Desde el primer momento me hizo sentir en confianza, escuchando con paciencia cada una de mis preocupaciones y explicando todo de manera clara y comprensible.

I have been a patient of Virginia Betancourt-Sanchez for a couple of years now and wow, I think she has ruined me for other offices! She is so attentive and kind, and everyone who works there is the same. The front desk woman (whose name I constantly forget - I'm sorry!) is kind, if a bit rushed because she handles so much. It's understandable because the assistants and doctor take their time with you. They did an EKG and my blood work, which saves me SO much time as a person with complex medical needs. Thank you so much to the whole team there - each of you are amazing & I appreciate the work you do.

I was only visiting this clinic, but I was amazed by the experience. Patients never wait more than 15 minutes, which is something truly rare anywhere in the world. What impressed me the most was the Provider. The way she cares for her patients is simply outstanding — she listens carefully, gives her full attention, and responds thoughtfully to every concern. Horrible office staff. Don't go there if English is your primary language. I waited for my 2nd appointment to review blood work. During the 3 weeks I waited for this appointment they never bothered to tell me that I wouldn't be seen if I didn't resolve some PCP issues with my insurance. Went to the office for my appointment to find out I wouldn't be seen. Horrible communication on their end. This complaint is only about that one visit. Ultimately I stepped into that facility 3 different times and every time was as bad as the last time, explained above.

Dr. Betancourt is simply THE BEST doctor I have ever seen. The office staff is also AMAZING. All staff, in addition to English, speak Spanish, something important for the growing Hispanic/speaking population.
Dr. Betancourt takes every symptom seriously and uses her vast knowledge and experience to really solve health problems, things other doctors wouldn't think of, and works to get to the bottom of your health problems.
The amount of detailed attention I receive from Dr. Betancourt and her staff is unmatched. It would take 3 specialists and five appointments to receive the care I receive at one appointment with Dr. Betancourt.
When she refers you to a specialist, she has already made a very specific plan and is involved in his follow-up and care.
I am beyond grateful to Salud Plus Medical Center, Dr. Betancourt and the entire staff. Thanks again.

La Dr. Betancourt es simplemente La MEJOR médico que jamás hayamos visto. El personal de la oficina también es INCREÍBLE. Todo el personal además de ingles hablan español algo importante para la creciente poblacion hispano/hablante. La Dra. Betancourt toma en serio cada síntoma y utiliza su vasto conocimiento y experiencia para resolver realmente los problemas de salud, cosas en las que otros médicos no pensarían y trabaja para llegar al fondo de sus problemas de salud.
La cantidad de atención detallada que recibí de la Dra. Betancourt y su personal no tiene comparación. Se necesitarían 3 especialistas y cinco citas para recibir la atención que recibí en una cita con la Dr. Betancourt. Cuando lo remite a un especialista, ya ha elaborado un plan muy específico y participa en su seguimiento y atención.
Estoy más que agradecido con Salud Plus Medical Center, la Dr. Betancourt y todo el personal. Una vez mas gracias.
