Dr Harley Barron is very thorough and cares about her patients. She took time to learn about my medical history. She was not rushed and she spent time with me as if I was the only patient she had to see which was very impressive. It was my first time seeing her and I will keep her as my primary care doctor.

Naber Amer is a horrible doctor. I have type 2 diabetes and I am homeless and working a 40 hour a week graveyard shift. He lied about filling my prescriptions for insulin and getting me a CGM. I ended up going into ketoacidosis! If you don’t want to treat certain patients just refer them to someone else!!!

I love the efficiency of virtual appointments.
I also like the large number of providers which makes it likely you can get an appt. in just a few days or even the same day if you request an opening due to cancelation by any provider.

The people who work the front desk are very very rude possibly racist and extremely unprofessional I set an appointment through zocdoc for today you guys even called me back yesterday to confirm I would be there 15 mins prior to my appointment time to fill out paperwork you gave me specific directions even just for me to get there and you guys have the door locked looking right at me and laugh at me I looked inside through the door and even knocked and you guys still laughing harder after I knocked on the door instead of doing your job or explain what was going on how am I supposed to get to my appointment if y’all are looking at me with the door locked even tho I was really in serious pain it’s fine and it can be funny you won’t have to worry about me specifically ever returning to you guys.

Is this for real? I am seeing a doctor ? Where are all the doctors in Vegas . Anyway I was able to get an appointment for my mom and got a good referral to cure her illness . I decided to see Dr AMER for my primary doctor . Very satisfied for their service . Answers all your medical questions. Gets referral right away , very good customer service when it comes to their staff . Good with follow ups . Dr Concepcion was great too. Dr. Amer is a fantastic doctor surrounded by an incompetent staff. While the doctor is very easy to speak with and very caring, I had 2 appointments (in 3 visits) in which my appointment was confirmed. However upon arrival, I’m told that the doctor is not working that day. Both appointments were even confirmed same day!!! The staff will be the reason Dr. Amer loses patients

I needed to find a new provider close to me and so decided on this center because of proximity. I expected better and more comprehensive care than what I previously received. The difference is extraordinary! My initial contact was with Zoe and then Dr. Hayley Barron, both of whom were warm, personable, and engaging while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism. I did not feel rushed and felt during the engagement process that their attention was wholly present and completely patient centered.
