I had a very positive experience with Dr. H. Keshava Prasad and the entire team at Comprehensive Cancer Centers. From the start, Dr. Prasad demonstrated a high level of expertise and took the time to explain everything clearly, which provided a great deal of comfort during a challenging time.

The office staff is professional, efficient, and welcoming. It is clear that patient satisfaction and quality of care are top priorities here. I highly recommend Dr. Prasad to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate specialist.

All my appointments have run late, with wait times of a full hour majority of times. Scheduling department and doctors need to come up with a better system to schedule appointments and communicate with patients when they are running behind. Feels completely unprofessional to have someone waiting for an hour with no communication. Our time is clearly not respected. Would recommend going somewhere else or to free up your day as you would not be able to keep your plans due to their lateness.

The overall experience was good. And everyone there I talked to was very nice except one. Because of this I can only rate 1 star. The actual doctor I saw was extremely condescending and dismissive. Because of this I will not be seeing him again. I will be requesting to see another doctor for my future appointments or finding another office completely for my needs.

I have never personally been a patient of Dr. Prasad but worked with him for many years in hospice care. His bedside manner and care is one that helped teach me compassion and empathy.

Dr. Prasad is very knowledgeable and caring towards his patients, which is very important working with those who have different levels of cancer. I know he reviews my chart prior to my visits and if there needs to be changes made we will discuss them on my visit.

As his patient of 10yrs for Polycythemia Vera, KNOWING I WAS A 30yr smoker, he WASN'T bothered by my 30lb weight loss. He did basic hematology until a COVID diagnosis made it so I NEEDED a CT. He was ABSOLUTELY convinced I had breast cancer UNTIL ALL TESTS(imaging, mammogram, FNA, ureter biopsy, robotic for lung & esophageal lymphnode,
Liquid Biopsy) showed
NOTHING for breast. The closest he got was a 60%match for NSCLC. He decided Keytruda was a good idea until I reminded him, " Hashimoto's in high gear, I can't have that or have thyroid will die due to Keytruda." He agreed.
I was told by the office manager Trish, "I was being dropped by Dr. Prasad FAILING TO TRUST MY Dr., as my Dr. at Dept of Defense was calling him to ask questions about treatment types & goals", as the Director of Intermountain Health Care, B. Kilpatrick told me, "HE had serious reservations about long-term affects on the body. I SHOULD TRY EVERYTHING ELSE 1st!"
New Hemo-oncologist, "You CAN'T have Keytruda, it will RAISE your thyroid and it's in overdrive due to the cancer." LESSON, DON'T: advocated for yourself, get informed or advice from physician other than Prasad.

Dr. Prasad is my hematologist and also my oncologist. I tell everyone, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring, patient physician. He listens. He consults with genuine concern and that is something I feel is lost in the medical world. I recommend him. He often asked me what I thought about treatment options and included me in the decision making process. For that, I was extremely thankful. He still treats me today for my anemia.

I'd Give Dr. Prasad A 5 Star But His Nurse's Are Very Rude! Disrespectful & Lazy Don't Like To Help Especially His Main Nurse's I Just Moved Here & I'm Not Familiar With This City I Called 22 Pharmacy Just To Try & Get My Pain Meds Filled They Had No Remorse Mind You I've Been In A Crisis For 3 1/2 Weeks I'm Still In One As I'm Writing This Can't Walk I Have Necrosis If The Left Knee & Lrft Hip No Help At All I Ask To Speak To The Dr. The Nurse Hung Up In My FaceI Have SICKLE CELL ANEMIA DISEASE which is very painful I Started A Treatment Called Adakveo That's Not Doing Anything To Help & When You Call None Of His Nurse's Are Ever In The Office Very Bad Customer Service I've Only Been Here 4 Months Seen Him Once Regular Hemo See You Once A Month Not Once Every 3 Months I Want Better Care!! THEY Have No Compassion This Job Isn't For His Nurse's It's For People Who Genuinely Care About Someone Well Being & Health God Bless Their Souls. Cause That's Who Their Going To Have To Anser To Cause One Day They Maybe In Sick People Shoes & Hope Nobody Treats Them Like They Treated Me!!

I have a rare cancer. An office worker at Comprehensive Cancer Care ( CCC), told me every Doctor does every cancer. I changed insurance in order that I could go to CCC, after repeatedly asking if they know my cancer per documentation and phone calls and felt hopeful. I delivered my past tests and chemo treatment documents but they disappeared. Dr. Gene Clark, my 1 st CCC assigned doctor wrote down that my jaw hurt instead that my throat was swollen for over a year. The plan was come back in 3 months. My liver and spleen were previously swollen before chemo in AZ, but when I said the CT scan at Desert Radiology didn't measure it, he said they are lazy. When I said the test showed I had an enlarged lymph node in my throat, he said it's nothing...
Dr. Prasad is with CCC also. My primary care then sent me to him after Clark even though CCC said I had to be accepted by a different doctor first. Patient rights mean nothing and employees aren't knowledgeable that you have any.
Basically the treatment plan from Dr. Prashad is take Tylenol for pain and iron for anemia.
The first doctor in Nevada, Deepa M., and her assistant , also were inept. It took 3 weeks to get a note so I could get dental treatment. By then my teeth had totally broke off.
Things I have been told by alleged professionals do not even border on common knowledge....list to long to say.
CCC should be called Incomprehensible Cancer Care...and people who do not need to die, will, yet they get paid to say, come back and to fabricate what you say
You can't say watch and wait when u are unable and unwilling to even bother to write down a person's symptoms that mean they need treatment according to Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia treatment sites, a rare form of non- Hodgkin's lymphoma. I was told Clark treated hundreds of those cases. ???
Senior citizens like myself want to be here for our children and grandchildren. We don't deserve to die because of a corrupt, unaccountable, inept health care system that gets paid to act in your worst interest even when you die. Of course they don't write anything down for they could be found culpable.
I don't want to be labeled a Senior, which is discriminatory at first glance. I am a person that has reason to be alive and unfinished business as to advocacy that is helping others. I am not disposable even though you believe otherwise. Just quit if you can't do your job! You are causing harm and death.
Myself and others give up even after spending thousands of dollars obtained through selling their home! What a system. I support treatment not research and an end to discrimination based on age, finances, race et Al.
