Dr. Talley has been our family doctor for over a decade, caring for my parents, my sibling, and now my children. She has truly been a constant in our lives. There was a time we had to switch providers due to insurance, but as soon as she accepted our plan again, we didn’t hesitate to come right back. I had to get off that hamster wheel called primary medical care. Make an appointment, get there half an hour before your appointment, wait forty five minutes, spend five minutes with the NP who is in transition to another practice. I feel seen and heard and thankful that Dr.Talley is truly interested in my well. And she gives back to her patients. She recently participated in my community fashion show. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 5 years and I was on my 5th Doctor/PA when I realized it just wasn’t the kind of quality care I wanted. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Talley since her own experience had been great. I’m very glad I followed up and set an appointment to try it for myself. After a milestone birthday, I decided it was time to pay attention to my health and Dr. Talley came recommended by a friend. From the first pre consultation to my physical, lab tests and follow up, Dr. Talley and her office were timely, accommodating, professional and encouraging. Our family made the decision to invest in our health and enrolled into Dr. Talley‘s concierge medical practice. We were her patients prior to her conversion to concierge practice and were exceptionally pleased with her knowledge, compassion, and care. When Dr. Talley informed us that she would be transitioning to a concierge practice, we took several months to think about this and to consider multiple factors around the decision.

-We were aware that many states and cities have limited medical providers, and Las Vegas and the surrounding area is included in this statistic. We were so pleased with Dr. Talley’s care we didn’t want to begin shopping for a provider again.

-We had built a foundation with Dr. Talley and her office team and knew that this could be further developed with the extra time that she will spend with us in this model of practice. With the traditional model of practice, the time allotted per patient per visit is very brief- with her business model the amount of time that we need to be with her is granted because she has the ability due to her smaller patient load.

-Healthcare issues and illness don’t care about a person’s schedule and calendar! Sometimes a patient needs their primary care provider for non-911 needs after typical office hours. Once we were enrolled in Dr. Talley’s concierge practice, we were provided her personal cell number that we can call 24/7 for non-911 issues. We have already used this privilege over a weekend. It is comforting to be able to talk to your doctor and see them as needed instead of having to go to strangers in urgent care who don’t know your history or have the time to deal with anything except the urgent need.

-Dr. Talley cares about preventative medicine. She desires to practice from the perspective of preventing issues and maintaining good health practices rather than only focusing upon illness and urgent problems. While she can deal with and handle issues of illness, her model of practice allows her to explore with her patients the aspect of wellness and prevention.

-Entering Dr. Talley’s office feels like being in a comfortable, family like relationship. Her staff are welcoming and kind. It’s a very relaxed setting. This comfort allowed us to build a relationship with her to share our worries and concerns and healthcare needs. She even keeps some light, healthy refreshments in her office to nibble on and drink before you leave!

We considered the financial cost to pay the annual membership fee. Although it is not cheap, we made the decision that our health, ease of access, and quality of life is of high value to us. We did have to shift some money around and budget for the fee but decided that at this phase of our life we are seeking health and wellness and feel that access to Dr. Talley’s time, guidance, and relationship will help us achieve this goal. We are not getting any younger. Several of our family and friends have had illnesses, hospitalizations, and even passed away these past few years. We saw several of them struggle with getting access to care and coordinating care with various specialists. Having Dr. Talley and her team to assist us with all these possible situations is a great psychological comfort. Already we have found motivation to take better care of ourselves, get our physical and labs, work on better nutrition and health habits, and to share true heart to heart dialogue about our health needs.
We are very glad that we made this decision and that she still had space for us in her new practice. Her practice is conveniently located not far from Interstate 215 in a central location. I have been a patient of Dr. Talley for several years. I’ve always been happy with her care. However, as with most healthcare professionals these days, our appointments were by necessity, very short. When concierge medicine came to be, it was a no-brainer for me. As I’m getting older, I have more concerns about my health and how to maintain it. I could see that this was a great opportunity for comprehensive healthcare. I recently did bloodwork and a 90 minute assessment. It’s a huge plus that I was able to get my blood work done at the office and not have to go to another site.
A week later I returned and met with Dr. Talley to review all of my assessment and test results. Though I had expected a high degree of personalized service, what I received exceeded my expectations. Besides the review of my assessment, Dr. Talley was able to take the time to listen to my questions and concerns and address them thoughtfully and with compassion. I love the way that now there is time to integrate all the parts of my life with the test results to better form a realistic plan for good health. Not only did she discuss options for my care and recommendations. She even demonstrated some of the strengthening exercises I need to do. I really feel that I have a real shot in meeting the goals that she recommended.

After my first visit for initial testing by her team, i.e blood draw, EKG, hearing test, eye test, etc., etc., even though I wasnt planned to see her that day, she took the time to call me afterward for no other reason than to just say Happy Birthday (it happened to be my Birthday that day). Call me surprised! I knew right then she was going to be great. When I went back for the results of all the tests, she spent well over an hour (more like 2) to review every detail of the results and explain what they all meant, good or bad. She then made recommendations to see other outstanding specialists, and detail out a wellness plan for me.

This was a great experience for my mom. Certainly different from a normal doctor visit. I have nothing negative to say as Dr Talley spend time covering all my mom's issues. Dr. Talley is a very caring doctor. She owns her own doctors office and is able to work with individual patients as long as she needs to. She can actually be a real doctor because she does spend time with you. When you need her, she is available with just a phone call or text. I have never had to wait to get in right away to see her. Even same-day appointments. When I do come to her office, I’ve never had to wait.. She gives you her personal cell number so that you can contact her anytime you have a problem. She has a great staff. Brandon is one of her assistants. when I need information for any medical records or problems he is available to talk on the phone with you, and is able to get whatever you need right away.
