Sagebrush Medical Dr was Excellent, Pleasant, Kind, Informative, Pleasant and Intuitive. I did not feel like i had to question or fight about giving info i noticed about myself or ailments, I did not have fear about requesting anything i may need and the Dr actually suggested things it would have normally taken multiple office cisits or to happen to get a different dr or PA to suggest an item. This Dr actually said, did you get this 9r have that snd She said I (meaning her the Doctor) want this and that. She was thirough and watched time lapses between tests. I FEEL COMFORTABLE PUTTING MY HEALTH IN THE CARE OF MY DOCTOR THAT I WAS LUCKY TO HAVE ASSIGNED TO ME THROUGH MY HEALTH INSURANCE AND THIS MEDICAL GROUP. *Thank you!*

I needed to get set up with a new Primary Care Provider and did some research online. Sagebrush Medical along with all the providers there had good reviews and my insurance was accepted so I made my first appointment. I am very happy with my visit. Everyone from the front desk to the Assistants and Drs were very helpful and took the time necessary to make sure I had what I needed. I also didn’t have a long wait time from signing in to being seen. I would definitely recommend Sagebrush Medical and any of the Drs they have available

I have held off writing this review , thinking this can’t be true how bad the communication is. I have been waiting a few months for a referral. It seems nobody cares. I call the referral office because it’s easier to get thru. I have spoken to several people including managers and drs assistants and now last week I saw my nurse practitioner . I informed him of the problems , thinking he would get my referral asap. No call no email after a full week . The gastroenterologists office said they’re just waiting for some of my medical records since July first. No one seems to know how to do this. I think it’s time to make a change, I’m worried about my health. There has to be a more caring medical office . Sincerely lee. 🙏🌅😂

So lucky to have Dr. Amer as my primary care doc. It’s really hard to find someone good in Vegas. He takes time to chat with you and is very knowledgeable.

Update: After multiple follow-ups for a routine refill I learned Dr. Amer is no longer at the practice and that’s why it wasn’t going through. I’ve had so many issues with billing, no one answering the phone - and now learned when I finally got someone to answer the doc I stayed around for is gone. There was no care continuity - they wanted me to pay again to establish care with a new doctor there after I hunted down the reason why my refill was not getting sent. No notification no heads up.

If they had a warm handoff into my annual physical that would have been great. But so many billing issues like them trying to charge you $80.00 when they request to call to tell you labs are normal - same thing you can see in the portal. Then another $80.00 to have a refill for a medication sent that I’ve been on for 2 years because my doctor left. Crazy.

If you have time to kill and nothing to do and want to spend it begging the front office staff to do their jobs, become a patient here. It is not normal to receive a referral one month after your medical appointment. And it is certainly not normal to have to ask for it multiple times. When my request was finally answered, the associate I spoke to asked if I wanted it emailed. How else am I going to get it? Carrier pigeon? People don't ask for referrals just for the front office staff to sit on them, they ask because they are acquiring them for a medical service. Also, all they have to do is press a button on their EHR system to auto-generate the referral, which takes literal seconds to do. If you are suffering from low blood pressure, call the front office staff today so that you can spike it back to baseline. Would rate lower if I could.

Naber Amer is a horrible doctor. I have type 2 diabetes and I am homeless and working a 40 hour a week graveyard shift. He lied about filling my prescriptions for insulin and getting me a CGM. I ended up going into ketoacidosis! If you don’t want to treat certain patients just refer them to someone else!!!

Is this for real? I am seeing a doctor ? Where are all the doctors in Vegas . Anyway I was able to get an appointment for my mom and got a good referral to cure her illness . I decided to see Dr AMER for my primary doctor . Very satisfied for their service . Answers all your medical questions. The difference is extraordinary!
