Office staff is a pain to deal with. When I checked in for the first time I was told that they just came back from lunch and to just wait with a full waiting room. Feels more like a cash grab, like an SSI evaluation practice for those on a low income.

During my first appointment, a few questions were asked by the assistant and then the doctor walked in. He asked a few questions and mentioned scheduling surgery. THEN he talked about a test for my nerves and said I would be contacted about scheduling after getting a prior authorization from my insurance.

I had to call the office after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. The person who I talked to sounded like they could care less and had a "so what, who cares attitude". I asked how much the co pay would be and was told they had no idea.

I got a call the day before the appointment to tell me the amount (over $500!). The lady sounded extremely bored and just didn't care. I have had more engagement from a plastic plant.

I'm cancelling my appointment and looking for a professional in the Las Vegas valley.

This was my initial visit to CNS and it was on a referral from another doctor for specific testing. I found the office and all its personnel very pleasant, efficient and professional. I intend to return to Dr. Gutglueck for help with my migraines. That is in itself, a vote of confidence!! I would highly recommend this practice when you are in need of a neurologist.

i went to get my wrist tested , my primary and i have waited for 2 weeks to get the results i called yesterday and CNS Front desk people are the ruddiest people !!! i didn't get the girl name i talked to but she told me she couldn't look me up by name i needed the doctors name and after all the back and forth trying to get my results she told me they would call me back , which she never did i waited until 24 hours and still no call back i also asked this girl if there was anyone else i can speak to and she said no and she refused to transfer my call to anyone !! so i called again today to see why my primary still had no test results but this time i spoke to there medical record person and she was sooo nice and faxed them to my primary in time for my appointment tomorrow, i thanked her for being kind to me and i told her what was said to me by the front desk person the day before . if i wasn't on top of this my primary would not have received my test results in a timely manner and as far as i am concerned CNS front desk lady doesn't care about her job nor the patients that come in for testing . i will request from my primary to never go there again.

when i wrote review and spoke to the 2nd lady who i helped me i was told on the phone that they would fax it over well it took them another 3 and a half weeks to fax it over my doctor , she just got the test results yesterday so it took them 5 and a half weeks to get test results to my doctor

this office does have some whoopsies, but in the edge cases of something going wrong, they usually know how to expedite important stuff (emergency med refills, misc paperwork for DMV or work). Dr. Anup Panduranga is great, consistent. Office staff is kind and understanding.

My Grandma and I both are seen by this Dr and we both think he’s great. He listens he is interested in your thoughts and isn’t disgruntled at the patient being active in their health care choices.
I really hate this office building, my grandma is blind and has an affected right side. She’s 250lbs and needs a wheelchair. The handicap parking is NO where near the front door, the handicap ramp is also no where near the front door. If all the handicap spots are taken you can park closer to the front door however your fighting with being able to get your disabled person out of the car onto the curb, then the front door is blocked off with metal fencing a Large cement patio, so you have to get back down off the curb push them ups a hill over several speed bumps and battle another curb, unless your willing or able to push them to the other end of the building to get to the handicapped ramp. At 27 weeks pregnant this was a battle and it made me late to the appointment. Their late window is narrow 15 minutes which is pretty reasonable, but not when you’re battling a parking lot and they make you reschedule. This is the second time I’ve had to reschedule and the way the economy is set up between gas and time. It’s too expensive to get rescheduled. I’m sorry.I live in Centennial Hills. It’s almost 29 minutes from this location.
The in office testing has often not been handicap friendly either, testing is down in a barber char that you have to step into..
I mean my god these are elderly people, people with various brain damage seizure’s and imbalances due you’d think they’d make accessing the building and their testing easier on their patients. It’s been a battle I love the de I hate the building. I leaving the practice simply bc of the inaccessibility.

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. Leo Germin came across as extremely arrogant and condescending, with a very superior attitude throughout the visit.

We arrived on time for our 1:00 PM appointment. Because there were many patients, we waited in the front for a while, which we understood. Later, we were taken to the room, and the assistant kindly recorded all of our symptoms and information. She told us the doctor would be in shortly.

However, we then waited in the room for nearly 30 minutes. I went outside and asked the receptionist when the doctor would come in, and she said “soon.” After another 10–15 minutes passed with no one coming, we were becoming very frustrated and were ready to leave because we had to pick up our child at 2:30.

Eventually, the doctor and assistant came in. During the visit, the doctor asked, “Are you very angry at me?” but his attitude the entire time still felt very cold and superior. Before leaving, I asked one final question. After answering, he glanced at my husband, who was covering his face with his hand because he suffers from chronic migraines. The doctor completely misread his expression, said nothing, and simply walked out of the room.

After seeing many doctors over the years, this was by far the least compassionate and least understanding physician we have ever encountered.

Overall, I find that the doctor Luhan and his PA are a great care team. My big issue is the follow up afterwards with regard to prior authorizations and any other paperwork that needs to be processed or submitted. In today’s environment when prior authorizations can be done electronically and quickly it shouldn’t take two or more weeks, which seems to be the case.

Update. After 14 days of trying to get a Prior Authorization approved for meds and trying to reach someone to assist I am at a loss. Not sure what has changed. Doctors are still great, front desk staff at location are great, so I’m not sure if it is phone system or just lack of staff to handle all the behind the scenes stuff. So I am changing my rating to two and it’s only a two and not a one because of the face to face staff.

This is probably the most unprofessional medical staff I have had to deal with. Dr. Panduranga does not look at your files before you come and will not listen to you what you actually need him for. Him and his office staff were harassing me several times to get an eeg and refused to schedule another appointment with me as well as prescribe my medicine. I do not need an eeg as I told him several times that I have the neuropace machine in my brain already which is a 24/7 eeg at all times. I told him and his very rude office staff that I am not there for tests. I am there for a doctor to prescribe my medicine which they clearly won't do. I had to reach out several times over weeks to try and get an appointment schedule to no avail. Instead they tried to say that I was the problem. Meanwhile Stanford University hospital responded and prescribed my medicine in a day. Do not count on these doctors for anything as they clearly aren't specialist if they try to make you do tests that will obviously hurt you or possibly ruin your surgery. Stay away if you dont want to be told youre the issue when they are the ones refusing to respond, schedule appointments, or prescribe medicine. Much better options out there.

Honestly, the first visit went well. I was a little bit loopy from the medication I was on currently when I went to my first appointment. And then the doctor came in and said that he was gonna run test and have me come in for three or four different things. I missed two appointments when I was in the hospital and I told him that when they called the other one I just completely spaced. I didn’t get a reminder and so they canceled my third one after I told him the second time that I was in the ER literally that morning I could not come in so honestly, I would never go to this place again. I would never try to do care with them again because they don’t take anything seriously it feels like and it’s a joke. I’ve never had a doctor completely cancel on me so and I mean, I’ve been to a few doctors more professional than this place! Yeah, I’ll give them credit. Maybe they are good to a few patients and keep their word but that’s not my experience.

I've had a VA community care referral here since the 9th of this month, good for one year. This morning, knowing I'm here on a VA referral, tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $250 out of MY pocket in order to be seen. They know they're not supposed to be doing that, so I had the VA community care office try to reach out and could not reach CNS so they sent over ANOTHER copy of my referral and reminded them that they've been authorized for the next year to see me. I was greeted immediately upon entering by one of two receptionists. I signed in as a new patient and gave here my ID cards, which she scanned. After a short wait - less than 10 minutes - I was called by Jazmin to a room where she took my vitals and said Linsey would be in shortly.

In less than 5 minutes Lindsey came in and thanked me for my patience, then proceeded to interview me as to why I was there. She was pleasant, listened to what I said, and asked follow up questions. She conducted several simple strength and tests for mobility and the ability to do things with my eyes closed. She then said that Dr William Lujan would be in to discuss tests they want to do. Dr Lujan came in with Lindsey and discussed the tests he wanted me to have. Lindsey took me out to the scheduling nurse.

Everyone, especially Lindsey, was attentive and displayed genuine interest in what was going on with me. Lindsey was polite, professional, and as I sold health insurance in Las Vegas for 20 years, I recognized an excellent customer service manner backed by medical expertise.

This place forgot about me. I got there via RTC nearly an hour early. Checked in. Have a seat. People coming in later than I, were being called. I asked if I was forgotten. What's your name? Can you fill out these forms. I came an hour ago why the desk girl didn't tell me there's forms. She's new! I managed to see Dr. He gave me undivided attention. However, upon waiting in room for his MA to discharge me, my ride home came. I left the room without any appointments future, nor any paperwork. I have no idea what's next. Hopefully, MA will call me. To guide me.

Dr Panduranga was very attentive in listening to all my concerns. And I especially appreciate that because most doctors don't take the time to listen to the patient's concerns and he was able to set my mind at ease. I'm looking forward to getting my referral for for the MRI he has requested.

I had a difficult experience coordinating care through this practice related to a medication that required prior authorization.

After the medication was prescribed, I spent more than a month trying to understand the status of the authorization.

I contacted the office multiple times by phone and also sent an email after a previous note for a blood work issue was closed, to make sure the prior authorization was still being handled and not collapsed into one issue.

I reached out at least twice after that note was closed and did not receive a follow-up and then again today.

During this delay, my symptoms worsened to the point that I sought care at the hospital. The hospital prescribed an alternative medication, which was not my usual treatment and caused side effects.
When I spoke with my insurance company on February 11th, I was told they were waiting on documentation from the prescribing office. The insurance compnay then initiated the PA process for the prescriber and reached out to them, insuranceassured me it takes 48 to 72 hoirs to complete this process. The pharmacy has also made attempts to reach the prescribed regarding PA request.

I did initiate another request via my pharmacy on February 24th.

Communication about next steps and timelines remained unclear, and I often felt caught between the office, insurance, and pharmacy without a clear path forward.

Patients who rely on prior authorizations may want to ask detailed questions upfront about how these requests are tracked and how follow-up is handled if there are delays.

Update: As of February 25th my issue has been rectified but again, I was the driving force for this and had to press. I have updated from 1 Star to 3 to reflect.

Love this place! I switched doctors after coming to this place with my husband for his consultation. Dr. GUTGLUEK is fantastic. His assistants, PAs and the Lake are also terrific. I was able to get in right away and had a very thorough exam and long talk with the doctor. I would highly recommend this medical practice.

Very nice environment very quick service. The doctors assistant was very nice. She did everything to service me Make sure that I was good asking me questions about my health. The doctor though he came in he was real quick straightforward 30 seconds and then he was out not really very directed towards the patient. Maybe spending a little bit more time with the patient really getting to know the patient. This is my first time meeting this man. I’ve never seen them before in my life. Other than that it was it was it was a cool experience.

Was able to do all the paperwork online rather than at the office. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Most importantly, Dr Gutglueck is an exceptional neurologist. He knows the field. Takes time to first listen to you. Explains any testing and more importantly, what the results mean. Explains the treatment plan. He writes very detailed visit summaries. Great follow-up. I highly recommend him!

So I came with the referral and they couldn't even do a pre-op paperwork or schedule an appointment in person... I have to say this organization is no good I waited an hour for nothing on the referral intake specialist...fire everybody and rehire everybody... Not to mention they stalled my primary care doctor and my orthopedic specialist doctor...
