

Kelea is very informative and very helpful with questions. My children absolutely love her. She is very welcoming and she brings a peace with her. My son was nervous about getting shots and she helped my son get over his fear.

Kelea is such a wonderful and to beat nurse she cares and remembers her patients I have been coming here since my daughter was born in 2023 I have a 6 month old son and she really sympathize with me when he was super colic thank you for everything you do for this office we appreciate you 💕

Thank you Kelea and Dr. K for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s always a pleasure seeing the staff here when coming in for my kids. Carlos was amazing He helped me with my questions He let me know what's going on with everything with my son before Dr Kendall came the staff was very polite That's what I like about Maryland parkway off with my son been coming here for 12 years keep up the good work my son will be back for his 13-year checkup awesome job everybody
