First of all I have been suffering from Parkinson’s symptoms.
I simply have been asking for appointment to see anyone that’s available to see.
Since Dr Panduranga. Is so busy too busy to go over my records to help me, I just need to get a medication adjustment.
I spoke with John he said he was the office manager.
The most rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with
First off he talked down to me. I stutter really bad coming up for my next dose of levadopa.
I was telling him that I need refills as well that I really need to see someone. He proceeds to rudely tell me that they’re not a hospital.proceeds to tell me about a conversation I had with an agent that I’m relocating to Texas . Has nothing to do with
What I needed at this time. Tell me how I need to get a doctor in Texas. I felt really degraded finding a doctor is no problem like duh that’s already being taken care of.
Bottom line is idk how he got chosen to be a manager because he was very unprofessional. And really rude and disrespectful and I’m going to report him to his boss.

I’ve made multiple calls over the past month and I keep getting told dr will review and someone will get back to.me. lol l guess I’m calling too much.
But I need help and I thought that’s why I thought I had to neurologist that cared. Dr Panduranga. Said if I have any issues to call and they would get me in with someone.
All I need is a medication adjustment.

I felt like I was ripped off. It was a nice, clean waiting room as well as the restroom. What I was not happy about paying a $50 co-pay and only being there for 40 minutes. The doctor suggested a prescription or two more along with the ones I already take. I refused because I didn't want to feel like I'm taking a whole pharmacy for my condition. I'm not sure if the $50 co-pay because of my insurance, or for the bills that they have to cover to keep the place operational. I thought the doctor was going to do, some type of brain scan. That was what I was prepared for.

Dr. Panduranga has helped make my seizure disorder feel manageable and much less overwhelming. The office staff, however, has been rude and neglectful. we’ve had to call 4-5 times for each question or approval, and they make you feel stupid for their mistakes. Doctor has requested a test and two weeks later insurance authorization still hadn’t been submitted. I even had to have insurance call the doctor’s office themselves. I think this doctors office is extremely unprofessional. This isn’t my first time being stuck there for more than two hours. I had an appointment today at 11:40am, I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes. I asked what was taking so long, and the nurse explained there were others before me. A lady was sitting next to me whom her appointment was at 11:30am, we got loud which I never do, and they finally got us in rooms. A nurse came in to take my blood pressure amd advised me that I would be waiting even longer just for the doctor to come in. I told the nurse that I have other plans and if he doesn’t come in that I’ll be walking out, and I did after another 20 minutes of waiting. Don’t schedule appointments if there are going to overlap with others. It’s rude.

If you call to make a new patient appointment. Just know that they will be rude to you. The office receptionist is not rude, but their call center for new appointments is very rude. I spoke to an Amanda and she was extremely rude and arrogant. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentences before cutting me off. I felt very disrespected. I spoke to her for less than 2 minutes, and that already is making me think if I should go somewhere else... I still have not been seen yet, but I hope the office staff is not rude like Amanda was. The people on the phones is what represent the office, and if they have ppl like Amanda answering the phone lines and being rude and arrogant, it does make me a little nervous to come in, what if the rest of the staff is the same way?

I wish I could give this 4.5 stars. My three visits here have been very good experiences, better than most healthcare facilities I’ve had to deal with in the Las Vegas area. Dr. Panduranga, in particular, was very helpful and took time to engage with me and explain everything without talking down to me.

The only reason for me not rating this a 5.0 is their systems. I left messages for their billing department multiple times to try to *pay them* an outstanding balance. They never did call me back. I showed up for my most recent appointment after filling out online pre-appointment paperwork. The person at the desk told me they didn’t have any record of it and I had to fill out everything again on paper when I was there.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at CNS. Be aware that if you do not arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, they will not see you. I arrived and checked in 5 minutes before my appointment, but despite being only a few minutes short of their policy, there was no willingness to work with me or fit me in later that day. Note that I waited 25 minutes into their waiting room to be called before being told this.

What makes this even more frustrating is that they scheduled my appointment at the very end of my authorization period. Because they refused to see me, my care has now been delayed—not by days, but by weeks—while I wait for a new authorization to be approved.

The irony is that on previous visits, when I followed their policy and arrived more than 10 minutes early, I have still waited 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Apparently, patients are expected to value the clinic’s time, but the same consideration is not extended in return.

Policies are important, but so is patient care and reasonable flexibility, especially when refusing to see a patient results in a significant delay in medically necessary treatment. I left feeling like the schedule mattered more than my health.
